My family enjoyed our two day stay. However, a couple of minor room conditions such as the toilet not being bolted down tightly (would wobbly when sitting down) and the bathroom door hinges were in need of oiling as it squeaked loudly. Workers on the last days set off the fire alarm and frightened me and my babies. I believe these are not usual occurrences but I felt the need to express my stay. I would visit again regardless.

The room had a smell of cigarette smoke that was masked with air freshner. The towles in the bathroom smelled like an ashtray. The beds were nice but a little on the soft side.
Other than that the room was clean and the hotel staff very nice.

Hotel Lobby is nice, rooms are loud and very dated looking. Restaurant is pleasant and comfortable. Hotel is not up to the standards of theSherat on Four Points I typically stay at.

I had left my jacket and cell phone behind, and the staff was very helpful, called back right away when they found it and held on to them for hours, until I had a chance to get back there. Our room was very clean, and the buffet brunch was tasty.

We found overall the stay was fine, only 2 discomforts found. There was extreme noise in the hallway till way after 3 am- kept waking us up. and the a/c was extremely noisy, so we opted to shut it off , so it was very hot in the room, it is too bad windows did not open. What ever happened to real cups in the room and enough coffee for 2 cups.

I have stayed at this Hotel on numerous oocations and have never had a bad experience. The staff have stepped up to the plate on numerous occasions assissting me in finding dining and entertainment venues. The rooms are always clean and the beds very comfy

While in Edmtn., I have meetings in and around the City. The location is ideal for my purpose, incl. parking. I continue to enjoy the room and the facilities in the Hotel. The staff are very helpful and courteous.
