Rated 4 out of 5 by BEWARE the Shark Pit I can no longer eat at The Shark Pit at Cocoa Beach Surf Company/Sheraton Hotel. As much as I like supporting local businesses, I refuse to be treated like a thief.Dan, is a bully and is destroying business. Ordered out tonight and what food they remembered to put in the takeout bags, was over cooked and disgusting. Dan refused to honor a promise to replace a house salad that was missing last time we ordered out. I hope it was worth the $6.99. We will NEVER order or go in there again. September 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Second trip here. Really liked this place. A nice relaxing place to stay. I would have liked to have been right on the beach, but its close anyway. Made up for that by being close to food and shopping options. The restaurant was great and beds were perfect. The staff was super. A great place to stay!! September 12, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Clean and comfortable The beds and furniture were comfortable. Everything was kept clean. The person that greeted us was wonderful in helping to plan out our time there. Only one concern: when staying on the 5th floor, we were challenged with the stairs to get to our parking spot with luggage. If there is an easier path, I recommend staff informing guest upon arrival. September 4, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Misleading information I was disappointed with the room because when I made my reservation I specifically asked for a suite that had a separate bedroom with a door that could be closed because my son snores and I will not be able to sleep. The clerk assured me that the queen suite met those specifications, but when we arrived, it did not. When I questioned the clerk, he stated that this hotel does not have any separarte bedrooms and the clerk was mistaken. I then asked if there were any adjoining rooms available and there were not. So to my dismay I stayed in that room on a very uncomfortable pull out sofa, which really need to bve upgraded, it feels like you're sleeping on rods of steel, they are very uncomfortable, and I've stayed at plenty of other hotels where the pull outs were very comfortable. So needless to say I did not get a good nights sleep. Also I had asked the clerk if the hotel was beachfront and she again assureed me that it was and again its very misleading because you are 2 + blocks walking distance from the beach, I thought beachfront meant that you step out of the hotel onto the beach but again I was mistaken. So I would recommend that the staff be given more direction on how to address these issues when questioned about them. September 4, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel From the moment we booked this hotel with Angel, until we checked out after our extended stay, the staff at this hotel couldn't do enough for us. They have one of the best staffs I have seen in quite awhile. The hotel is clean, rooms are very comfortable, very nice amenities. There is a workout room, heated pool with whirlpool, excellent restaurant also with a great staff, very large surf shop and a Starbucks. Everytime we stopped at the front desk, whether it was to get pool towels, ask for directions or a suggestion for a restaurant, they couldn't do enough for us, asking if there was anything else they could do for us. Angel is definitely an asset to this hotel. A great hotel. February 29, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dude...cool place Dude is my weak attempt at being funny. This hotel is part of (as I understand it) one of the largest or the largest surfer shops in the country. It is a small clean hotel. Staff all very friendly and helpful. The Shark Pit Bar and Grill was great and the grub was the best I have had in a while. I had the cheese burger and eggs benedict both were great. I understand the pizza is to die for I just ran out of time to try it too. Starbucks in building too. Close to everything in Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. I will be back. January 8, 2013
