Front desk staff is kind, well-trained, speak english good. SPG recognition is great, got an upgraded room with a surprise welcome gift ( 4 diff. fruits, chocolate, a bottle soft drink and 3 nice roses ) That was very nice! The room and the bathroom was big and clean, had a great sleep in the comfortable king bed. Plenty of space in bathroom, especially in the shower area, which offered a nice view from 22nd floor, I saw the whole pool down under.
There is a small but really nice garden with tiny bridges over water toward the huge gym area where a wide selection of work out or running machines are waiting to be used.
Spa area is also well equipped, 3 jacuzzis, steam room and sauna (was a strange smell there).
I relaxed so good that I forgot my gold necklace in my locker, next morning when I found out, immediately asked front staff and been informed that gym's staff kept my necklace, so I got it back! That was really nice, thanks again!
About the location, walked around and there is not much except a few local restaurants, but did not find any who offers western food.
Hotel has a free shuttle bus (max 5-7 minutes) to the nearby Futian border to Lok Ma Chau.
The only negative I could say is that if your room is located in the further tower, than have to walk a lot between the two towers to reach the lobby (free wifi available there).

我一进酒店大堂就有一位着装职业的女工作人员友好热情的欢迎我并引领我去前台办理入住。得知我是住酒店另外一栋房间她又主动的送我去到我住的那栋的房间电梯口，幸亏有她陪同要不然找到那个电梯口还真有点复杂因为那走廊好长而且还要拐。第二天早上在大堂又碰到了这个工作人员，她还能记住我的姓并问询我住的好不好，感觉自己在这备受关心。后来得知她也才刚到这里工作，这家酒店服务文化应该很深厚。值得入住。

离机场很近，离港口也近，但是离市区有点远，设施不是很新，总体还是挺好，下次还会入住。

It has been a great stay in terms of service and value for money. The weather was bad during my stay so I spent significant amount of time indoor and had a good stay. Breakfast was good as usual.
