Rated 4 out of 5 by Great location We stay here when passing through Sacto. Very easy to get to downtown or other places you need/want to go. Easy access to I-5. Wi-fi could be better, but that is my only issue. Nice staff. October 7, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Horrible customer service Checking in for a seminar. So much trouble getting room charges on company credit card, which had been pre-arranged. Check in clerk was unfriendly and not helpful. Called manager. No return call. Will never stay at Sheraton again. October 1, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Too many missing services and over charges Found old cheerios from previous guest in my room. Parts from heater were on the floor. No conditioner in bathroom. Tried to take advantage of the points in exchange for not having my room turned down, they never gave me the points. Over charged twice by front desk. Was to get a water in room every day and did not get that. Lamps did not work properly.Dirty bathroom. September 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Four Points-Sacramento We booked a room near the airport for one night due to a family reunion and early return flights the next morning. Arriving late in the evening, we found check in to be a breeze, taking less than 3 minutes. Then we found the fully stocked bar still open open, with a wonderfully accommodating bartender, Kyle. He took the edge off a hectic day and helped us unwind. The room was clean, cool and fresh on a really hot evening. Theonly thing I had to do was call for more towels, which were brought up promptly by a cheery gentleman. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again. June 21, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by Not bad but not great either The hotel was in good condition. Staff was friendly but not well trained. When I checked in, I was given coupons for breakfast because they were part of my rate or so I was told. However my colleagues under the same rate did not get them. When I checked out, I was told my room was direct billed and yet the receipt, which thankfully I insisted on getting, says it was charged to my Visa. My colleagues said the walls were thin and they could here their neighbors. Also they give you baskets instead of drawers for your clothes. It may work with the decor but not to my liking. Also unlike their competitors, no small fridges are in the rooms though webpage indicates they are available for an extra charge. August 3, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Poor Service Was assigned a room on the first floor. On the way to the room noticed a strong, pungent odor, possibly Indian cuisine. I was greeted with this odor in the morning as it had infiltrated my room overnight. Tried to locate an ice machine on the floor, which did not exist. Was advised by the front desk to take the elevator to the second floor for ice. In the course of the evening made three trips to the second floor for ice. Could not locate a TV channel guide in the room or instructions on possibly using the TV remote to access on screen listings of channels/programs. Attempted to contact the front desk telephonically, but couuldn't since there was no dial tone. Subsequently learned from the front desk that the batteries in the handset were dead, which engineering never replaced. Then went to the front desk three times during a 15 minute period, the first two times the front desk was not staffed. Explained the need for a TV channel guide, was given verbal instructions on using the TV remote to access channel listings, which proved useless. Returned to the front desk and explained the problem, the clerk advised me he would go to my room to assist me when he had a chance. After 40 minutes as a no show, I returned to the front and observed the same clerk working at the bar. Spoke to another clerk who provided me with a listing of the TV channels. Before going to sleep wanted to take a hot shower, but the water was barely luke warm. Conveyed my displeasure to Starwood's Customer No Service telephonically and with emails and to the hotel telephonically. Neither bothered to respond. March 1, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Well appointed, clean, quiet, convenient We were only overnighting in Sacramento and stayed for the convenience of being near the airport and the free shuttle to/from the hotel. We were greatly pleased with how nice the room was, very up-to-date, clean, and quiet. We had a package that included breakfast, which was quite good. Only negative, and this is being picky, was that there didn't seem to be an automatic checkout, ie we didn't get our bill under the door in the morning. But it took us but a minute to checkout at the desk. The shuttle was very convenient. We arrived around midnight and called from the plane to make sure the shuttle would be there waiting for us. And it was. September 23, 2012
