We had a great stay. Junior suite with queen bed. Hotel as expected. No surprises. We found staff to be very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Location was a bit out of the way... 15 minute drive to Vieux Quebec. We only found chain restaurants nearby. Tried Archibald Brassiserie 10 mins away by car on the recommendation of staff - excellent!! Lots of fun!! Need a car. Lots of free parking. Basically everything was as expected of a 4 Points Sheraton. Food good, but not great. Service in the restaurant a bit slow. Rather busy chatting with each other... but then I didn't really need that extra glass of wine anyways. Overall, no surprises. No disappointment.

A mess ! A big, BIG mess. I called for a massage package for 1 night, breakfast, Nordic spa and 60min massage for me and my boyfriend, so we booked it. We had to call to setup a time for our massage, so we did it on our way there. They told us everything was booked. No more place for us, even though we booked 3 days before, they couldn't even save a place for us, knowing we booked a MASSAGE PACKAGE...We couldn't believe it. They asked me if I wanted to keep the 315$ massage package even thought I couldn't book our massages. Really?...
Then we got into this small suite, not impressed, Have seen better in the Sheratons west Canada... Fancy and nice, furnished with all the facilities needed, service top nutch... Big surprise as I want to put my food in the fridge. No fridge in the room. Im hungry, need to warm up my chicken wings, no microwave. Really?
But that wasn't the worst. Was looking for a good movie to watch before going to bed, there were a lot choices, good movies. When I clicked on order it would say I need receptions authorization to watch it. Ok, I call.. The receptionist(The one working on November 16th nightshift) told me, with the worst attitude ever, the movies with an authorization needed are not available.. Her attitude disgusted me so much I didnt want to watch a movie anymore. Watched a streaming movie on my computer, and will be leaving a complain first thing tomorrow morning.
Its close to downtown and the Nordic spa is nice. That's pretty much it.
Worst Sheraton I've ever been in.

Stayed at the Sheraton Four Points after a NewEngland Canada cruise. i selected this hotel because I wanted to use SPG points. The hotel was very nice. We opted to stay in a junior suite. Our room faced the beautiful golf course. Our Quebec City tour guide said the restaruant, Dijon, was very good. It was excellent. The staff at check in, Dijon Restaurant to Doris at the Golf Club were outstanding. The excellent customer service made out stay extra special. We will be back again.

We recently spent 3 nights at this hotel. Because we are Starwood Gold members we were able to upgrade to a junior suite. The desk staff were very helpful with directions and we especially appreciated the free shuttle to the old city. The restaurant was excellent, though service could be a bit slow. The only downside of the hotel is that it is quite far from town and there are few options for eating or entertainment nearby. The grounds are beautiful and while the rooms are a bit dated, they are comfortable. Because it is near the highway we were not able to open the window at night due to noise, which meant it was rather stuffy.

This is by far the worst Category-3 hotel I have stayed since I became a SPG member about 10 years ago. We had three families traveled together and reserved 2 Queen+sofa rooms and one 2-Queen room for three nights. We decided to leave after 2 nights.
We did not get the 2-Queen room, instead we had a Queen+sofa bed room, but the sofa bed was broken. One of the other rooms was so smelly that my friend's family could not stand it, The hotel did change the rooms for us after the first night. But we did not enjoy staying in this hotel at all, so checked out after the second night. The front desk staff was not professional and not well trained to handle guests who don't speak French, and the shuttle bus driver was mean. This hotel should not be classified as Category-3.
You can do better!

We had a wonderful stay! The spa, room, and amenities were perfect and always prompt. The room was immaculate and the guest services were great.

I would definitely consider staying here again when vising Qubec. The room was great and the staff friendly and attentive. It is a little far from down town but the shuttle is a great feature and does a lot to make up for that issue. The shuttle service could be expanded however to add more trips into and back from the historic area.
