Rated 4 out of 5 by NOT AS EXPECTED The hotel was fine, but, it was listed as being in Victoria, and was about 10 miles from Victoria. Room was not ready at 3 and others were there for a 4pm wedding, asked for early check-in, told there was no problem, and their rooms were not ready either. Staff didn't seem concerned that rooms were not ready. But the room was excellent. August 20, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic Value I stayed as an RRU guest at the hotel and it was great! I had a beautiful room and the front desk staff really exceeded my expectations - especially Rochelle! The shuttle was amazing and flexible! Great value add! I was disappointed that the only in hotel restaurant was a pub style restaurant, but quickly got over it as the food was GREAT! April 29, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Place to Stay for the Value Nice hotel which we visited in our tour to the West Coast during August. The hotel is in a good location, not too far from Victoria. Check in was easy, the staff was very friendly and helpfuI. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. We would stay in again. August 29, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Stay was ok The rooms were clean. The desk clerk who checked us in was not able to access my memebership info., which was actually printed on my statement when I checked out. She was not able to guide us to local restaurants. The public restroom(near the gym) were not clean, smelled like cigarettes and there were cigarett butts in some of the toilets. October 5, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Communication There is a reason we have two ears and one month. Staff should do twice as much listening as they do talking. I wasn't impressed with my first stay but though I'd give this hotel another try. The rooms are clean but the beds are horrible. October 9, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Restaurant / Bar I wanted to send a quick note with regards to the restaurant and bar. I had a work crew with me and we stay at your hotel for 3 weeks in June and July. The food and service at the restaurant and bar was excellent my work crew did not want to go anywhere esle after the work day was done. Special thanks to Clair, Sidney and Tia. Bob August 2, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Hotel renovations I stayed Thursday and Friday night and was woken up Saturday morning at 6:45 by the sound of construction workers filling the garbage bin just below my room window. Not acceptable! I would have complained at check out but did not have time.' October 6, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Grest Value and Location I decided to try the Four Points in Victoria (Langford) as one of the options for an SPG hotel in the area. I arrived later in the evening and was greeted by the front desk staff who were pleasant and greeted me by name and advised me that I had been upgraded to a superior room due to my platinum status. The hotel is located near a number of restaurants and big box stores and the lobby and rooms are tastefully decorated. The room was clean and quiet and parking was not an issue with easy access through both entrances to the lobby. I dropped my bags in the room and went out for dinner. On the way out the front desk staff asked if my room was suitable which I thought was a nice gesture. I stayed one night and it was a good value compared to other properties and it exceeded my expectations. The only issue I noticed was the poor condition of the hallway carpets but then saw a sign posted by the management advising that they were in the process of replacing carpet. May 8, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Just missed... The toilet in room 422 was running when I entered the room and it took a lot of jiggling to get it to stop and it did not want to flush. (I informed the front desk of this on checkout) Also why do room designers think that you ONLY want to watch TV in bed?. The TV does not move and so you cannot watch it from the chair. May 14, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Above and Beyond Our U19 Fastpitch team stayed at this hotel and received unbelievable service. With 1 waitress and 1 cook, they managed to serve all 18 of us and had us on our way within 1 hour.The food was great everytime we ate there.The staff was always extremely friendly and catered to our every need. We definately will stay again!! July 14, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by very nice service and price I spent a night here for one of my Canada travel days, and this place was just the best. Staffs are very nice and ask you for extra help all the time. I spent only 3000 SPG points for a night. This is another great asset here. Only problem for me is that this location is a little far way from downtown Victoria. May 14, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great value I have stayed at the Four Points several times for business and pleasure and it is consistently clean and comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. Although it is a 7 kms from downtown, it is quiet and there is lots of shopping within walking distance. The pub is also excellent, with local fare and a varied menu. September 2, 2012

From when I called and booked to walking in the door at the end of a long day and being greeted by such friendly people.....well done everyone. Also, being able to meet allergy needs in the room and getting them right the first time is huge, thank you. February 8, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by This hotel is okay The overall impression is good, but restaurant service is poor, waitresses are loud, evening service kind of okay, but morning s is just terrible - very-very slow, really, even when there were only 2 families in the restaurant... Would recommend this hotel but would not recommend to go to the restaurant. May 28, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by staff is always friendly when i made reservations i specifically asked for 2 beds when i arrived at the hotel they upgraded me which is wonderful but they upgraded me to a 1 bed room. when i went to change rooms there was not an upgraded room with 2 beds so we were given a regular room which was fine but was also dissapointin January 15, 2013

We had a small issue on check in but the manager tracked us down to ensure we were looked after. The front desk was very helpful and friendly...beds were great (as usual) and the facility was very clean. We will stay here again. September 6, 2012

Crappy in- room cofee" A pet peeve of minein hotels these days .I want a Goood cup of java before I get dressed,Not enough tea and good cofee. no Wine glasses , bathroom freebies were missed skimpy with the towels and the TV menu didnt display programs. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great place to stay This was a very nice hotel to stay at. Beautifully built, roomy rooms and well laid out design. Internet was wi-fi and easy to set up. Quiet location but so close to amazing stores, restaurants and close enough to main highway. Nice restaurant on site and swimming pool and workout room. June 12, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by great spot to stay This hotel is very nice with helpful staff and a great restaurant. My only complaint is that they use some kind of air freshener in the room and I have scent allergies and found I had to open the windows and still found I got a headache and congestion when in the room any length of time. Rated 4 out of 5 by Fix the doors Everything was great at the hotel except the second night. There were some thoughtless guests that were very loud late at night and every time they left their room, the door slammed shut. Louder than one would expect and enough to shake the door of my room and wake me up from sleep. April 7, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Expensive for what you get We found the rooms small and were disappointed there was not even a microwave in the room. The pool was small, and our daughter's eyes were burning badly from the chlorine in the pool. The steam room did not work. Overall, we felt we paid too much for what we received/expected. Rated 3 out of 5 by Coffee awful! I was disappointed that the room did not have a proper coffee maker and the coffee was awful both in th room and in the lobby. Coffee is very important to people. I also thought that the rooms should of had miro waves. I was disappointed in the housekeeping policy. June 3, 2013

The staff and service, however, go above and beyond. Kind, courteous, helpful... never mind the gifts and SPG recognition. Will definitely be bachk. December 4, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by As good as it gets! We travel a lot, and always try to pick a higher end accommodation. This hotel truly was special. Not only was the price right, but the staff went out of the way to make certain that we were happy and carefree during our stay. We will definitely stay here again. March 8, 2013
