Rated 5 out of 5 by Flight delay My wife and I were stuck at the airport because of airplane problems. I jumped on the SPG app and found the Four Points had a room and was very reasonable. Everyone was very professional and the room was outstanding. July 16, 2015

Rated 4 out of 5 by The Good & the Bad Just returned from a 5 night stay with your hotel. Like most other posts I've read there were good and bad experiences. The Grill was not up to par as far as a restaurant with your price point. Most of the time the food was ok but two times I ate there my food was cold, not even lukewarm. The breakfast buffet Sunday morning was totally gross. While it was near the end of breakfast if you are going to charge a huge amount for the buffet then your food should be comparable or at least allow one to order from the menu! I did not use your wake up service but did hear from a couple folks that they never got called. I was felt like towels were a hot commodity as we only had 2 in the room...I had to ask for an extra towel each day. Ladies most often prefer two towels, one for their hair and one to dry. The shuttle service was awesome and very accommodating! Two employees do stand out as they met our needs each time we had an issue and if there were on the clock it seemed everything went smoothly, it was when they were off work that we had issues!! I'd like to send kudos to Ashley and Dominic. Both of these ladies are keepers!! They deserve a raise! June 30, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Average The food was terrible. I had brown lettuce and dried out onions on my hamburger. It took over a hour to receive my order and my wife's which was just a salad. Very disappointed. The last time I stayed there the food was excellent. Asked for a wakeup call to catch our flight. Never received it. Good service in the past, just not this time. For a park and fly, I may stay there again. June 7, 2015

It was pouring rain, he could have just pulled up and let us get out our selves, instead he still got out of shuttle to open the door and assist us. Great customer service!!! June 4, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable for sleeping but skip the restaurant We stayed here for a convention at the KC Expo Center. We slept well, but the first morning we found ourselves nearly alone in the restaurant for breakfast. There was a reason. The service was awkward and otherwise preoccupied. The wait person brought oatmeal and five minutes later returned with raisins and brown sugar. My husband didn't receive silverware until after he received his food. My side-order plate had a big greasy smear on it that made my food look gross. We were there for five days and drove several miles to find breakfast every day after that. June 1, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Seevice at restaurant and front desk need better management. I was told I would have a breakfast buffet but informed to order from the menu instead. It took 55 minutes to get breakfast. At minimum staff members should show sypathy and understand their service was not satisfactory. I told the front desk I needed to catch a flight and could not spend 55 minutes for breakfast. Front desk did absolutely nothing to assist my needs. I am an experience traveler and an SPG platinum member. I can not recall the last time I had such a negative experience at an SPG hotel. May 29, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Don't eat here unless you have 2 hours It took 30 minutes (after I ordered) to get a drink. It took 1.5 hours (after I ordered) to get my food. There is only one waitress for the entire restaurant. Apparently, there is only one cook. The food was good if you have nothing to do for hours waiting for it. May 28, 2015

Rated 2 out of 5 by Staff Needs Training The front desk help varied in competence and friendliness. When I asked for shuttle service from the airport, I was mistakenly transferred to a fax number. I called back and was transferred to an extension for the driver. I left my request via voicemail, then waited for half an hour. I called back again, spoke to a more helpful desk clerk, was transferred again to the driver, who told me that his phone didn't accept voice mail so he didn't get the message. He was courteous and picked me up promptly when he finally got my request. At the hotel the second desk clerk was friendly as she checked me in. The room was clean and comfortable.The rates were good. Food in the restaurant was mediocre, perhaps because of or the cause of very few people eating there. The service was horrible. At dinner we had a table for eight, one of only three tables being served. It took over half an hour for our first order to come out. The other orders followed, one by one, so the first people served were almost through by the time the last was served. Breakfast took almost as long, even though half of out party ordered oatmeal, which was served from a large pot on the steam table. We decided to eat somewhere e;se the second night. Clearly the hotel suffers from no or poor training of the front desk and restaurant help. Perhaps someone from the corporate office could convince the hotel manager that he/she needs to train the staff if the hotel wants to attract return customers. February 14, 2015

Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice place close to KCI Staff was very friendly and efficient. Room nice, bed great; bathroom a bit cramped but nicely appointed and clean. Only downside, I don't like the wall hvac units - work fine, but pretty loud when cycling on. December 1, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Hot room and door didn't close properly I have stayed at this hotel in the past and been very pleased but we did run into problems on this stay. Our room was very hot and the AC wouldn't cool. We adjusted the thermostat and left for a few hours. When we returned to our room it was still not cool which made for some uncomfortable sleeping. In addition to the temperature, we found the door to the room ajar upon arrival. After taking a closer look I found I could properly close and latch the door by pulling\pushing hard. I asked the front desk to deliver an extra pillow to the room while we were out (which they did) but upon our return we found the door ajar again with our belongings inside. August 25, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Easy to get to The hotel is SUPER easy and fast to get to from MCI Airport, and is only a 10 minute drive to Zona Rosa, which has great food and shopping. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean. The restaurant is supposed to be open to midnight, but the chef decided to close early the night I got there at 11:30, which had a few of the late arriving travelers feeling hungry and upset. The maid knocked on my door at 7am, which I thought was pretty early--had I been sleeping in a little (and business travel is the only time I ever get to do that), I would have been upset. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Choice This hotel is next to the airport which worked out great for us. We ate at the restaurant, which was OK, basic hotel food, but there are also many restaurants about 3 miles away. The bed was great and staff was very helpful August 19, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by 2 night stay We stayed for two nights. The room was clean but a bit dated.When we checked in, there was toilet bowl was unflushed; it looked like the housekeeper used a tissue or toilet paper to spot clean and just tossed it in the bowl. The bathtub did not drain well. After showering I was standing water above my ankles. I would recommend skipping the hotel restaurant. The food was mediocre and the service was poor. There was only one waitress/hostess, she was friendly but forgetful and disorganized. This is a great stay if you need a basic hotel near the airport. August 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Front Desk staff! The front desk staff not only remembered my name but helped me print off our boarding passes. The shuttle driver was, by far, the nicest I've ever encountered. He was great! And, each time we tipped him, he wanted to know if we needed change. How refreshing is that? Of course, we said "no."
