Coming to this property is always a pleasure. My room is always ready and clean. What makes this hotel wonderful is the recognition I receive. All the associates know my name and welcome me warmly. The front desk ladies are the best. Julia, Desirae, and Carmen never fail to great me and ask if I I need another. Raul in the restaurant is another winner. Keep up the good work.

excellent place to stay we enjoy staying the entire weekend ,the place its nice ,the peaple are very nice ,the rooms and bathrooms very clean,good food .music at the casino was good.i realy had a nice time ,close to restaurants .mall, easy,to come and go from the hotel.four point its the best .the whole family enjoy very much they want to come back again.thank you to the staff at the hotel they treat us really nice thank you.

I stay there from 19-21 of January because of the fiestas de la calle san sebastian we did not find hotel in san juan so we stay in this hotel that when my wife made the reservation they never tell her about the room revenue fee that was 37.41 per night. the hotel was clean and the service was ok but i was surprised when they charge me that fee and he never said anything about it.
the hotel is ok if you don't to pay that fee.

Stayed two nights at Caguas PR hotel with checkout on 02/15/2012. I was only person in the room and non-smoker. On 02/18/2012, the hotel billed AMEX for $200 penalty for smoking in the room. No smoking of any kind occurred during my stay, and I cannot tolerate being in a smoking room due to health problem. I will allow AMEX to handle the erroneous billing, but will monitor to ensure that hotel did not get paid.

I am very happy with my stay. I just recommend more activities and play area for kids. I went with my two kids and they have fun a lot but my daughter has fever and did not got in pool a lot. I would like to congrat Mrs Desyree from the front desk and Mrs Mylee in the restaurant, they gave us excellent customer service. Thanks a lot. I will planned to visit again just with my wife to enjoy the Casino too.

The hotel was clean and the facilities are good. But when I was left only two towels in the bathroom and called the front desk for more, I was questioned by the person who picked-up my call. She wanted to know why I needed more towels and explained to me that since there were two persons registered in the room, only two towels were left. I have long hair and wanted an extra towel to dry it after shampoo!!

Carmen at the front desk is the best SPG employee in the U.S. really. ALL the front desk staff was exceptional. Wonderful service from the restaurant and housekeeping as well. Great hotel.

good hotel. If you are trying to stay close to san Juan this maynot be the hotel for you. its about 30min drive to san juan but easy to get to.. the casino was ok and they have nightlife at the hotel on the wekends which was nice and crowded. you are close to the town of guavate and the Botanical gardens. the resturant downstairs in the hotel for buffet breakfast was not good or worth it.

I find this hotel to be an excellent location for a long weekend getaway. Right off the highway,which is always great especially in Puerto Rico.. 20 minutes from the SanJuan area.... Casino on location , which is wonderful for all casino lovers. Wonderful mountain view and a great golf course. Overall It was a rejuvinating stay. I would totally Recommend this Location For a Relaxed stay.

For $250 a night the price does no match the value. Staff very very nice and helpful. The hallways need new carpet. The breakfast was not good. Sour milk one morning, food trays sat empty, coffee and orange juice ran out without prompting for refills, plates were dirty. Checked out early when event ended instead of staying. Some things would not be acceptable at any price.

The pillows (from the room), the bed, the room, the room with carpets, the cleaning, the free coffe are the best thing in the hotel in my opinion. The things that I didnt like the most were the pool was to small for what we expected because of the pictures shown to us, the pool schedules it should be extended, and in each room of the hotel should be a safe in it.

The Hotel Staff was excellent and very professional and friendly. They eagerly complied with any request. I felt they really did their best to please us! Since the Bistro Restaurant in the Lobby was the only food option, the hotel staff suggested some great restaurants in the area and gave us detailed driving directions! Overall, we had a very enjoyable 5 days!

As I have pointed out numerous times in my two-year stay in your Facility, you need to change the cable/dish/whatever TV supplier. Too few channels, numerous outages--both channels and/or sound--, etc.
In my stays at other hotels, they have a choice of up to nearly 50-75 channels, including premium channels.
Also, the restaurant menu needs to be expanded.

This is a great central location outside of San Juan. Facilities are very nice, staff is very friendly and helpful. I like the fact the casino is across the way and you don't have to traverse the casino to get into the hotel. Room was huge, we had separate living and sleeping rooms. Living area had mini-kitchen with full size fridge and microwave.

I stayed at the hotel for seven days. Everything is good except the resturant. Food quality is average not great. The rooms are confortable, staff is very friendly and they installed the same week wireless internet so that's a plus. The only problem that I found is that the key rooms constanly didn't work and you have to go to reprogram it.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and were ready to help with any questions. The pool area was very nice and the surrounding area is beautiful.
I would suggest this hotel if you are looking for a nice quite hotel that has a hopping casino right next door. We had a great time in Caguas.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant, however, was absolutely poor. I have stayed here several times and it is always the same. While the food is pretty good the service is terrible. It can take well over an hour just to get your food. This fact alone may cause me to begin staying somewhere else.

I stayed on my wedding weekend on the Four Points by Sheraton in Caguas. It was a great experience! The staff was friendly and professional. They fulfill our needs and most importantly the hotel suite features were outstanding. I was impressed by the refrigerator size. I look forward to another stay very soon!

I was disappointed in the cost of one night stay without any extra features like a refrigerator in the room or local calls free. There were only two bath towels in the bathroom and there were not a high quality towel. I would not spend that much money for what I got in this place.

The hotel staff is very competent and knows his job. They treat the guests with respect, cordiality and friendliness making one feel at home. They cover all needs the guest may have. On the other hand, the hotel is conveniently located and is close to food outlets, a shopping center and a pharmacy.

Reservation was made through travel agency. when arrived to the hotel, it was not in system and so, my reservation was not recognized. The reservation was made within the hotel's group system (a charge was already made), but for some reason it did not reached the hotel.

I was a little worried when I reserved here, because sadly the intern tourist in my island(I live here) always is terrible. I was happily surprised with the outstanding customer service and the beautiful rooms. The pool very nice. I stayed 2 additional days. This hotel impressed me!!!

I usually stay at this hotel mostly for business. The staff makes me feel welcomed. Comfort, cleanliness, friendly staff, price, SPG status recognition, and ubication, are the aspects I look for when I travel and this hotel meets all.

This hotel used to have a business style atmosphere but not anymore. People walking through the lobby with no shirt (you should put in place a policy about this). Children running wet and in bathing suits through lobby and Restaurant. Not a peacefully environment anymore.

The hotel does offer Wi-Fi in rooms but it keeps dropping and is not reliable and extrememly slow. The wired Internet in the room I stayed did not work either. I stay in this hotel for business and having a reliable internet in the room is absolutely essential.
