Rated 4 out of 5 by Hotel meets needs for my location needs The hotel is fine, the front desk was great with the exception they did not have my SGP on file for someone who has been coming there for over 10 stays in 2012. The eating area needs a ton of work - the Breakfast is really bad service and food, recommend you eat out!!! They need to change the Food Service and Personnal in the AM!! February 8, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable convenient stay Very comfortable bed and pillows (unusual for the pillows to be great, but they were). Convenient to my event in neighboring Melville and Syosset. Very helpful staff and shuttle driver. Clean, smoke free rooms, with air conditioning that worked perfectly. Definitely recommend for stays, whether business or personal. July 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by good overnight clean, comfortable. fitness center had a bit more equipment than expected. good breakfast buffet. didn't have chance to use restaurant/bar. definitely would stay again if in the area. only negative is that I thought the bathroom and one of the slickest tub floor surfaces I had experienced and I'm not prone to falling/slipping December 25, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Time just spent the night after our son's wedding and things couldn't have been better. from the check-in to check-out. great job by the bar staff for all of out late night partyers and same for the breakfast crew! This is a hard task to keep on every visit but the personnel from check in to check out on all levels consistently give 100+% every time. Rated 3 out of 5 by Quality Of Room The AC was on continuously irrespective of Temp setting. The two top shelf drawers were missing. The chair was broken with the seat coming off from the right side and the rusted strip/screws exposed with potential to scratch. It was very disappointing to see such a room at $180+ a night. The hotel itself is gorgeous, up-to-date, and the room was perfect, making us feel like we were staying in an extremely upscale location for an affordable price. The staff was extremely friendly and curteous. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area. January 2, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Platinum10 The room was satisfactory but the fire alrm went off at 2 AM. The staff indicated it was because of someone having a candle in their room.??? The problem was that the alarm kept going and going and going, and the staff didn't know how to silence it. Tough to get back to sleep after that. Not a very pleasant stay. November 26, 2012

He tried to make everyone feel at home knowing we were all dispplaced by this massive tragedy. It was hard on everyone and his welcome made it that much easier. all your staff went above and beyond to make these difficult that much easier. November 3, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Overall this was not a good experience I placed an order for room service (breakfast). Using the card, I left the order hanging on my door overnight as instructed. It was never filled. I prefer rooms where the drapes can pull close - allowing a dark room at night. An electric outlet at the bedside needed. The diner in the restaurant was great. November 24, 2013

I didn't expect much from this Four Points but was very pleasantly surprised. While the hotel really needs updated carpets, the staff were amazing and food was some of the best I have ever experienced at a SPG property September 30, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Continued great service Quick stay. Staff, especially Sean, was very helpful in getting me a reservation on a tight night. Michelle was her typicaly wonderful self at check in. The night guy (sorry about no name) is also superb and greats me with a great hello and MY NAME. Had a very nice dinner at the bar watching the game.. October 29, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great hotel for the price I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The only problem I would say is that the lighting in the room was TERRIBLE!!!! Other than that - it was clean, comfortable, a convenient location and nice!! I was missing a hairdryer and they were at my room with one within 2 minutes! Just awesome overall. November 18, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good service We stayed at this hotel for the first time on 11/30 - 12/2 (2 nights). We were upgraded to a suite and were very impressed with the room. Everything was clean and in working order. We were very happy with our stay. We did not get the opportunity to try the breakfast. Maybe next trip we will. December 3, 2013

We were there for a wedding and had forgotten odds and ends, they always had what ever it was. I really enjoyed the warm welcome throughout the stay. We will stay there again. April 18, 2012

The staff were generally very helpful, in particular Amanda at the front desk anticipated our questions before we could ask and was super efficient in addressing our needs. Although it was relatively far from our destination, the staff, room comfort, cleanliness and facilities all made the extra travel very worth it. I'd highly recommend the hotel to others. Rated 2 out of 5 by Careless maid on duty I checked in after a long drive to find a room that had not been vacuumed in 3 stays. The bathroom floor rug and washcloth looked like fraying rags for cleaning. Perhaps the maid should have been more aware and discarded the old linens. Convenient location and right off main hwy. Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy access from LIE Attended a wedding in the area. Right off Exit 48, couldn't be easier. Clean rooms and very comfortable bed. Had a great stay here. Would highly recommended this hotel. Even had the opportunity to spend time at the pool. August 11, 2014

The buffet was meager and just so-so. Beds were very comfortable. No adjoining rooms on second floor. June 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect for wedding guests. Had family stay at Four Points by Sheraton for our son's wedding. It was a wonderful experience. Rooms were large, very clean and very friendly staff. We hosted a breakfast the following morning and it was perfect. Terrific waitstaff. Would recommend for any occasion. August 23, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Needs a bit redone Well I expected 2 queen beds in my room. They were definately not queen size! Most cabinets didn't shut properly due to being broken. Definatley expecting a much nicer atmosphere in the rooms. They look a bit old and rundown. I found hair in the sheets. Gross! May 21, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great hotel! We stayed here in between a day at the beach (Robert Moses State Park) and a day at the U.S. Open. The location was perfect, the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the pool was nice for a dip. We definitely recommend this hotel! September 5, 2012
