I am a Platinum SPG Member and this facility just did not live up to my expectations of the Four Points chain. Here are some bullets that suppot my disappointment:
1. Check in took over 15 minutes as the desk clerk was more interested in answering the phone instead of servicing the customers in line to register
2. No free bottled water in the room. All Four Points that I visit have that great perk.
3. Breakfast was abysmal: none of the tables were cleared from previous diners so I ate on a dirty table.
4. $8 for continental breakfast?
5. When I checked out the breakfast bill was incorrect.......three times. 15 minutes to check out?
6.. Overall experience here was very disappointing for the premium price I paid to stay.

Shower door was installed backwards making it impossible to adjust the water temp without being in it. Remote control did not work (I don't believe it was the batteries). Alarm clock went off (loud static) in the middle of the night due to only having been turned down instead of off by the staff.

Rated 2 out of 5 There are better hotels-stay there.
Starting from reservations, this hotel failed. The hotel needs some work- broken chairs in the dining area, missing tiles and peeling paint in guest rooms. Room service never delivered, incorrect guest information entered, and terrible pillows. Really nothing good to say.

Hotel location and freeway access perfect
My one issue is that even y=though I ask for an e-mail check out during check in I never receive the e-mail. I must call the hotel to get the receipt.

Set up reservation on Starwood the day before my visit and the following morning, realized I hadn't gotten a conf email so I called the hotel direct. No record so I paid $30 more for a lesser room. Waited over 30 min for the airport pickup when I was told the van was on it's way - in fact it was not. 4.7 miles in 34 minutes?

Wi-fi didn't seem to work.
at first I thought it was my computer, but when I got home my computer worked perfectly.

I've spent close to 40 nights over the past couple of months and so far the service has been incredible. The staff is super friendly and their attention to detail is fabulous. The rooms are always very clean and the comfort level exceeds expectations. However, my trips are for business, not pleasure. The WI-FI service is incredibly slow and it makes it difficult to work at times. A better solution must be provided or network speeds need to increase. My future stays will depend on this critical element being addressed. I am sure the hotel will figure it out.... they always do. Thank you!
