Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Stay I missed my connecting flight and United Airlines referred me to the Four Points. They gave me a great rate and the shuttle service was great. Their restaurant was still open so I was able to get a good meal and a free glass of wine. I was not planning on staying overnight so did not have all my bathroom amenities but the hotel was able to provide me with everything I needed. January 24, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Very old and staff is average The rooms were not impressive at all as it was all old and therefore it all looked very used and kind of dirty. Staff was just as friendly as needed and when I walked through the hall later there were a couple of staff members standing around chatting and laughing and people waiting at the front desk at the same time. Didnt really feel like being appreciated as a customer. November 8, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Big Mistake I checked into my room and when I opened the door and turned on the light, there was someone in the room already. When I went to the front desk they acted like this happens all the time and really did NOTHING to make me feel any better. I will NEVER stay here again. How does one NOT know someone is already in the room....I did not feel very safe at this hotel. May 6, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by BUDGET FRIENDLY HOTEL Pros-Budget friendly Cons- Hotel could use some serious cleaning and repairs Stayed hereo n NYE 2012, hotel lobby carpet and floor was icky and dirty. Elevator slow. Hallway on 5th Floor was as cold as it was outside. Furniture in room could be updated since doors were removed from tv stand and stains on chairs. Bathroom was VERY clean and bed was comfortable!! January 3, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stay! We were looking for a place to stay for one night before taking a flight out the next morning. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant and had a wonderful meal at the buffet for a very reasonable price ($12.95). The shuttle was on time and we made it to the airport very quickly! We would definitely stay here again! December 29, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by great location, very unclean. Although the location is great because of the proximity to the airport, I would not reccomend this hotel to future customers. The bathroom was dirty (mold on the ceiling, between tiles...throughout really) and the room had an overwhelming odor of smoke, although it as clearly listed as a non-smoking room. We will definitely not be staying there again. August 9, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice Staff and good room but older approach The room had been carefully redone 5+ years ago. TV and Cable were really outdated. Toilet was older and did not work well. The bed and shower were good though. Service was great, staff very friendly and accomodating. I wont stay again but for a late check-in it would be fine. The location is wonderful to get to flights and great shuttle service too. December 9, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Four Points We had limited wait for shuttle to and from the airport. Price of stay was very reasonable. Front desk and wait staff were friendly and helpful. We did note smears on the mirrors in our room and the corners in the bathroom were dark, (may have been clean, just a little staining). Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would reserve here again. August 15, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Customer service was very good at reception desk Had a problem with my airline tickets and the concierge suggested that I take the shuttle to the airport the night before to clear it up instead of the following morning. The shuttle driver, Greg, was very nice and accomating and wanted to make sure that all customer needs were met. Both associates were extremely helpful in a stressful situation. December 17, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good location but some things are slipping Stayed here several times in the past but I noticed this time that it seemed less clean (elevators were very dirty) and the bed squeaked loudly every time I moved. The staff, however, was very helpful, particularly the airport shuttle driver. The weather was bad, people were on edge, but he was upbeat and took it all in stride. January 2, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by needs improvement We found someone's sock underneath the chair..... The bathroom was dirty.... and not to mention the noisy hallway air vent was right by our door .... eventually we changed rooms and what a BIG difference it made... EXCELLENT SERVICE ON OUR ROOM NOW!!! I can recommend this Hotel now November 19, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by The hotel needs upgrades Best part was the breakfast and service in the dining room from Kevin and Terri. They were wonderful. Cleaning staff left a lot to be desired. Dirty dishes were left in the hallway for several days before they were picked up. I doubt if management ever checked on anything. June 25, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by New Years Eve Hotel!! The staff was great and totally focused on us (4 couples) having a good time! The free shuttle to where we wanted to go was the reason we chose this hotel. Our New Years Eve was a total success thanks to the Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Airport!!! January 3, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Generally good but... Staff are wonderful. Immediately repaired plumbing issues. But floor was not vacuumed and toiletries, water and coffee were not replaced last two days. Should not matter that same guest. (I give them to women's shelter so appreciate the replenishment.) January 26, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by much to be desired I originally tried to stay in a Sheraton location because of my past experience and the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper™ Bed. I was unable to find a rate to match the expense allowance by the client in Kansas City and the reservation clerk suggested the Four Points location. I asked if it had the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper™ Bed and she said it should have the same amenities because it had been remodeled. However, the bed was thin, firm and lumpy and definately not a Sheraton Sweet Sleeper™ Bed. The furniture was beat up and pieces of molding on the dresser and tv stand were missing with nails exposed. The window air conditioning unit was unable to keep up the the heat in this western exposed room and when it was on it sounded like a tank rolling through even on the low fan setting. I notified the front desk that my toilet and shower drained extremely slowly from the time I checked in and it was never attended to. The side door entrance also was rarely latched and I also notified the front desk of the safety concern and it was still broken after my three day stay. May 1, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good, comfortable, clean hotel This is not a luxury hotel. However, it is a good, comfortable, clean mid-level hotel. Staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. I felt genuinely warmly welcomed and acknowledged. My king room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and down pillows that I would love to buy for my bed at home. There were attractive pictures on the walls. The decor was colorful and pleasant. The television worked. My changes to the thermostat were rewarded with immediate appropriate responsiveness by the heating system. The bathroom was clean with more than adequate numbers of very white soft towels. There was a mini-refrigerator, an ironing board, iron, and hair dryer in the room. I have no complaints, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I did not use the airport shuttle service that I was offered as I had a rental car, and I did not eat at the hotel due to other plans. I didn't realize how far the airport and, therefore, airport hotels were from Kansas City proper, so I had a lot of driving to do. However, for someone needing to be close to the airport the location is terrific. January 5, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Housekeeping Put sign to not wash sheets on door. NO room service was done. Bathroom floor was not mopped and toiletries not replenished the other days. Otherwise, front desk and restaruant were great. September 24, 2012
