Everything great. Room and bed comfortable. Breakfast good (coffee less so).
Did not eat in the restaurants so cannot comment. Did not use swimming pool or gym.
One thing is the (thankfully free) wifi speed in the room is very poor.

I made an advance purchase reservation and accidentally clicked on the wrong month while choosing dates. Within minutes, AAA called the hotel and asked to move the reservation to the required date - exactly one month later. While it was clearly my mistake, the hotel had every opportunity to be flexible and cooperative and simply change the booking date, especially given that it had been less than 5 minutes from the booking time. Instead, they absolutely refused to assist. Way to go with customer service for SPG Platinum guest!

This is by far the best business hotel experience i have had for a long time, room spacious, fast and free internet, staff amazing, food good and a wi-fi printer in the room - wow.
I am returning to Kuwait in October and this is absolutely my first choice - well done to the staff and management.

I had a great stay here. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are immaculate, very quite and dark, so a good nights sleep in guaranteed.
Room service is excellent, food is served hot and usually in 20-25 minutes.
I look forward to returning to the property very soon.
too much smoke in the lobby, I have asthma so I could not really use the starbucks or the lobby due to the large amount of smokers.

Your employees are just the best in the world... Professional, yet friendly and warm.. They are helpful, always courteous. From the front desk, to the bellman, in the restaurant at four points (3rd floor), even your security guards are respectful, friendly. Always a smile, good morning man, some of the employees have come to know me and call me Ms Washington when ever they address me.. Always personal treating... Maybe that is the recognition program... If so then I take it back.. "Five Stars!" Mr. Farouk is the most exceptional employee that you have there.. It's hard to pick favorites, I have a lot of employees I see and it is such a pleasure... But Mr. Farouk wins! Just exceptional...

i really would like to share the frustration we had me and my colleagues from staying at four points in the last few days , it seems the hotel is moving forward to cater more for smoking guests,i was surprised to check into the hotel with a lobby full of Starbucks visitors that are allowed to smoke everywhere even in the elevators, although i was staying in a non smoking room but couldn't avoid the smoke, even now in breakfast non smokers are getting a small corner while smokers can easily fume the complete hall, i am a regular traveler with almost a chance to visit more than 36 countries world wide , most hotels are moving toward healthy and green environment but i am not sure you are on the same track.

Four Points Kuwait Hotel staff are very courteous. They always exceed my expectations and I am very thankful for them organizing my entry Visa and transportation.
