Rated 3 out of 5 by maxc Hotel O.K. for the price
Beds were comfortable, room was clean, but you could hear the television in the next room and our television did not work. Upon check in we also had to call the desk because the room clock was buzzing.

This hotel needs work. The lighting in the room was glaring under the energy-efficient CFL bulbs. the walls were white, the sheets were white, it felt as warm and inviting as a laboratory. the furniture was marked and looked as though it had been gathered at a state auction. holes remained in the walls were there were once something secured to the surface. the chair in the room was shedding its faux leather surface. the top left cabinet door actually came off the hinge when I opened it. no safe. hardly any hot water in the bathroom, and the towels were like cheese cloth they were so cheap. Lastly, as a Platinum member, I requested my bill be e-mailed to both my husband's and my addresses through the Starwood site. they in turn passed that request on to the hotel days ago. it's now been several days and nothing received as of Saturday 8 March. Overall, we were really disappointed in the quality of this hotel. I get that it's a convenience for state government workers, but I will not recommend anyone use this hotel. Just way too cheap. Not a happy traveler.

Rated 4 out of 5 by cdfken Good location, great staff
Nice hotel, good location. The biggest selling point for this particular StarWood is the staff, though. Disha, at the front desk, is an outstanding employee. She has helped me resolve several knotty issues, including a room reservation that she went the extra mile to get me. Thanks.

Rated 3 out of 5 by tjo001 Standard airport hotel
Park and fly feature was key to reservation. Otherwise hotel was pretty standard airport hotel, beds were average. Didn't eat at bar/restaurant, but it looked decent.

Rated 3 out of 5 by JustT Clean but sub par
Hotel appears well maintained and clean BUT: the staff did not seem to be able on TWO occassions this one stay appear to be able to extend or modify reservations that they had confused.- and rather than letting them figure it out on teir own, i PAID the price for their folly. The TV was 'fixed' once by a technician and the second day I fixed it myself- aparently to get a picture you must completely disconnect and reconnect the power cord.. The internet connections are abysmal for business. The bar and restaurant are nice and cnvenient but breakfast was late and the evenings were understaffed.

It was close to the airport. Their shuttle was quick and convenient both to and from the airport.
Dinner was adequate, and drinks were affordable.

We booked a room near the airport for one night due to a family reunion and early return flights the next morning. Arriving late in the evening, we found check in to be a breeze, taking less than 3 minutes. Then we found the fully stocked bar still open open, with a wonderfully accommodating bartender, Kyle. He took the edge off a hectic day and helped us unwind. The room was clean, cool and fresh on a really hot evening. Theonly thing I had to do was call for more towels, which were brought up promptly by a cheery gentleman. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again.
