Rated 5 out of 5 by Dalboy gem of a hotel
for 4000 points a night, this is a ridiculously good bargain. By far the best Four points I have stayed in. Excellent SPG platinum benefits - free breakfast in the best breakfast view I have ever seen (panoramic view of the Alps), free wifi, free Champagne with chocolates on check in (havent ever got that even in any St. Regis), upgrade to suite with 2 separate decently size beds for my 2 kids!
Add to that free parking, excellent front desk staff and this hotel is the best bargain i have ever had
Worth taking a detour to stay here

Rated 4 out of 5 by Nomad For Spa users...
On holiday came here for 1 night. Upgraded to a slightly larger room which was amazing for it's view and decor. The internet tv was annoying as I wanted to just use my own PC to skype, etc.. The hotel is very spacious and most people come for the spa, Restaruant seemed stuffy, no breakfast buffet that I recall 2 months later. I may have missed something not being here longer but it seems like it exists more for businesses in the area as well as the health club, not so much for the traveler passing through. Didn't see any staff besides the desk and restaruant. Amazing bathroom, view, lighting. Exceedingly Clean throughout.

One of the best Four Points in Europe. This was our 3rd, 2 nights stay at this wonderful hotel. Very grateful for the upgrade, it made our stay more magical - spacious, perfect view of the village, imaculately clean, very modern and sehrrrr bequem (very comfortable). The Staff are great, very friendly, professional and courteous. Fitness and Wellness facilities are state of the art. Restaurant is at the very top . . . perfect view and the food variety was excellent. Needless to say we really enjoyed our stay for the 3rd time.

The general feeling of this very nice hotel: super.
The staff is genuine friendly, they listen and try to help you. Their spa is a a true gem, never had a hotel with such great gym, suana, pool etc;
The rooms are new, clean and very nice and quiet.
The bar and restaurant has very good service, but the food is although good, nothing special.
Thanks for the nice experience

It could be more appropriate to call this a fitness center with overnight possibilities. Comfortable, clean rooms with a recently improved entertainment system.

Rated 4 out of 5 by GW2012 Fine hotel, good views, good service, nearby shopping, but not a peaceful spa
Stayed one night on a weekend away from home to enjoy area shopping and the hotel's large spa / wellness area. Good SPG recognition and the reward stay category makes this an excellent value. The wellness area was absolutely packed and so busy that we found this difficult to enjoy. Please note that the gym and mixed spa is also a local athletic club with significant numbers of local visitors, so as hotel guests we needed to learn the rules and navigate the crowds. This was no fault of the hotel or staff. Lunch at the Spa was sloppy (no menu, no service, low professionalism from an inexperienced staff); it had the impression of catering to the local exercise club members. The breakfast buffet was expansive but the understaffed area meant that many items were left not refreshed, many tables were left not picked up, coffee machines did not have water, etc. Overall, we had a good stay, and the service was consistently attentive and pleasant throughout (and kudos as well that everyone spoke English very well). We recommend significant attention to improving the breakfast experience, and had the impression at least twice the number of service professionals would be required to keep things orderly and the food refreshed.
