Rated 2 out of 5 by Very Disappointed I expected a lot more for the price - I have stayed in hotels that were much nicer for the same price... This hotel is in desperate need of renovations in the guest room areas. The lobby looked fine, but the hallway leading to my room (first floor) was old and smelly, the room was outdated, but fairly clean - except for one cup by the coffee maker that had been used. The floor in the restaurant/sports bar was so sticky that I actually lost my sandal because it stuck to the floor! When I mentioned that to the waitress, she said "Well, it's a bar..." I probably could have chosen a hotel for half the $$ with the same quality. August 6, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Flight delay My wife and I were stuck at the airport because of airplane problems. I jumped on the SPG app and found the Four Points had a room and was very reasonable. Everyone was very professional and the room was outstanding. July 16, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel has excellent servicee I like these hotels, because they are in good location easy to find, clean rooms and good service, the personal are always helpful and courtesy, there many more reason why I choose them but the most important is the excellent service. Rated 4 out of 5 by The Good & the Bad Just returned from a 5 night stay with your hotel. Like most other posts I've read there were good and bad experiences. The Grill was not up to par as far as a restaurant with your price point. Most of the time the food was ok but two times I ate there my food was cold, not even lukewarm. The breakfast buffet Sunday morning was totally gross. While it was near the end of breakfast if you are going to charge a huge amount for the buffet then your food should be comparable or at least allow one to order from the menu! I did not use your wake up service but did hear from a couple folks that they never got called. I was felt like towels were a hot commodity as we only had 2 in the room...I had to ask for an extra towel each day. Ladies most often prefer two towels, one for their hair and one to dry. The shuttle service was awesome and very accommodating! Two employees do stand out as they met our needs each time we had an issue and if there were on the clock it seemed everything went smoothly, it was when they were off work that we had issues!! I'd like to send kudos to Ashley and Dominic. Both of these ladies are keepers!! They deserve a raise! June 30, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Average The food was terrible. I had brown lettuce and dried out onions on my hamburger. It took over a hour to receive my order and my wife's which was just a salad. Very disappointed. The last time I stayed there the food was excellent. Asked for a wakeup call to catch our flight. Never received it. Good service in the past, just not this time. For a park and fly, I may stay there again. June 7, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shuttle driver Hotel shuttle driver was great. Took us to local office in the morning. It was pouring rain, he could have just pulled up and let us get out our selves, instead he still got out of shuttle to open the door and assist us. Great customer service!!! June 4, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable for sleeping but skip the restaurant We stayed here for a convention at the KC Expo Center. We slept well, but the first morning we found ourselves nearly alone in the restaurant for breakfast. There was a reason. The service was awkward and otherwise preoccupied. The wait person brought oatmeal and five minutes later returned with raisins and brown sugar. My husband didn't receive silverware until after he received his food. My side-order plate had a big greasy smear on it that made my food look gross. We were there for five days and drove several miles to find breakfast every day after that. June 1, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Seevice at restaurant and front desk need better management. I was told I would have a breakfast buffet but informed to order from the menu instead. It took 55 minutes to get breakfast. At minimum staff members should show sypathy and understand their service was not satisfactory. I told the front desk I needed to catch a flight and could not spend 55 minutes for breakfast. Front desk did absolutely nothing to assist my needs. I am an experience traveler and an SPG platinum member. I can not recall the last time I had such a negative experience at an SPG hotel. May 29, 2015
