I stay at the property almost weekly and the staff have always made me feel like family. The beds are very comfortable and the food is always very good. I always look forward to my stays at my "second" home

i had a few concerns, i was in a double room with my guest and we had to share a bottle of water seems a little cheep. also the rent a movie was WAY to costly 15.99 really. And my check out time was 12:00pm why was the maid knocking at my door at 9:00am. all these took my night from great to good.

We stayed at this hotel on the November long weekend for just one night. Booked a suite, however this was just a regular sized room with a wall built around the bed, so it was extremely small. Front desk girl was fantastic, breakfast was a good value. However back to the room, thermostat didn't work or the wall heaters, maintenance had to come to the room but his English wasn't very good and couldn't explain things. Eventually go it working, however the bedroom heater never would turn off. The sofa bed pull out was broken and the foot of the bed had to be support by sofa cushions. Carpet was stained, cleanliness was alright, Disappointing for the price.

The location is excellent for either business or leisure. The lobby facilities are comfortable, pleasant and the business center is well equipped. Lots of local and national papers are available.

With only 2 servers to serve all the restaurant.
Our group had to even take the order and do some clean up by ourselves.

Sheraton has done some nice upgrades to this property, the only downfall being the tiny bathroom. The restaurant is excellent with a great staff. The front desk staff is also excellent and make you feel very welcome. All in all a great place to stay.

I ORDERED A KING BED GOT A QUEEN ,MY BROTHER IN LAW WAS IN A SUITE AND PAID $50.00 A NIGHT LESS FOR HIS ROOM. RESTAURANT STAFF WERE NOT VERY PLEASANT.I WILL STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE NEXT TIME I,M IN EDMONTON

After some years of not staying at this hotel I decided to give it a second chance since I was doing some business close in that area of Edmonton. In some aspects I was surprised about the changes that were done at the hotel, but in many others there is still a chance to improve. The pros: The rooms have been refurbished in their interiors to a more updated furniture and décor, more at the standard of newer Four Points hotels. Common areas such as lobby, meeting rooms, restaurants and health club are kept in spotless conditions. The Duke of Argyll Pub offered a good menu, tasty drinks with a friendly atmosphere that included live music. Thumbs up for it. I really appreciate the upgrade received on my room, It really made a difference in comfort since my partner was watching T.V. in the living room and I was sleeping.
Areas of improvement: Steam Room and Sauna were both out of operation (a disappointment) The business center located at the 5th floor is just a sign that hasn't been removed yet. Some décor and carpets in the hallways and main areas are showing their age and they contrast with the new furniture and improvements done around the hotel. The morning Coffee service was unattended and therefore supplies run out fast without being replenished (on both mornings we have to ask at the restaurant for a cup of coffee). And the one that needs more attention is the training of the front desk staff. The were not paying enough attention to details in the reservation such as special fares, SPG level benefits, and proper procedures to close the guest folios in order to get the starpoints and stay credits added to the account.
This hotel has a good location, but I hope they keep in mind that there are two more newer Four Points not so far from them, as well as two more coming up in the next years.
