Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice hotel north of the city The hotel is nice and clean. I was on the 4th floor(only 4 levels i think this was the spg level) and the room I had was good. Nice high ceiling with a table and sofa. If you have a car this is a great place to stay. Not much around the immediate area, but Old Quebec and other major shopping is less than 10 minutes away. If you prefer to stay in starwood hotels and dont mind being in the city than this is a good choice. The price is actually better when compared to other hotels and areas of quebec city. Rated 4 out of 5 by Special Very nice hotel; received upgrade to a nice suite overlooking the course. Very pleased. Sauna, pool area are just lovely. Food was excellent but staff had trouble keeping up. A little out of town but not too difficult to get into. Advertised as providing shuttle to old city however, didn't start running until after we left. Should be careful with this advertising - misleading. July 18, 2012

I was not impressed with the fact that the waiter did not liked the fact that I request the Platinum Continental Breakfast. Her attitude towards the table changed completely. Anyways if you are a platinum member, just request the points and eat out. August 4, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great stay at the Quebec Four Points! We recently spent 3 nights at this hotel. Because we are Starwood Gold members we were able to upgrade to a junior suite. The desk staff were very helpful with directions and we especially appreciated the free shuttle to the old city. The restaurant was excellent, though service could be a bit slow. The only downside of the hotel is that it is quite far from town and there are few options for eating or entertainment nearby. The grounds are beautiful and while the rooms are a bit dated, they are comfortable. Because it is near the highway we were not able to open the window at night due to noise, which meant it was rather stuffy. September 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by this hotel was nice, but.... ....the restaurant experience was not so great. The first morning (on Saturday, June 28) the restaurant was short staffed. They seemed to have a logistical problem as the waiter had to call for some help using her mobile standing in the middle of the restaurant. Next day was even worse - we had to wait in the restaurant for an hour until we got our food. No one from the staff really seemed to be interested in serving us. Maybe it was just our experience, perhaps future visitors will have better restaurant experience. But in overall, it is a nice hotel conveniently located not so far away from the downtown Quebec. Rated 3 out of 5 by Overall good... Stayed with my extended family for a Saturday night, two rooms for 4 adults and 2 children. The rooms are very large and quite comfortable, smallish pool area but pleasant with a great Finnish sauna that my wife and I quite enjoyed. A bit far from town, but the free shuttle made up for it. I would have liked to have rated this property higher, but for a bad experience at check-in. As a SPG Gold member, I requested the welcome beverage. Although I booked two rooms for four adults, the check-in clerk refused to give me more than one beverage per room. I have never experienced this, and thought it was rather cheap and classless. Needless to say we did not use the two drink tickets. August 5, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Great features but needs improvement The hotel itself is beautiful on the outside but inside it is an average Sheraton hotel.The best part of the hotel is the spa/pool area and the restaurant. The sofa bed mattress was full of bumps and holes as were the blankets. Once we complained we were given a roll out bed which was better. The bathroom shower curtain smelled awful. The staff is very young and not outwardly friendly. Room service was late because they forgot about our order which was placed the day before. Then some items were missing. After we complained the order was corrected. This hotel is 15 minutes from tourist sites in Old Quebec so it is very convenient. It is also set next to a golf club so it is very quiet. June 27, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Poorly managed conference service Individual staff tried to be as helpful as possible but seemed hamstrung by systems. Hotel was chosen by our club for weekend U14 provincial paddling championships. Hotel not prepared for 50+ people all having same 6-7am start; e.g. uncertain time breakfast open or time required for service; could not pre-check out night before; only 2 ice-machines, one not working well. Conference dinner especially poor service & coordination; 6pm dinner not served until 8pm with 30+ hungry children athletes needing early night sleep after full day competition and early Sunday start. Rated 2 out of 5 by Everyone should speak English This had been the worst Starwood experience for me. The hotel staff did not speak a word of English. We have food allergies, so I asked the kitchen manager about the foods and ingredients she had no clue what I was talking about. I asked about pizza she answered pasta and pastries. I asked about peanut oil she was completely and utterly dumbfounded. It was awful! I finally got a hold of the hotel manager that spoke a little English to help me. I placed a room service order with her and we received the wrong foods. I did not feel confident about the food so we ended up not even eating anything. We were charged $90 for room service but ended up throwing it out! I will definitely not be staying here again. How very disappointing! January 4, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Should be a 4 star hotel Stayed at the Sheraton Four Points after a NewEngland Canada cruise. i selected this hotel because I wanted to use SPG points. The hotel was very nice. We opted to stay in a junior suite. Our room faced the beautiful golf course. Our Quebec City tour guide said the restaruant, Dijon, was very good. It was excellent. The staff at check in, Dijon Restaurant to Doris at the Golf Club were outstanding. The excellent customer service made out stay extra special. We will be back again. October 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent location--food was excellent! Our main reason for visiting the area was to see the Ice Hotel. We spent 3 nights at the Sheraton and really enjoyed it. We upgraded to the suite and had lots of room. We had heard great things about the food in Qubec--but the hotel restaurant was so wonderful, we had every meal there. The service was impeccable and the food was out of this world. We tried something new every time we dined---and it was amazing each time. Our waiters were fantastic. This hotel is not far from the airport and close to downtown. The hotel offers snowmobliing, which we did and truly enjoyed it! They also offer transportation to the dog sledding adventure. We had already booked this in advance. Overall--we had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it! March 9, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by We had a Terrible Experience This is by far the worst Category-3 hotel I have stayed since I became a SPG member about 10 years ago. We had three families traveled together and reserved 2 Queen+sofa rooms and one 2-Queen room for three nights. We decided to leave after 2 nights. We did not get the 2-Queen room, instead we had a Queen+sofa bed room, but the sofa bed was broken. One of the other rooms was so smelly that my friend's family could not stand it, The hotel did change the rooms for us after the first night. But we did not enjoy staying in this hotel at all, so checked out after the second night. The front desk staff was not professional and not well trained to handle guests who don't speak French, and the shuttle bus driver was mean. This hotel should not be classified as Category-3. Rated 4 out of 5 by Shuttle bus was excellent The hotel was only 10mins into the city centre with excellent parking on site. The shuttle bus service was a super bonus and the tea and coffe available in reception was a nice touch of a morning. The only disappointment was the size of the pool, which was small for such a large site and a hotel that is billed as a resort. The sauna and the other facilities were great but the pool was a let down, especially as the hotel photos don't really convey it's size accurately. Overall, a very good hotel, however. July 27, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs Improvement for a Sheraton Hotel !! A mess ! A big, BIG mess. I called for a massage package for 1 night, breakfast, Nordic spa and 60min massage for me and my boyfriend, so we booked it. We had to call to setup a time for our massage, so we did it on our way there. They told us everything was booked. No more place for us, even though we booked 3 days before, they couldn't even save a place for us, knowing we booked a MASSAGE PACKAGE...We couldn't believe it. They asked me if I wanted to keep the 315$ massage package even thought I couldn't book our massages. Really?... Then we got into this small suite, not impressed, Have seen better in the Sheratons west Canada... Fancy and nice, furnished with all the facilities needed, service top nutch... Big surprise as I want to put my food in the fridge. No fridge in the room. Im hungry, need to warm up my chicken wings, no microwave. Really? But that wasn't the worst. Was looking for a good movie to watch before going to bed, there were a lot choices, good movies. When I clicked on order it would say I need receptions authorization to watch it. Ok, I call.. The receptionist(The one working on November 16th nightshift) told me, with the worst attitude ever, the movies with an authorization needed are not available.. Her attitude disgusted me so much I didnt want to watch a movie anymore. Watched a streaming movie on my computer, and will be leaving a complain first thing tomorrow morning. Its close to downtown and the Nordic spa is nice. That's pretty much it. Worst Sheraton I've ever been in. November 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice hotel First the grounds are beautiful and hotel looks great. Staff is polite. Pools (hot and cold) are crowded with kids and are really small. Asked for late check out and did not get it. Breakfast we had at Dijon was great. I really liked the location. Room is crowded even if it was a queen bed. Hit myself on desk and table twice while getting around in the room. If we had more time the spa offered massages at a great rate. So some positive but overall was expecting a little more. Rated 4 out of 5 by pretty good hotel The only problem was when we got there they did not have it listed in their system that I was using my points.Stood at the counter for half an hour only to be told that I had to call them myself to settle this. I was not to happy about that we had reserved our room back in April and had the email confirming that I had a free room. For the first time using my points was not a good experience with SPG points. So we lost about 2 hours trying to fix that. August 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable & Convenient A very nice hotel with a perfect location near winter activities. The Hotel de Glace is just around the corner and dog sledding w/ Aventures Nord-Bec is a 20 minute drive away. Old Quebc City is beautiful and only a 10 minute drive. The restaurant on site, Dijon, has very tasty food and a quiet atmosphere. We also thoroughly enjoyed the heated jacuzzi pool surrounded by snow. There are shuttles available but, I recommend having your own vehicle to come and go as you please. February 24, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Serves the purpose Staff at hotel are very friendly & helpful. They made fantastic recommendations. A big, big plus for this property is the staff... The hotel is clean, but could benefit from some New BRIGHTER lights - especially in the bath rooms! The music in the lobby is very loud day and night - we found it difficult to talk to others in lobby. The Sunday Brunch was very tasty, but was over priced and didn't have a huge selection. Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice place to stay in Qubec City area I would definitely consider staying here again when vising Qubec. The room was great and the staff friendly and attentive. It is a little far from down town but the shuttle is a great feature and does a lot to make up for that issue. The shuttle service could be expanded however to add more trips into and back from the historic area. August 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Everything was Great The staff upon arrival was courteous, friendly and very helpful in answering all are questions and booking our trips. The shuttle from the hotel to downtown Quebec is great. We slept like babies and the food was delicious especially the breakfast buffet. We had a very enjoyable stay in Quebec City and recommend this hotel for anyone. July 28, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very disappointment The worst hotel/resort I have ever visited. The restaurant/bar adds a “service fee” to your bill. I was told by the waiter it was “a charge for all tourists to ensure they get a tip”. Tips are for good service/food, two things that were not present at this restaurant/bar. The resort had a “green” program but did not utilize the program even when this guest requested it. September 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent food in the restaurant My wife and I have dietary restrictions, so I could not eat much that was on the menu. The chef accommodated our request and created wonderful dishes - perhaps the best soup we have had in a very long time. Even the staff in the restaurant was very helpful. Very impressed by the hotel staff, considering it is not part of the luxury chain of Starwood hotels. November 10, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Quebec revisited We had a reunion with friends that we traveled with through here 45 yrs ago and Celebrated their 50th anniversary. The lodging accomondations were excellent and we were able to relax in the comfort of our 2 rooms. The location was away from the bustle of the tourist area but very easy to get to. July 27, 2014
