Rated 4 out of 5 by Very good deal! The suite I stayed was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The price I paid was reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected. I felt recognised as I was given a welcoming fruit platter. There was a strange smell in the common area of the floor I stayed as the ventilation was not quite good. Internet connection was not stable. The hotel was not easily accessible by public transport. April 26, 2016

Rated 1 out of 5 by Beware of Lobby Bar The hotel is far away from virtually anything, and I was stuck with bars and restaurants within it. Normally that's fine at a Starwood, but this is not the case. My drink simply did not taste right. I left after a sip. When expressed this to the front desk at checkout, the response was simply "OK and someone will look into it." An email response was sent 51 hours later saying they are investigating. And another response was sent 7 hours later concluding the investigation that the staff was at fault and not the supply chain. Let's assume it was the staff, which I don't believe it's the case, then training at the establishment was inadequate. If the case was with the supply chain, then copies of the business license don't really address the questionable quality that was served. All in all, the management was simply "matter-of-fact" and didn't know how to, or didn't attempt to, remedy the issue. As a result, I have no intention to return to this SPG property and will think really hard before staying at another SPG property in China. March 7, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by BARGIN 5 STAR !!! Such a cheap stay for the its price. I stay in the superior suite and it cost me under 850 RMB (120USD) for a 5 star hotel and everything was great. 9.5/10* and highly recommended. March 6, 2016

Rated 3 out of 5 by terrible food and wifi Hi, the wifi outside the room was not working and temporary rectified and end up problem still persist. Gave up talking to the staff there. The room service food was either bland or terrible in taste. Pls look into it,. February 9, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Oh no, Disappointed! We booked four rooms for two nights in January 2016 for our holidays. We were arranged to stay in a floor (Level 13) which has strong smoking and mould damping smell. The smell in one of our room was totally unbearable. We asked for a better room but was told that all rooms were booked out. Staffs at hotel have arranged some sort of a portable air filter device and some sprays in a hope to get rid off the smell. This didn't work. We have noticed (we took photos!) damping signs on timber doors and along the corridor! I was wondering is this a guest room at all!! Or is it a store room!!! We felt let down and disrespectful. The smell was just unbearable and we had to go down to hotel lobby and requested a new room. To its credit, and "amazingly", a staff on duty has arranged a decent room for us at around before 11 pm! We noticed that staffs have struggling to answer our simple requests. Front end staffs have worked very hard. But facilities in this hotel are in sub-standard; we noticed that wall papers start peeling and the air cond didn't work (we raised this too)!! The smells in general are unbearable on couples of floors. Please note that we chose NON SMOKING rooms. We wish that facilities in this hotel could be better as you have excellent front end staffs as your credits!!! January 25, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by a few observations during my stay Hi, during my stay there, I observe a few points: 1. the corridor between elevator and Bar/Grill on 2nd floor has a weird smell; 2. it always takes a while for the operator or service to answer the call from my room; 3. the food variety in happy hour is so limited and I could hardly think of another place with less in SPG; 4. the service at the Bar/Grill was quite unorganized: I do not even know whether my order has been placed or taken and has to ask for the information a few times. 5. the room was pretty noisy: 1758, where I could hear the traffic so clearly. 6. the front desk check in was pretty slow and I doubt I have been given the appropriate upgrade when I checked in.
