Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel and very nice staff All to often we take the time to write a review about how horrible things may be. I'm taking the time to compliment this hotel from the top down. Yvonne and Tracy you always treat me with respect and professionalism that's unequalled. Brenda in the bar you should be running that restaurant. Your awesome and very pleasant. Even the women and men that take care of our rooms are all very accommodating. It must mean you all enjoy your job and who you work with. Great teamwork guys. Keep up the awesome work. Your the best. Rated 3 out of 5 by Definitely not your typical starwood resort This hotel was not what I'd come to expect from starwood. The lobby was a bit musty and the rooms even more so. Definitely needs an update! March 13, 2016

Thanks to Tracy G at the front desk & her boss Steve the nicest two hotel people I've ever met in the hotel Biz, & they love to be at work! Rated 1 out of 5 by Obnoxious Housekeeping Procedures My family and I were dead asleep at 9am when housekeeping knocked on the door and immediately opened the door on us. I called the front desk and they explained housekeeping has a policy to open doors and start cleaning at 9am, assuming that everyone checks out by 9am unless guests know to put a do not disturb sign on the door. Nobody told me that at check in, and I have been to dozens of hotels and never been awakened by aggressive housekeeping at 9am! I feel like I am being pressured to get out and am unwelcome. I told the front desk I was annoyed and her response was 'well there was a sign in the hallway warning you about this, so what do you want me to do about it now??' Terrible staff and terrible procedures. Starwood needs to change procedures here. December 27, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Daytime rest I work 12 hr shifts 7pm to 7am. There are times I need a quiet place to sleep during the day such as work going on in my home or construction in the neighborhood. This means I need a room in the morning. Four Points can usually accommodate my needs and if I arrive for 9am I only get charged for one day and they tell me I actually have the room to the next day. Haven't had the need for that yet but it is comforting to know if I need to come back and crash after a partial shift, I have the room available. The place is very clean, staff is great and never had a problem with noise even though this is when housekeeping is at their busiest. The onsite restaurant/bar is very good and reasonably priced. This is without a doubt my first choice when needing a room. Hoping I can get a day room for the day before New Years Eve because it will be a zoo at my place. It will be a sad day if I have to stay elsewhere, I like the place that much. December 24, 2015
