My wife stayed at the hotel because of an early flight the following morning. When she checked in, she made arrangements for a wake up call and reservations for an early morning shuttle to the airport. She did not receive the wake up call and they also failed to make arrangements for the shuttle. They did however quickly get the shuttle ready and she barely made her flight. Very disappointing. We've stayed here a number of times before and never had any problems. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.

We had a 5:55 am flight! They had a shuttle ready at 4am to take us to the airport in plenty of time. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The light supper at the restaurant was very nice. The best was the bed, very comfortable and the bathroom was roomy and very clean.

Over the last 4 years, I have stayed at the Four Points Sacramento International Airport several times. For my last trip in January, I made reservations elsewhere and regretted that decision. I won't make that mistake again. The Four Points is inviting and comfortable. The rooms are lovely and have nice amenities. The small restaurant and bar on-site are great for exhausted travelers. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I always stay at Four Points in Sacramento on my trips north to Oregon. The people who work for Starwood are always nice, kind and helpful. This property is very well maintained and comfortable. It is right off the I-5 and close to shopping center and close to many good fast dining options; i.e., Panera, Chipolte, etc.

The room was clean. The staff was warm and welcoming. The food (dinner and breakfast) was tasteless and mediocre at best. Service was poor in dining room.

We LOVE this motel. We have used it for an overnight before an early morning flight. It is convenient and welcoming. The staff was helpful and friendly. And the bar/cafe was just what we needed. Food was good and the price was right. We left too early for the continental breakfast. Maybe some wrapped muffins would have been a real treat. Thanks for a super stay.

while i thouht the hotel was very nice, i believe the cost of the breakfast is way to high. food quality was okay had been sitting warming for quite sometime. in other hotels this is a feature included with stay.

Room was amazing. The only reason why I didn't rate overall 5 stars is because at the ending of our first nights stay, our room key failed to work when coming back from a shopping trip. Total inconvience as it was pretty late at night, then on top of everything it took me another 20 mins for service at front desk to reactivate the key. Other than that, would stay here again. Bed & bathroom met our expectations 100%.
