Currently in room 423 and I can hear everything in the next room. That guest is having a standard conversation over the phone and in no way do I blame him for the noise level in my room. Blame is completely on the hotel. I called the front desk to be moved but only room that is available is on the 1st floor with other guests around. Hotel is apparently full with only 1/4 parking filled. Aside from the paper walls, bed is not flat, decor is very old, and TV is very glitchy.
Again by far the worst Starwood hotel I've stayed in.

Heater fan annoyingly loud as was the bathroom fan. Room service never answered the phone and wake up call not received. Room and bed comfortable but my stay did not meet my expectations for a Sheraton.

I have stayed several times and every time I check out I am asked if I would like my receipt emailed to me. Every time I answer Yes. And yet every single time I have to call the hotel a day later and request a copy to be sent to me. They never understand my annoyance at this and blow it off with little regard for the inconvenience.

Although the hotel was certainly clean and the staff very nice, the room we had can only be described as cavernous and under-decorated. The ceiling was very high, and the room sparsely furnished, making it feel cold and unwelcoming. I felt like we were sleeping in a conference room. This could easily be corrected by a little attention to decor.

Had a terrible experience.asked for. King size bed I got a v uncomfortable double bed.reception desk was very indifferent and breakast was no good.will never go back

Peace of mind was everything I needed for my trip and with this hotel being so close to the freeway and the shuttle being amazing, I could not have asked for a better night's stay. The restaurant/bar staff were so friendly! I highly recommend this hotel.

We booked a room near the airport for one night due to a family reunion and early return flights the next morning. Arriving late in the evening, we found check in to be a breeze, taking less than 3 minutes. Then we found the fully stocked bar still open open, with a wonderfully accommodating bartender, Kyle. He took the edge off a hectic day and helped us unwind. The room was clean, cool and fresh on a really hot evening. Theonly thing I had to do was call for more towels, which were brought up promptly by a cheery gentleman. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again.

I just want to start by saying the Sheraton Four Points Sacramento is a very well layed out and maintained property. From the lobby area when you first walk in to the dining/bar area around the corner, there is a feeling of spaciousness and comfort that one can't beat. The rooms are also well layed out, designed for both working and relaxing- a definite plus when one is on the road and yet still needs to get projects accomplished.
