Immediately upon arrival the guest is greeted warmly and welcomed by any employee. The front desk is a hot spot of efficiency and pleasantness. I very much appreciated being recognized as a past guest by both Archie and Shernaz. Their wonderful and endearing welcome set the tone for the entire stay.
Awesome can best describe the dining experience at De Maples. The food is deliciously, amply, and stylishly prepared by Chefs Errol and Margaret and impeccably served by Jack and Louis. Their knowledge of cuisine and best wine choice is exemplary. I especially enjoy inviting guests to dine with us as I am confident that the food and service will be excellent.
The spa area with hot tub, pool, and gym are state-of-the-art and very well maintained.
The rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed.
The free WiFi is an added bonus.
For business or pleasure this hotel offers a happy and very satisfying experience. Expect to be pleasantly surprised.

We were impressed by your restaurant's Gluten Free Menu. I'm Celiac and I often have to explain my condition. It's too bad other hotels don't follow your example. Restaurant server late Thursday evening was most helpful. Can't remember his name, very slim & well mannered gentleman. Meal was excellent. Staff @ reception excellent. Would come back.

We loved the convenience of staying here during our Red Cross Conference. A lovely hotel. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel facilities were fine and the room was clean and well appointed.
To start with the shuttle was 20 minutes late on the coldest night of the year.
The staff were friendly and recognized my gold status. They then promptly put me in a room next to the elevator shaft. I listened to the elevator all night.
This stay was very disappointing.

room was set at 72 f. was cold. set to 75 still cold. heater was so noisy could not sleep. could not watch tv without turning volume up and down when heater kicked on/off. hallway was extremely dirty, looked like drywall during day, but nobody was vacuuming up mess. food was good but pricey, bed was comfortable.

The hotel has a wonderful location because of the airport proximity. It would be great if breakfast is included with the hotel stay.

I travel a lot and have stayed at a lot of hotels. I have strict standards of comfort and cleanliness. I'd stay at this hotel again in a heart beat. The staff made my six day stay enjoyable. They were so courteous and professional. No attitudes and concerned about my needs at all times. That makes a big difference when your on the road.

The property is very attractive, comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location was the only draw back as it was farther away from my business meetings than I originally anticipated, once the rush hour traffic was factored in.
I will stay there again only if my business meetings are in the Vaughn area.

Nice and convenient location; clean sheets, friendly staff. Room was too small and did not come with a mini fridge that we believe is a standard now. They had an excuse for additional charges for anything that you requested that is not in the room. One of the two elevator was broken and did not get fixed until we left.

I was very impressed with my day-room stay on March 4, 2013. The staff was friendly and helpful and even assisted me by taking my lunch to the kitchen fridge since I was not equipped with a room fridge.
My room was comfortable and, even though my stay was short, I had restfull and uniterrupted sleep.

The staff is very accommodating. The pool, hot tub and gym are well maintained and great to have for relaxation. The hotel restaurant was great along with the staff. The rooms were comfortable. All in all we had a good stay.

We were there for two different venue events and the free shuttle was perfect for one event while the availability of a very reputable taxi at a moment's notice was ideal. Nice quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of big city life. Very clean hotel and amenities are easily accessible. Loved the pool.

We stayed there before leaving for a trip to Dominican. To our surprise, our room was ready before 'check in time' which isn't always a possibility. The hotel was fairly busy but the service from the desk & the lobby bar was friendly & efficient!

The location is excellent and with the shuttle to and from the airport, plus the ability to park your car there during the travel, they make it very easy.
The hotel set up is very good, with the restaurant and bar pleasant and accessible.
The rooms are clean and comfortable - especially the beds!

Heating system very noisy in room--it caused interrupted sleep--and the cool air blew all the way to the bed (which was on the opposite wall to the heating system).
Staff forgot to make wake-up call.
Light switch into unit should be closer to door entrance and hotel corridor; hard to find in dark.

Hotel is very convenient in terms of location and a pleasant surprise for a Four Points. The restaurant was pretty good too.
What I appreciated most about the hotel was the Amazing Service by the front desk staff.. Dana and Shernaz are extremely professional and made sure my stay was perfect.

This is a good hotel with nice amenities. (Pool, Gym, etc.
Close to YYZ (Toronto airport) with pickup and drop-off shuttle service.
Nice restaurant & bar.
If you are an SPG member there is an SPG reception with the GM every Wednesday.
The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Hotel is in walking distance to terminal 3, pearson airport. Hotel is clean, rooms are all spacious and clean. Hotel offers park and away. Hotel has a pool and hot tub, dining area, free wifi,free shuttle to airport if you require it.
All over a great value for your money too!

Stayed here on an overnight stay between flights. Adequate accommodations. However the AC/Heating unit was turned on cold and was unable to change that. The controls did not work. There were roof leaks throughout the hotel. The whole place is somewhat in disrepair.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Four Points Sheraton by the airport. We were in town for my nephews wedding , The hotel staff was amazingly accommodating. The rooms were clean and updated and we were treated like royalty. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is about 5 minutes from the airport and catching the shuttle is not complicated.
The staff were excellent at check in and the food in the restaurant was excellent.
The rooms and hotel were very clean. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Standard rooms expected at Four Points. However, thermostat wasn't working, bathrooms very small with broken light switch. I took advantage of the 4 PM checkout, however they had cancelled my key card anyway and kept being disturbed by staff throughout the extra time period.

Room was very small and tired + the first room I was given had a nasty odor. I had a also had a very long wait for the shuttle.
I arrived late and had to leave early the next morning to make a flight. I doubt if I will use this hotel for future transfers at YYZ.

Asked for a fridge and a microwave. Got neither. Insulin should be refrigerated! Had to wait 45 minutes at airport for a shuttle "that will be there in ten minutes". Froze outside waiting. Very disorganized front desk.
Excellent room service, good food choices.
