Upon my flight being delayed in Dallas I decided to go on to Kansas City (my connecting flight) spend the night there and fly from there to Boston. WHAT A MISTAKE....
While sitting in the waiting area I called the 1-800 number to make a reservation. I explained my plight to the young lady on the phone(I am stranded in Dallas, will be flying there and need a room) she booked the room after a few standard questions, then the less to be desired started from there. I asked her to have the shuttle driver pick us up from the Airport " I can't do that you have to call the Hotel directly. There is a phone in the Lobby of the Airport that you can make that call." "I asked since my plane is about to leave can you make that call for me?" "No I cannot, you have to call the hotel yourself" After me asking her if she was there couldn't she just call, she stated she was in Massachusetts and I would have to make the call from the Airport.
When I arrived at the Airport I called the Hotel and requested the shuttle service, I was told ma'am I will connect you with the shuttle driver and he can tell you how long it will be before he comes back to the Airport. I was then connected to the driver and inquired how long will it be before he could pick us up at the airport. He responded 5 to 6 minutes. I asked him if there was a designated spot for pick up and the he told me " Just walk across the street from the terminal and stand there, until I come." He drives up, speaks and not one word of thank you or any conversation. Pulls up to the Hotel opens the van door and lets us out. "No Thank you for staying with us" or anything..
We walk inside to registration, I tell the clerk what my name is and that I have a room reserved. The clerk registers us and gives us the key...I have to ask " Where is this room located" before being told. "Still no thank you for staying with us."
The hotel itself is mediocre but, the lack of customer service shown is very disappointing. In my opinion everyone at this location should have customer service training and part of that training should be to welcome their guest and let them know that they appreciate them staying so they (The staff) can continue employment.

I would not recommend this hotel, just talking about my experience.
Got a rate when booking, was told a different price at check out
Staff, is their way or the highway
Restaurant food is not good at all (offered continental breakfast, but ended up with a few old, cold patries and some fruit on the table)
Waiting for the meals, about an hour
Bathroom drainage clogged
Hair drier did not work
I WILL NOT visit this hotel anymore.

The hotel was decent - nothing spectacular. It was comfortable and very convenient to every place I wanted to visit.

According to the front desk , there was some sort of incident that blew out the internet server. I was not informed at any point, so when I tried to get work done, I could not access the internet. Unfortunately, I was not informed about this, and only learned as I asked when checking out. Whne I asked, the front desk staff was non-chalant about the problem, not even apologizing for the inconvenience.

Everything was good checking in. My wife and I had dinner that night and the food was great. The room was good. The next morning we find out there was no hot water. Management new about this the night we check in as another couple had called the office reporting the same issue. At check out the next morning we got just a 'Sorry'. I heard people from 2 other floors complaining about the no hot water issue. Some people were able to get reduced rates or another night stay while others like me were not able to get anything.

The park, fly and shuttle service was offered at an attractive and fair price. First don't plan on much sleep before your trip. The heating and cooling system sounded like a 747 taking off next to my bed.
The shuttle service was the real joke upon returning from my trip. We called as instructed upon getting our luggage and were told we'd be picked up by a van in 10 to15 minutes. After 25 minutes standing in a 0 wind chill, we called back and the driver told us he had a full van, even though the airport was basically empty. Another couple waiting for the same service as us called three times and was even told once the driver had to do personal errand before he could pick them up. After about 45 minutes we were finally dropped at our car. I will have to think long and hard about using this hotel again.

We wanted a really close get-a-way spot for New Year's Eve. We stay here when doing the park and fly out of KC. Everyone is VERY friendly - knowledgeable and accommodating! Great beds!!!! Very comfortable rooms! We really like the Boulevard Grill too!! Great food - Great place - Great location to airport - Great employees!!!
