Rated 4 out of 5 by Nacy22 Great hotel for people who like calm areas
This was my first stay in this hotel and I have to admit I was very pleased with rooms, staff and its location. It is clean, comfortable and it has a great view of Munich (I could see Allianz arena at night from my room which was great). U Bhan station is close which was very important for us. Also, hotel has private praking, so if you come by your car you won't have to worry about it. The only thing I didn't like was the price, for a 3-star hotel, I think they are a little bit expensive. But, other than that, it was great and if i ever come back to Munich I will surely take the same hotel again.

We felt very comfortable at the hotel and were promptly greeted by friendly staff wearing the Dirndl because it was Oktoberfest.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Surfer67 A Nice Surprise!
In the past I have always stayed in Arabellapark not wanting to try anything different. This time my wife booked the trip and she made it for the Four Points at Olympiapark. What a nice surprise! From the beginning our stay there was perfect! Easy access from the U-bahn and a very hospitable staff greeted us upon arrival. Quick elevators and a tidy room came next. Maid service was professional and non-intrusive. Staff was very accommodating in particular Ms. Evelyn Hug. Without question she is by far one of the best employees at Sheraton- so sweet and thoughtful! Do not let her go!

Rated 5 out of 5 by JudyG Wonderful staff !
Wonderful staff --- here's the thank-you letter I sent to the Manager :
" I've just completed another two-week stay at the Four Points and felt so impressed with your staff that I wanted to put it into writing.
As you probably already know, I really enjoy my stays at your hotel; but sometimes things don't always go smoothly despite best efforts.
Your staff didn't just handle the problems; they were genuinely interested in providing a solution to them. And they were always so pleasant and personable as well as professional in all the interactions I had with them.
I cannot speak too highly of them. From my experience, this means they've been chosen well, received good training, and had excellent management.
I'm looking forward to my next booking! "

Rated 3 out of 5 by Meme40 don't count on internet
You have to buy internet/wifi if you want it in your room. And even when you pay for it, it's not a guarantee that it will work. For me it was really slow and I couldn't even open e-mails.
My room key stopped working more than 10 times during my visit there which was for 5 days. Meaning that I constantly had to go to the reception to get it fixed.
This was a real bummer!
I didn't have the breakfast there, but only because it wasn't "allergenic friendly". I don't eat gluten or milk products and that only left me with fruits. :(
The rooms were nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and I slept well during my stay.

Rated 2 out of 5 by cucu1965 Not up to the standard
The only positive aspect of the hotel location is the vicinity to the Olympiapark, which is worth visiting although certainly not on top of the Munich 'must view'. Apart from that, it is in the middle of nowhere, hard to reach, there is very little dining offering in the surroundings (the hotel has no restaurant).
Because of the Denkmalschutz (I think) there is no air conditioning in the room. This turned my stay in an awful experience (it was July and very hot).

Rated 5 out of 5 by Scottedina Assume Staff ,Great Location And A Great Value!!!
We're do I start, Check in was fast and by far the most pleasant check in I have had in years. The young lady (Evelyon) was by far the nicest hotel staff member I have ever in countered period !!!! And hard working and genuine. After checking in to our three rooms, she assisted on helping us with our 9 bags. Wow, was this a St Regis? And throughout our whole stay she was always there. Thank you so much for making our stay assume.
The rest of the staff is great, the breakfast is above average for this level of hotel. The location is near a lot of tourist spots.
It's a small hotel located in the Olympic Village of the 1972 games. Many food choices right outside the door 50 meters. Small market salons etc.
the only problem with this hotel is that it does not have AC, (historical building, can not change)
So if you like your room cold and your traveling in the hot months you may want to plan accordingly. The hotel did provide fans and it was fine for us.
Also the young man who ran the breakfast was also so nice, helpful (Evil) sorry about the spelling of the name.
This hotels staff is by far one of the best teams I have see at a SPG hotel.
