Rated 4 out of 5 by Very Convenient and friendly This is a good hotel with nice amenities. (Pool, Gym, etc. Close to YYZ (Toronto airport) with pickup and drop-off shuttle service. Nice restaurant & bar. If you are an SPG member there is an SPG reception with the GM every Wednesday. The staff is friendly and very helpful. April 16, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Bathroom was EXTREMELY SMALL I apparently received a GOLD upgrade and the room was fine but the bathroom was ridiculously small. I would recommend the hotel only if the price were GOOD. Thanks April 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel Hotel is in walking distance to terminal 3, pearson airport. Hotel is clean, rooms are all spacious and clean. Hotel offers park and away. Hotel has a pool and hot tub, dining area, free wifi,free shuttle to airport if you require it. All over a great value for your money too! April 15, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Very Poor Customer Service I called to book because I had very specific instructions regarding my stay. When I got there no one knew what I was taking about even though when I booked it the person said they would make it very clear so I wouldn't have any issues. Then the following day when approached, again they were not in sync with the previous days employees. Rather disappointing. April 9, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by The staff were exceptional. Two minutes in the door and we were expectantly surprised. Check-in with Dana was so pleasant and she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. There were two disabled hockey teams (we were staying to watch our son play) in the hotel and the staff made it look easy. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Toronto. April 6, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Overall a good hotel As a business traveler I jump from hotel to hotel a lot but overall it was a nice hotel. The room was a bit noisy next to the elevators but it did the job. The bathrooms are a bit small but its an airport hotel. From what I could tell walking by the indoor pool looked nice. The biggest issue was the fact I had to park 200 yards from any door because there was so many cars in the parking lot then they charged me $12 for parking even with me being Platinum status. Rated 4 out of 5 by Good airport hotel at right price This is a very acceptable hotel close by to the airport. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the airport shuttle worked great. They do not have platinum amenities like a suite or a club lounge, but the rooms are all that a business traveler needs. The food in the restaurant is acceptable but not great. The menu has a lot of variety, but it looked like it was better to stick to the basics. The breakfast buffet (cold) was included as the platinum amenity. Again, it was okay but not great. the bagel and pastries were of the grocery store / frozen variety, and the orange juice was from concentrate. It was free, so that was fine. I would not have been happy if I had to pay for the buffet and received average food. The room was very quite and comfortable and clean. The bottom line: would I stay here again-- definitely I would, but I would neither look forward to it nor dread it. Recommendations for management: Staff is very friendly and helpful so they deserve thanks and praise. The food was average but the prices were not cheap. I would recommend upgrading the quality of the ingredients of the food-- especially the pastries on the breakfast buffet. March 26, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Very bad experiance! Will never stay there again! was not informed about 12 a night for parking which you should not have to pay for. There was a heated pool and it was cold, the hottub was out of service the whole time i was there from Thurs to Sun. the room smelt like sweat when we arrived and i was told it was the closest to the international centre and it wasnt! I would like my money back for the poorl service so will be writing a letter to the manager to get it back..... March 25, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Poorly trained staff Upon checking out when I handed my key card to the receptionist she said - "yes, everything is okay". What on Earth is that suppose to mean. She didn`t ask me how was my stay or what items were on my bill or how much did I spend. I had to then ask her to print me a copy of the bill. There`s a shutlle every half an hour from the hotel to the Toronto Pearson airport. The driver came in about 10 mins before the scheduled departure but didn`t say anything to the people waiting for the shuttle. He then started working on the computer in the lobby. We were all looking at his face, while standing up with our luggage beside us, hoping that he would communicate. Then finally 2 mintes after the schedule departure time he said `Let`s go``. Some communication from the driver would have been really helpful. Both the driver and the receptionist gave an impression as if they took their jobs for granted, March 22, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by One night stay I stay at hotels frequently, this was my first time at a Four Points. I chose this hotel because of the close proximity to the airport. The room was noisy, felt like my neighbors were in my room but they werent being overly loud, the walls are just thin. The driver wouldnt take me to the airport because there was no room for my one piece of luggage in the back. This delayed me 1/2 hour getting to the airport. The shuttle never showed up on our way to the hotel from the airport so I paid $20 for a taxi ride back to the hotel when the shuttle was supposed to be included in my rate. I had to ask for towels in the pool because there were none and the hot tub was closed. March 17, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Parking at check not guest friendly When I arrived I followed the parking cop/person into the parking lot. She took the only parking spot on the upper arrival area available. I had no choice but to park in the no parking, fire lane, area. When I went inside to the desk the first thing I was told is that "you cannot park there" by the front desk staff. I had several bags and stuff to bring in, no door man or bell cap to help. If I had have moved to the lower parking lot I would have had to carry my bags 50-100 m through some fresh snow. I ignored the desk person checked in and unloaded my bags then moved my truck. I am over 50 and have medical conditions that would have made parking first very difficult. No one to help and a parking policy that is not guest friendly will keep me from coming back. March 17, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent service We were impressed by your restaurant's Gluten Free Menu. I'm Celiac and I often have to explain my condition. It's too bad other hotels don't follow your example. Restaurant server late Thursday evening was most helpful. Can't remember his name, very slim & well mannered gentleman. Meal was excellent. Rated 3 out of 5 by Fridge and microwave? Asked for a fridge and a microwave. Got neither. Insulin should be refrigerated! Had to wait 45 minutes at airport for a shuttle "that will be there in ten minutes". Froze outside waiting. Very disorganized front desk. Excellent room service, good food choices. March 7, 2013

The staff was friendly and helpful and even assisted me by taking my lunch to the kitchen fridge since I was not equipped with a room fridge. My room was comfortable and, even though my stay was short, I had restfull and uniterrupted sleep. Thank you! March 6, 2013

The only negative thing I can say about the hotel was that on the bathroom sink they have the economy water reduction faucet so that it takes 5 times as long to wash your hands or fill up a glass of water. I mean come on, we are paying for a hotel and we should not have to put up with a trickle of water out of the sink. Charge an extra 50 cents per day and let us have a full stream of water, please! Rated 2 out of 5 by Multiple Problems The shuttle driver would not get out of the shuttle to load the luggage in the back. I assume he did this because it was too cold but this was unacceptable. Another customer with 3 pieces of luggage had to bring them on the shuttle which at best was difficult at worst it was stupid and lazy!!! Once I got to the hotel I had to wait in line for over 1/2 hour to check-in??? You were severly understaffed. After checking in I went to the lounge and tried to order a late dinner and drink. I sat in the lounge for 20 minutes and no service??? I went to the restaurant and the service was vert good. My room had used dental floss left in the garbage can. That is unsanitary as well as disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody! February 25, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Room Selestion The hotel facilities were fine and the room was clean and well appointed. To start with the shuttle was 20 minutes late on the coldest night of the year. The staff were friendly and recognized my gold status. They then promptly put me in a room next to the elevator shaft. I listened to the elevator all night. This stay was very disappointing. Rated 3 out of 5 by Average stay The room was adequate, the service was EXCELLENT, the food was good. The sauna was why I chose the location and though I had to wait awhile for it to heat up, it did the trick! Main problem was my bedding which reeked of body odour. Also the water pressure from the bathroom sink was non existent. If I hadn't been so tired I would have rung the maid to change the bedding. February 21, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Do no stay here I will start with the parking. Not enough parking for guests. Excuse oh the park n fly. So I am guest here at this hotel and there no where for me to park. Park n Fly takes priority over me. Parking lot was not cleaned well. Snow was not cleared properly. Rooms where not cleaned well. There was hair on the clean towels. There was hair on the floor. Overall experience terrible will not be back. February 18, 2013
