Facilities are excellent & staff very helpful and friendly. Only problems were not being given specific enough information on airport shuttle pickup location which briefly delayed our pickup and bar/restaurant staff not promptly taking our order.

Have to say staff is very cute, but incredibly helpful.
The girl who drives their van is awesome.

This is my GO TO hotel whenever im in SACRAMENTO. My mom enjoyed it and she was very comfortable. Definitely coming back!
Night auditor staff was great. I checked it past 3am and she was there to assist us and even let me borrow her iphone charger.
Keep it up!

We booked a room near the airport for one night due to a family reunion and early return flights the next morning. Arriving late in the evening, we found check in to be a breeze, taking less than 3 minutes. Then we found the fully stocked bar still open open, with a wonderfully accommodating bartender, Kyle. He took the edge off a hectic day and helped us unwind. The room was clean, cool and fresh on a really hot evening. Theonly thing I had to do was call for more towels, which were brought up promptly by a cheery gentleman. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again.

I was staying at this hotel overnight and checked in very late and had an early am flight. Thestaff had my room ready and made sure they woke me up in the am to get on the shuttle to the airport. When I realized I was running late and called the front desk, she assured me that they would not leave to the airport without me, made teh flight without a hitch. Can't thank the hotel staff enough, very accomodating.

Nice hotel close to the airport, van is prompt. If staying on a weekend night, be aware there is a banquet facility that shares the parking lot, could be loud on that side of the hotel until late.
The breakfast burrito is really good, and a nice touch to the "normal" breakfast that most all of the other hotels offer.

Hotel provided your basic needs for a typical Four Points Sheraton Hotel. Location was ideal for business. Close to a lot of restaurants in the area. Staff is friendly. One of the biggest issues I had was the slow internet connection. It was difficult to do any work afterhours as the connection was slow and continuously being dropped. One other note, the television in my room was working half the time. I was only able to receive some of the channels. still not fixed. hopefully they do better next week.
