Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel And Great Staff I have stayed many times at this hotel for the past two years and have witnessed a transformation in both room and floor renovation as well as staff training. The gym is small but practical yet they make it up to you via the size of their pool with a great view. The hotel itself is conveniently next door to a very nice restaurant which is famous for brewing their own beer. They also have a bridge that connects you to a popular shopping mall, which is also very cool. January 12, 2016

Rated 3 out of 5 by Never received receipt. When asked, never received call back after 2 tries I cannot get my itemized receipt and need this for my expense report. I have tried calling the hotel twice only to be told someone from the office wuold call me back. Noone ever has. May 31, 2015

Rated 3 out of 5 by A mixed bag I have stayed at this hotel almost weekly since January of 2015. This having been said here are the constants: Internet: Depending on your SPG membership level there are two networks, FPGAL for general use and SPG for SPG Gold and Platinum members. Neither Internet performs particularly well and during periods of heavy occupancy at the hotel, the Internet is all but useless. Checkin: As many others have mentioned the checkin process is slow. There is no expedited checkin/checkout and while there is an SPG checkin area, it's never used. The staff: Also as others have pointed out, the staff is great. They all speak English as well as Spanish which is helpful to a gringo like myself. The beds: The beds are one step better than prison bunks. Very hard mattresses. Now the variables: The rooms: Sometimes you get great rooms, sometimes you get terrible rooms. The room I am in this week has a quiet air conditioner but the hot water tap in the sink doesn't work, the desk lamp doesn't work, and the shower comes out as a trickle. The room I was in last week was great all around. A lot of the rooms suffer from these kinds of issues but to be fair I've only had problems with maybe a 3rd of the rooms I've stayed in, April 28, 2015

Rated 2 out of 5 by Staff is only thing going for this hotel Check-in and check-out is painfully slow. Rooms smell, are falling apart in some areas, the bathrooms remind me of 1985, and oh my gosh those incredibly noisy air conditioners. The rooms desperately need updating. The staff is very patient and courteous. September 8, 2014
