I wanted to send a quick note with regards to the restaurant and bar. I had a work crew with me and we stay at your hotel for 3 weeks in June and July. The food and service at the restaurant and bar was excellent my work crew did not want to go anywhere esle after the work day was done. Special thanks to Clair, Sidney and Tia.

The toilet in room 422 was running when I entered the room and it took a lot of jiggling to get it to stop and it did not want to flush. (I informed the front desk of this on checkout)
Also why do room designers think that you ONLY want to watch TV in bed?. The TV does not move and so you cannot watch it from the chair.

I decided to try the Four Points in Victoria (Langford) as one of the options for an SPG hotel in the area. I arrived later in the evening and was greeted by the front desk staff who were pleasant and greeted me by name and advised me that I had been upgraded to a superior room due to my platinum status. The hotel is located near a number of restaurants and big box stores and the lobby and rooms are tastefully decorated. The room was clean and quiet and parking was not an issue with easy access through both entrances to the lobby. I dropped my bags in the room and went out for dinner. On the way out the front desk staff asked if my room was suitable which I thought was a nice gesture. I stayed one night and it was a good value compared to other properties and it exceeded my expectations. The only issue I noticed was the poor condition of the hallway carpets but then saw a sign posted by the management advising that they were in the process of replacing carpet.

Our U19 Fastpitch team stayed at this hotel and received unbelievable service. With 1 waitress and 1 cook, they managed to serve all 18 of us and had us on our way within 1 hour.The food was great everytime we ate there.The staff was always extremely friendly and catered to our every need.
We definately will stay again!!

I spent a night here for one of my Canada travel days, and this place was just the best. Staffs are very nice and ask you for extra help all the time. I spent only 3000 SPG points for a night. This is another great asset here. Only problem for me is that this location is a little far way from downtown Victoria.

We stayed at the Four Points Hotel in Langford (Victoria) BC and it was a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was very nice and spacious. Will definately stay here again.

The overall impression is good, but restaurant service is poor, waitresses are loud, evening service kind of okay, but morning s is just terrible - very-very slow, really, even when there were only 2 families in the restaurant...
Would recommend this hotel but would not recommend to go to the restaurant.

I have stayed at the Four Points several times for business and pleasure and it is consistently clean and comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. Although it is a 7 kms from downtown, it is quiet and there is lots of shopping within walking distance.
The pub is also excellent, with local fare and a varied menu.

The staff were so good....they could not do enough for you. From when I called and booked to walking in the door at the end of a long day and being greeted by such friendly people.....well done everyone. Also, being able to meet allergy needs in the room and getting them right the first time is huge, thank you.

This was a very nice hotel to stay at. Beautifully built, roomy rooms and well laid out design. Internet was wi-fi and easy to set up. Quiet location but so close to amazing stores, restaurants and close enough to main highway. Nice restaurant on site and swimming pool and workout room.

when i made reservations i specifically asked for 2 beds when i arrived at the hotel they upgraded me which is wonderful but they upgraded me to a 1 bed room. when i went to change rooms there was not an upgraded room with 2 beds so we were given a regular room which was fine but was also dissapointin

We found the management and staff at this hotel to be extremely helpful. We had a small issue on check in but the manager tracked us down to ensure we were looked after. The front desk was very helpful and friendly...beds were great (as usual) and the facility was very clean. We will stay here again.

A pet peeve of minein hotels these days .I want a Goood cup of java before I get dressed,Not enough tea and good cofee. no Wine glasses , bathroom freebies were missed skimpy with the towels and the TV menu didnt display programs.

This hotel is very nice with helpful staff and a great restaurant.
My only complaint is that they use some kind of air freshener in the room and I have scent allergies and found I had to open the windows and still found I got a headache and congestion when in the room any length of time.

Everything was great at the hotel except the second night. There were some thoughtless guests that were very loud late at night and every time they left their room, the door slammed shut. Louder than one would expect and enough to shake the door of my room and wake me up from sleep.

We found the rooms small and were disappointed there was not even a microwave in the room. The pool was small, and our daughter's eyes were burning badly from the chlorine in the pool. The steam room did not work.
Overall, we felt we paid too much for what we received/expected.

I was disappointed that the room did not have a proper coffee maker and the coffee was awful both in th room and in the lobby. Coffee is very important to people. I also thought that the rooms should of had miro waves. I was disappointed in the housekeeping policy.

Without a doubt the best Four Points I've stayed at. Rooms and ammenities are what I expect from the hotel and brand. The staff and service, however, go above and beyond. Kind, courteous, helpful... never mind the gifts and SPG recognition. Will definitely be bachk.

We travel a lot, and always try to pick a higher end accommodation. This hotel truly was special. Not only was the price right, but the staff went out of the way to make certain that we were happy and carefree during our stay.
We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautifully appointed, and has all the amenities you need to have a very, very pleasant stay. It is so nice to have wi-fi, good t.v., friendly staff, and plenty of parking.

I found this hotel to be of great value. the location too is great, away from the busy traffic of Victoria, tucked away in Langford, BC.
I was amazed of the cleanliness of room and wash room. The beds and beddings were clean and comfortable.

too bad that I got the dirty room and shower and no bath tubs. pub yes is great but hotel is not. then when i complained they affered 300 spg points yeah great worth maybe three cents and then they do not even honor that offer months later.

Patrons (and I use the word loosely) coming out of the pub in the evening can be quite rowdy. Unfortunate to rent rooms to sleep and also rent party space in the same building. Seems like a conflict of interest.

Room was cleaned each day in late afternoon to early evening. One night it was 6:45 pm before they came to clean the room.
lukewarm coffee in lobby.
dirty washrooms in restaurant.
staff are fake friendly

Stayed at the 4 Points during a summer vacation in Victoria using cash & point. This is one of the better 4 Points hotel I ever stayed at. Minus 1 star for the food selection at the hotel main restaurant.

The hotel seems noisy due to poor construction practices. Interior design is institutional and not inviting. Faucets, lighting and other materials are cheapest quality.

Very few Handicapped rooms; those that were, had one King size bed; none with two Queen beds. Need to have some rooms with Grab Bars at the toilet and by the bath tub for stepping in the tub.
