Hotel needs to make customer feel better, clerk needs to find better solutions for customers and not for themselves.
Microwave use has a charge of $15, even if they saw we have a baby and we need to sterilize baby bottles thing that just take us 4 minutes of use... $15 charge.
No kids allowed at the restaurant because is a bar also. If you park your car at the entrance the cap guys will push you to move.

was very pleased with the hotel, restaurant, and size of room. Great free airport shuttle service. Very friendly and welcoming staff. However, our room was unclean and I had to call housekeeping to complete their cleaning services. The bed was made and waste baskets had been emptied, but there were crumbs on tables and floor and under furniture showing that vacuuming had not been done (or done very quickly). Housekeeping responded quickly and were very apologetic, however I was not impressed at all that I needed to attend to this matter.

As a business traveller and I'm sure thats a major portion of this hotels business, I found the "free High speed internet" far from high speed. Very, Very poor connectivity with extremely low MBPS.
Was vertualy unusable in the evening as it was unable to hold my VPN connection .
Even just for surfing it was unbearably slow loading and continously dropped the connection.
It was a bit better in the morning , however I was unabler to get any work done from the comfort of my room and had no choice but to go downstairs to use the business center, Honesly I would prefer to pay a fee for the internet if it was really high speed and usable.

Excellent hotel at a fair price and close to Toronto airport. Full service restaurant is open late which is a real benefit to late arriving guests.

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel. The staff has be consistantly friendly, professional, and responsive. There was a large group in the hotel this time, who really took over the place. I was very impressed with the staff's ablitity to manage the needs of all guest. This is the second time I have witnessed a major conflict in this hotel, however. The first time there was a fight right outside me door that required police intervention. This time the guests next door to me were screaming and hitting each other for about 20 minutes before departing. Not the hotel's fault by any means, but does call in to question safety issues. The room was clean (the last two visits there was an ordor in the room), however, the toliel didn't flush well, the tub didn't drain, and the door would only ltach shut if you slammed it very hard.

A very pleasant front desk attendant offered us a second room which had newer, cleaner carpet, and cleaner furnishings. The first room was very worn and stained. The staff were excellent, the food was great in the hotel restaurant, however hotel rooms looked very tired.
