This is a wonderful property. I have stayed here on several occasions for business as well as personal. Every time the staff is very attentive to my needs and very welcoming. They treat every guest with respect and enthusiasm, but specially platinum members. It is odd that one of the managers recognized me as a prior guest and wanted to ensure I was very satisfied and catered to my needs. He assisted my in making another reservation for later this year when I could not reserve it through the system. The hotel is centrally located next to shops, the beach is only a couple of blocks away and many good restaurants are either a short walk or a short drive from the hotel.

From the moment we stepped in,We were met with the most pleasant and wonderful hotel front desk person,Julie she covered everything.Her smile and personality was the best .This hotel is clean and everyone is happy to help with anything.

We love SPG properties and this is a favorite of ours. It has an eclectic décor- only a couple of blocks from the beach and has a great bar with pizza. On site they have the surf shop and a Starbucks.
Naseer is the Guest Service Manager and takes great care of us along with the rest of the staff.
We recently stayed here twice along with staying another property in Melbourne run by another hotel flag.... we will drive the extra 20 minutes and stay in Cocoa Beach 4 Points from now on. It's worth it.

The air was very poor in the room.Fortunately we brought our own fan. this is a very average room for a Sheraton brand.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Kljdog Not as good as I remember from last year
We have stayed here several times due to the hotel's proximity to Port Canaveral cruise ships. This time I was bothered by the noise of the air conditioning which woke me up every time it came on during the night. We have had good meals in the restaurant and it is convenient that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. I do not think I will be back due to the non-restful night's sleep.

I had a few travel issues due to weather and the front desk staff were fabulous with helping me. Thanks for making our stay perfect. Great spot to stay for a few days before a cruise from Port Canaveral.

This is one of our favorite hotels. All the staff, especially Julie and Kelsey treated us like royalty. We get upgrades if available, extra perks for not using maid service and check-in bonus points. It is the only hotel we know of where we get the choice of ocean view or Surf shop interior view. We can't wait to come back. They also have separate bins for recycling.

From the moment we booked this hotel with Angel, until we checked out after our extended stay, the staff at this hotel couldn't do enough for us. They have one of the best staffs I have seen in quite awhile. The hotel is clean, rooms are very comfortable, very nice amenities. There is a workout room, heated pool with whirlpool, excellent restaurant also with a great staff, very large surf shop and a Starbucks. Everytime we stopped at the front desk, whether it was to get pool towels, ask for directions or a suggestion for a restaurant, they couldn't do enough for us, asking if there was anything else they could do for us. Angel is definitely an asset to this hotel. A great hotel.
