I found the staff at the Four Points Times Square to be simply amazing...They were attentive to our needs, friendly and helpful at all times. A nice haven from the rest of New York which can be a bit less friendly.

This hotel is clearly not four star quality. Although the location is good in midtown, the rooms are small and dingy looking, the hotel bar is little bigger than a closet, and there is no valet parking.,

It's always hard when in most NYC hotels there isn't room to sit anywhere but on the bed.
The bathroom sink drained too slowly.
Room service and food was very good.
Inadequate places to hang towels in bathroom.

Hotel has great location near to time square as 1 or 2 blocks, rooms are very clean and neat, including bathroom. The only issue is the room size that is small for two beds, but for one king size bed is excellent.

The hotel staff were very attentive and provided the utmost in customer service. I highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure travel. The property is within walking distance to theaters and Times Square.

relatively convenient location at 40th St between 8th and 9th Avenues,but across from Port Authority Terminal and next door to main Parole/temporary Police Holding center.

I stayed at the hotel a total of 5 nights.
I found the location to be excellent - truly city center and quite affordable for the excellent location.
The hotel provides free Wi-Fi which is a real treat and not something to be taken for granted. In addition, you get two bottles of water each day which is also very handy.
The hotel staff is very accommodating. I asked to leave my suite case at the hotel because I had to leave the city on a business trip before returning to the hotel for another couple of nights.
Even though the storage room was small and I was initially told that the hotel does not store the bags, upon addressing the hotel management and explaining the inconvenience and expense of checking in a suitcase on a domestic flight, the front desk management agreed to store my bag.
On the day of my departure I had to catch a 19:30 flight from JFK. I requested a late check out was told I can vacate my room at 14:00 which made things very convenient for me.
Overall - the location, amenities and quality of service for the price paid makes this hotel very good value for money.

Not far from all the action and the staff was friendly - The room was clean and comfy - it was a little cramped though - but it's NYC.
They got me a car to the airport in the morning and treated me well.

This hotel is super convenient. The location is fantastic you can walk to most places including Penn Station and port authority.

The staff knew that we were spg members and lets us know they knew as soon as we got there. The rooms were a good size and clean. The only downside was the door key would not work correctly all the time.

Just had a 2 night stay in New York for the annual boat show. The hotel was clean, and the service was fast and friendly. Best of all, I could walk, door-to-door, to the Javits center in 10 minutes flat.

From this hotel we were able to walk most places we wanted to go to - Central Park, Radio City Music Hall, Time Square and Penn Station.
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent.

Hotel is just ok. Room service need improving. Items on menu do not exist and hours are limited.
"Do not disturb" signs don't mean much here.
It's says Times Square, but it's a few blocks from there.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Quick check in, great service in the lobby, breakfast buffet was terrific, hotel was clean, updated and spacious rooms, great location, all in all great experience.

Overall I was extremly happy with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, me and my friend stayed there over Christmas and we felt right at home. We will most definently stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised at how close the hotel was to the Times Square area. After parking the vehicle, we could walk to every place we wanted to go and did not need a taxi to get around, either!

I have left messages with house keeping and the hotel manager about an item I left in my room (sports coat) and no one has been following up. As an SPG I expect much better customer service.

The rooms were really small. Many families with children, so the noise level on the floors are constant. Also, rooms are very close to elevator. Would not stay here again!

I stay at this four seasons hotel when I spend the night in the city. I get the room with my points and totally enjoy the stay. Comfortable bed. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

Overall, we had a good stay. The check in was fast and easy. We were not acknowledged as SPG members in any way. (Note - that is not really important to us, but it was mentioned above, so I figured it was worth mentioning). Our room was small, but that is pretty much the standard in NYC. Room was clean but had a musty smell to it. The AC did not work very well. We informed the front desk of this after our first night, but I am not sure that they did anything. Our last morning there the shower would not work - the bath faucet worked, but the pull up thing would not stay to turn the shower nozzle on. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone up. After 1. hours we decided to each take a turn holding the plug up so each of us could take a shower. When we checked out the lady asked how our stay was and we let her know about the shower again and she just said "Oh yeah, I have that noted here..." and pointed to a white scrap piece of paper. No apology was offered. Nothing. And then we checked out and that was fine. We also valeted our car - and that process was seamless and easy.
Also, we made a reservation for my parents and we asked in advance to be on the same floor. They were on floor 26 and we were on 13. Not a hug deal, but again, worth noting.

The hotel staff was very welcoming when checking in. The staff was very friendly and informative. Also very accommodating allowing me a later check out due to my flight leaving in the evening.

Get an upper level room. We were on floor 4 too much noise coming from outside.
Rooms are quite small. Our AC unit was very noisy.
Room carpet was very dirty.

The room was somewhat smaller than I had hoped but everything else was pretty good, especially the location right in the middle of the best city in the world. The staff was very nice too.
