Rated 2 out of 5 by very disapointed Where do I begin our three days in H... ,........for starters the ATM machine didn't work. We were told that it has been broke for about a year! Second, the Indoor Whirlpool wasn't working and was told it will not be working anytime soon! Third, the Indoor Heated Pool was not heated!!!! 72 degrees is very cold in January. They said that they fixed it but it shouldn't take three days to heat up! Forth, the food was terrible, I ordered fish and chips and had to return it as I couldn't eat it. My wife had a sandwich that she couldn't eat! McD's has better food!!! We complained about these things so they did give us three free breakfasts for the buffet,......guess what our first breakfast was on Friday, NO BUFFET, they told us it was to slow to put it on!!!!! So we had to order off the menu, terrible food! Our trip was ruined and our stay should have been FREE January 7, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Perfect for those quick overnight layover stays I stayed for one night as I was in transit. Staff are friendly. My room was comfortable. The heating in the room was a little noisy but nothing to get too upset about. My only issue was with the length of time to both check-in and check out but overall I would stay there again as it is very close to the airport. It is also useful that there is a shuttle to and from the airport. February 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great location, service & features! We stayed there before leaving for a trip to Dominican. To our surprise, our room was ready before 'check in time' which isn't always a possibility. The hotel was fairly busy but the service from the desk & the lobby bar was friendly & efficient! Rated 2 out of 5 by poor heating room was set at 72 f. was cold. set to 75 still cold. heater was so noisy could not sleep. could not watch tv without turning volume up and down when heater kicked on/off. hallway was extremely dirty, looked like drywall during day, but nobody was vacuuming up mess. food was good but pricey, bed was comfortable. Rated 4 out of 5 by Brief stay, comfy bed, helpful staff I was arriving near midnight, exhausted, needing to sleep before going back to the airport very early. I was checked-in quickly, was given accurate information about the shuttle back to the airport for the morning. And as I headed to the elevator, the front desk person called out to ask whether I wanted a wake-up call. Very considerate! The shuttle to the airport in the morning was quick and easy and efficient. Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice Hotel Good hotel. The only negative thing I can say about the hotel was that on the bathroom sink they have the economy water reduction faucet so that it takes 5 times as long to wash your hands or fill up a glass of water. I mean come on, we are paying for a hotel and we should not have to put up with a trickle of water out of the sink. Charge an extra 50 cents per day and let us have a full stream of water, please! Rated 4 out of 5 by Home away from home I split my time fairly heavily between home and Toronto, so I stay at this location very frequently, half a dozen nights per month. I've always been thrilled with the staff here, who've always gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. I've used the airport shuttle only once, but it was very convenient and easy to use. Overall I'm very happy with my stays here. January 10, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Poorly trained staff Upon checking out when I handed my key card to the receptionist she said - "yes, everything is okay". What on Earth is that suppose to mean. She didn`t ask me how was my stay or what items were on my bill or how much did I spend. I had to then ask her to print me a copy of the bill. There`s a shutlle every half an hour from the hotel to the Toronto Pearson airport. The driver came in about 10 mins before the scheduled departure but didn`t say anything to the people waiting for the shuttle. He then started working on the computer in the lobby. We were all looking at his face, while standing up with our luggage beside us, hoping that he would communicate. Then finally 2 mintes after the schedule departure time he said `Let`s go``. Some communication from the driver would have been really helpful. Both the driver and the receptionist gave an impression as if they took their jobs for granted, March 22, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Should have been great except for the insect bite The good: - Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were the best. - Great location. Very close to the airport. - Concierge desk was very nice and welcoming. Staff at the cafeteria/restaurant were very nice as well. The bad: - I got an insect bite after sitting on the bed for few hours while watching TV. Must be the duvet because I remember checking the bed when I got in and didn't find anything. July 9, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Do no stay here I will start with the parking. Not enough parking for guests. Excuse oh the park n fly. So I am guest here at this hotel and there no where for me to park. Park n Fly takes priority over me. Parking lot was not cleaned well. Snow was not cleared properly. Rooms where not cleaned well. There was hair on the clean towels. There was hair on the floor. Overall experience terrible will not be back. February 18, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantstaic Stay We stayed at this hotel for one week from June 28th and enjoyed very much everything. Staff are courtesous and polite and carried out all my pre-arrival requests very professionally. Mr. Raees took care of my pre-arrival requests. Shernaz was great at check-in and handled a long line professionally. Location is great and shuttle is availble for you to take you to and from Airport July 6, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Perfect for one night... I had an overnight layover while in Toronto and needed a hotel with 24 airport shuttle service. The room was very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. I think I expected a little more bells and whistles from a Sheraton, but being an airport hotel it served my needs quite well. The bed was somewhat hard. However, I couldn't have asked for more for a short stay. June 24, 2013

Very close to airport. the shutle ride was very ponctual. The room perfect and the dinner at thehotel restaurant very good quality and pricewise. All hotel and restaurant personnel were very helpful and sympathetic. A perfect relaxing stay in a perfect environment September 26, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Freezing while waiting for shuttle The hotel needs to provide much better airport shuttle serrvice. For a shuttle that is suppose to run every half hour there is absolutely no reason myself and seven other people should have been waiting curbside for over an hour. Many of us called the hotel. We were all told the shuttle was on it's way but it never showed up. When it finally arrive there were so many people waiting that we all did not fit so some had to wait even longer. UNACCEPTABLE. This was on Sunday night 10 Feb 2013. I cleared customs at 8:26pm and the shuttle did not show up until 9:45pm. The driver said that the hotel kept sending him to a different place instead of to the baggage claim pich-up area S-5. This long delay ruined my entire stay. Regardless of how the staff was or the facilities my first, and lasting impression, of Four Points Toronto Airport is very bad due to being left standing in the cold February weather for over an hour. Rated 3 out of 5 by Average stay The room was adequate, the service was EXCELLENT, the food was good. The sauna was why I chose the location and though I had to wait awhile for it to heat up, it did the trick! Main problem was my bedding which reeked of body odour. Also the water pressure from the bathroom sink was non existent. If I hadn't been so tired I would have rung the maid to change the bedding. February 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 Convenience and comfort My spouse and I have stayed several times at this well appointed hotel when travelling from Pearson Airport. We prefer to avoid the drama of driving to the airport prior to departures or driving home after a trip "jet lagged". Parking and hotel rates are very reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The dining room service and food is also excellent. September 22, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Been Better Generally stay at this hotel when I'm passing through Toronto and almost always have a great experience. Stayed on first floor and was quite noisy, blankets on bed had holes in them. Had requested extra water for my wife and myself but got 1 extra as opposed to the requested 4. Overall will still stay here in future but very,very disappointed this time overall. December 18, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent customer service We had to arrange a stay for a friend at short notice due to holiday problems. This involved calls from UK to the hotel. The excellent service provided by Shernaz Hunter and all the staff at the hotel ensuring our friend was safe and had a good end to her holiday was second to none. I would highly recommend this hotel and the caring staff who work there. October 13, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Unexpected⋯ Booked a queen bed room and checked in as a SPG member. The room is small and bed is not a queen but a double. There is no fridge and no microwave...it seems quite disppointing compared to the room on SPG floor from other FOUR SEASON hotel in different countries. The room is also behind compared to other nearby airport hotel at similar rate. There is only one staff working at check in counter and he only serve the regular check in counter. There was no attention given to those waited at Starwood preferred guest line. Though i can understand he can only serve one customer at a time but there should be at least some gesture to show that someone will be there to help shortly or should call for assistance instead of just ignore customer in other line. I waited there for 7-8 mins before a cleaning staff went to look for help! it was around 4pm and that should be the busy check in hour⋯I wonder if this hotel always function like this?! When I got there no one knew what I was taking about even though when I booked it the person said they would make it very clear so I wouldn't have any issues. Then the following day when approached, again they were not in sync with the previous days employees. Rather disappointing. April 9, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by poor service. did not meet expectations. Lunch service was disshevelled. Desserts came befor meals. Some of the party was complete with meal before others had receoved appetizer. Coffe service at conf facility was only tea and decaf. No regular coffe until second day? That doesn't make sense. Shampoo and soap in unsealed community containers in the shower is unhygenic and unacceptable. October 21, 2012

It's too bad other hotels don't follow your example. Restaurant server late Thursday evening was most helpful. Can't remember his name, very slim & well mannered gentleman. Meal was excellent. Rated 5 out of 5 by Still the Best Hotel Experience Immediately upon arrival the guest is greeted warmly and welcomed by any employee. The front desk is a hot spot of efficiency and pleasantness. I very much appreciated being recognized as a past guest by both Archie and Shernaz. Their wonderful and endearing welcome set the tone for the entire stay. Awesome can best describe the dining experience at De Maples. The food is deliciously, amply, and stylishly prepared by Chefs Errol and Margaret and impeccably served by Jack and Louis. Their knowledge of cuisine and best wine choice is exemplary. I especially enjoy inviting guests to dine with us as I am confident that the food and service will be excellent. The spa area with hot tub, pool, and gym are state-of-the-art and very well maintained. The rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed. The free WiFi is an added bonus. For business or pleasure this hotel offers a happy and very satisfying experience. Expect to be pleasantly surprised. December 15, 2012

I'd stay at this hotel again in a heart beat. The staff made my six day stay enjoyable. They were so courteous and professional. No attitudes and concerned about my needs at all times. Rated 2 out of 5 by Room Selestion The hotel facilities were fine and the room was clean and well appointed. To start with the shuttle was 20 minutes late on the coldest night of the year. The staff were friendly and recognized my gold status. They then promptly put me in a room next to the elevator shaft. I listened to the elevator all night. This stay was very disappointing. The location was the only draw back as it was farther away from my business meetings than I originally anticipated, once the rush hour traffic was factored in. Rated 2 out of 5 by Very clean but... Nice and convenient location; clean sheets, friendly staff. Room was too small and did not come with a mini fridge that we believe is a standard now. They had an excuse for additional charges for anything that you requested that is not in the room. One of the two elevator was broken and did not get fixed until we left. October 8, 2013
