Where do I start? Four Points by Sheraton is the best hotel I ever been. This hotel was indeed perfect for me when it comes to great service and a comfortable atmosphere. The room I stayed at was just lovely. My room has a great deal of space and my bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. As for the washroom, just perfect. However, I wasn't pleased that the toilet wasn't fixable. The maintenance and the housekeepers were very kind professional. The staff at the from desk makes you feel welcome. At least the hotel is close to the Airport and I can see the planes take off. I can also go to any restaurants within a 10-20 minute walk. I so love the pool and the patio. I have chose the right hotel for the long weekend and it is worth my 3 night stay. I'm very pleased in what I expected. The location is great, I'm close to certain places, the food is great, and the staff are professional. What more can I ask for. I will so come back again on my next weekend getaway.
P.S. Make sure I get a workable toilet the next time I visit.

The room was generally acceptable however it smelled like body odor when I first walked in and the air conditioning was noisy and too intermittent waking us more frequently.

We did a reverse park and fly (dropped the car off and stayed at our return to Canada). Rates for room and parking are quite reasonable for Toronto Airport area. You are basically right across the street from Pearson Terminal 3.
They run a shuttle every half hour to the airport and we had no issues connecting with the shuttle.
Rooms are a bit tired looking compared to some newer hotels, but everything was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Check in staff were excellent and the restaurant served an excellent breakfast. Restaurant is not cheap, but average for the airport area.
We often use this hotel because it is clean, close to the airport and a good value for the money.

My experience with this hotel has been very positive.
It is very close to the airport, and the shuttle pickups are very timely.
The rooms are well appointed, simple but nicely furnished.
Staff have been great.

Where do I start?
I have been travelling on business for almost 30 years and have had an opportunity to stay at many different hotels and chains in Canada and the United States. My favorite by far is The Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Airport property! This hotel is located on 6257 Airport Road in Toronto Canada across from the airport. What a gem for the weary business traveler or vacationer catching a flight. I started staying at this property ~25 years ago and have observed changes to the staff, including but not limited to the gm's, maintenance, maids, and front desk clerks many times over. One thing that has always been constant is the friendliness and warm hospitality I have received from all over these many years. You can well imagine that over this time many things can go awry. The staff has always made it right when anything was wrong. They go out of their way to make me fell like I am one of their family. You can always find a hotel that might offer a few more amenities you will never find a hotel that goes the extra mile like that I have found at the Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Airport!!!

I am a frequent flier, that lives 240 kilometers from the Toronto Airport. I need somewhere close to the Pearson Airport at the beginning or the end of my International trips.
The Four Points on Airport Road, fits the bill perfectly

Nice hotel, nice staffs.
Just one thing, there are some bad smells from the AC. We accidentally turned the AC to a higher temperature (I assumed that into heating), a very strong burning smell came out. As the window cannot be opened, it took quite a while to get the odor gone. (Luckily we just turned to a lower temperature and made AC running, and we left the room.
Anyway, it is a nice hotel.

As a business traveller and I'm sure thats a major portion of this hotels business, I found the "free High speed internet" far from high speed. Very, Very poor connectivity with extremely low MBPS.
Was vertualy unusable in the evening as it was unable to hold my VPN connection .
Even just for surfing it was unbearably slow loading and continously dropped the connection.
It was a bit better in the morning , however I was unabler to get any work done from the comfort of my room and had no choice but to go downstairs to use the business center, Honesly I would prefer to pay a fee for the internet if it was really high speed and usable.

Easy to get to. Charged $12 for parking. As a member I do not think we should pay for parking when it is not crowded.

We stay here frequently when flying as we can always count on clean rooms at affordable prices and helpful staff. Car parking is also a big plus for us.

Hotel needs to make customer feel better, clerk needs to find better solutions for customers and not for themselves.
Microwave use has a charge of $15, even if they saw we have a baby and we need to sterilize baby bottles thing that just take us 4 minutes of use... $15 charge.
No kids allowed at the restaurant because is a bar also. If you park your car at the entrance the cap guys will push you to move.

was very pleased with the hotel, restaurant, and size of room. Great free airport shuttle service. Very friendly and welcoming staff. However, our room was unclean and I had to call housekeeping to complete their cleaning services. The bed was made and waste baskets had been emptied, but there were crumbs on tables and floor and under furniture showing that vacuuming had not been done (or done very quickly). Housekeeping responded quickly and were very apologetic, however I was not impressed at all that I needed to attend to this matter.

Very close to Toronto Pearson Airport, with free airport shuttle.
The price is always good value for this hotel.
The room upgrade is not there though. You will need to recognize your most loyal guests a bit better.

Stayed one night on Feb 11th.
A great location for late flight layover and early morning flight start-up.
The hotel shuttle was great.
The pillows somehow could have been more substaintial.

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel. The staff has be consistantly friendly, professional, and responsive. There was a large group in the hotel this time, who really took over the place. I was very impressed with the staff's ablitity to manage the needs of all guest. This is the second time I have witnessed a major conflict in this hotel, however. The first time there was a fight right outside me door that required police intervention. This time the guests next door to me were screaming and hitting each other for about 20 minutes before departing. Not the hotel's fault by any means, but does call in to question safety issues. The room was clean (the last two visits there was an ordor in the room), however, the toliel didn't flush well, the tub didn't drain, and the door would only ltach shut if you slammed it very hard.

Spent one night here on way to the Bahamas. Courteous/helpful shuttle bus driver. Recognition and thanks for being an SPG Member from courteous front desk staff. Our flight from YVR was late and we were hungry. Great to find out that the lounge was still open and the kitchen was still taking orders. Great service, great food. Would stay here again.

A very pleasant front desk attendant offered us a second room which had newer, cleaner carpet, and cleaner furnishings. The first room was very worn and stained. The staff were excellent, the food was great in the hotel restaurant, however hotel rooms looked very tired.

PLUSES: Staff was really courteous. Internet facilities were good too. MINUSES: there is no valet service, so for those carrying lots of suitcases from international travel, they need to haul their stuff all the way to the room. The rooms had no electric kettle for boiling hot water. Only a cheap coffee maker with no real glasses or mugs either (paper glasses). The bathroom was really small too.

I was floored to find out that I had to pay for refills of iced tea while sitting in the bar (by the glass next to the pool) eating dinner. Nowhere on the menu does it indicate this and in past stays I've never had to pay for refills. The elderly lady who served me was very bitter and in some ways smug. Not what I expected from this hotel that my coworkers and I frequent a lot.
Additionally, the breakfast buffet could be more creative with hash browns, ham, and other juices.

Convenient to airport especially for a stopover or to catch an early flight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and a comfortable bed. The rate was very good value, and no problem with a late check-out. Regular half-hourly free shuttle to hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a hotel near the airport.

was put beside an elevator after being told it might be loud, went back to change rooms and was then put beside a fire wall door that kept being slammed till i fell asleep at 3. chose this option since i was only there from 11pm-8am but should have payed a bit more for a nicer hotel. that beind said i would try this hotel again.
