Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel The staff was outstanding, extremely helpful and friendly and recognized my gold status. The only improvement that I would recommend is the layout of the first floor lobby area. For those with kids there is not a good place to sit in the lobby besides in the restaurant or the bar. The computer area could also be expanded to allow room for those with laptops. January 31, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice hotel in a good location A very nice little hotel with a very good staff. The location is good -- one u-bahn stop from main train station. Rooms are nice -- the larger rooms are quite large with nice balconies. The bar area / lobby is not very comfortable -- and since this is the one place for free WiFi this is a disappointment. Rated 5 out of 5 by I am a big fan A nice hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are bright and well appointed and the staff is quite good at seeing that Gold and Platinum get upgrades. Some of the upgraded rooms are extremely large with kitchenette. The bar / lobby area is a bit small and is not a great place to hang out. The neighborhood is kind of up and coming -- but is safe and interesting to walk around with a lot of good restaurants. Try Kao Kao (on Tulbeckstrasse) for Thai food! November 9, 2011
