Rated 3 out of 5 by DMDMD This hotel is adequate for a business traveler
Although the hotel was certainly clean and the staff very nice, the room we had can only be described as cavernous and under-decorated. The ceiling was very high, and the room sparsely furnished, making it feel cold and unwelcoming. I felt like we were sleeping in a conference room. This could easily be corrected by a little attention to decor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by sumtinwgreen Great hotel!!
Peace of mind was everything I needed for my trip and with this hotel being so close to the freeway and the shuttle being amazing, I could not have asked for a better night's stay. The restaurant/bar staff were so friendly! I highly recommend this hotel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Spuds Review of the Four Points at Sacramento Airport
I just want to start by saying the Sheraton Four Points Sacramento is a very well layed out and maintained property. From the lobby area when you first walk in to the dining/bar area around the corner, there is a feeling of spaciousness and comfort that one can't beat. The rooms are also well layed out, designed for both working and relaxing- a definite plus when one is on the road and yet still needs to get projects accomplished.

We booked a room near the airport for one night due to a family reunion and early return flights the next morning. Arriving late in the evening, we found check in to be a breeze, taking less than 3 minutes. Then we found the fully stocked bar still open open, with a wonderfully accommodating bartender, Kyle. He took the edge off a hectic day and helped us unwind. The room was clean, cool and fresh on a really hot evening. Theonly thing I had to do was call for more towels, which were brought up promptly by a cheery gentleman. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by spg1985 Very friendly staff!!!
I had a chance to stay at the Sacramento Four Points by Sheraton and I was totally delighted with my stay. The staff is professional, courteous, polite and provide an impeccable service. I 100% agree with the reviewer who said that "They made me feel welcome"! They did make me feel welcome as well!
Anytime I stay in Sacramento, I will be sure to choose them over and over again! This is also the closest hotel to the airport in case you need accessibility and the shuttle they provide is perfect.

Rated 3 out of 5 by TLA50 Convenient but declining in Quality
My last stay in September, I was awoke at 2:30am to the sound of people arguing & physically fighting in the hallway. This stay in October, they overbooked so I had to change my accomodations from 1 room with 2 beds, to 2 rooms with 1 bed each. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything outside of your room. It's convenient as far as location/proximity to the airport, but I am not impressed with the overall Quality of the Hotel which is declining. The only reason I would recommend this Hotel is because of it's convenient location close to the airport.

Was assigned a room on the first floor. On the way to the room noticed a strong, pungent odor, possibly Indian cuisine. I was greeted with this odor in the morning as it had infiltrated my room overnight. Tried to locate an ice machine on the floor, which did not exist. Was advised by the front desk to take the elevator to the second floor for ice. In the course of the evening made three trips to the second floor for ice. Could not locate a TV channel guide in the room or instructions on possibly using the TV remote to access on screen listings of channels/programs. Attempted to contact the front desk telephonically, but couuldn't since there was no dial tone. Subsequently learned from the front desk that the batteries in the handset were dead, which engineering never replaced. Then went to the front desk three times during a 15 minute period, the first two times the front desk was not staffed. Explained the need for a TV channel guide, was given verbal instructions on using the TV remote to access channel listings, which proved useless. Returned to the front desk and explained the problem, the clerk advised me he would go to my room to assist me when he had a chance. After 40 minutes as a no show, I returned to the front and observed the same clerk working at the bar. Spoke to another clerk who provided me with a listing of the TV channels. Before going to sleep wanted to take a hot shower, but the water was barely luke warm.
Conveyed my displeasure to Starwood's Customer No Service telephonically and with emails and to the hotel telephonically. Neither bothered to respond.
