Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent, as usual My flight (WestJet) was 4+ hours late arriving from the UK, so what with that and the time change, I was pretty weary when I got to the hotel. The staff were friendly and swift to get me checked in, as usual. The room was a very welcome haven after such a day! I did not use the restaurant this time. I'll be back. July 31, 2016

Rated 2 out of 5 by Basics I was not looking for or expecting a high service, high touch experience when I booked this property but I did expect the basics to be right. The sense of arrival is lacking, starting with the poor condition of the parking lot. It looks like a bad, private lot and not a hotel. Our guest room, flat out smelled terrible. There is no way the housekeeping team was not aware how bad the room smelled when they cleaned it. The carpet was stained badly and the entire room felt dirty. We arrived late and did not bother changing rooms but this was a real problem and speaks to not getting the basics right. I would have expected a small, empty fridge in the room as well. It's much more important than robes to a family traveling. Breakfast in the restaurant was okay. Buffet was cheap ($14) but that's about what is worth. A few items, bland fruit and toast. Service was non existent. Gentlemen who helped us did not listen to anything we asked to help with our 3 and 6 year old. He was like a robot only wanting us to order the buffet to make his job easier Check in and check out was fine. No issues July 12, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Responsive Customer Service My husband and I stayed at the Four Points Hotel for 1 night before a 3 week trip to Europe and again on our return. We chose the rate that included 16 nights parking. We needed 21 nights. Given it was not high season the manager approved the extra 5 days in our rate. Front desk staff were very accommodating when asked for a quiet room. Dining room staff were very pleasant. We will continue to stay at this hotel and recommend it to others. July 4, 2016
