Not sure why this hotel has many bad reviews. We had a great stay. Lounge for evening happy hour and a great breakfast. I used a suite upgrade, and it was great. Also, the my 24 was arranged perfectly. Service was fantastic, and I'm looking forward to staying there again. Thanks for a great stay!!!

カジュアルなホテルですが、ベットやアメニティの質感や使い勝手が他チェーンの同格ホテルと比較しワンランク上という印象を受けました。
部屋にずーっと居ても不快な思いをしない快適空間。また夜寝るだけの滞在でもお手頃価格なのでコスパは悪くはないかと。

I stayed two times in this hotel already. Both times the taxi driver made a mistake and left me in the hotel wich is just next to this one.
I find the rooms clean and comfortable. House keeping more than excellent. The gym has not enough equipment but I used it and it was clean always ready to use. The breakfast was a little better than average if we compare to other hotels of same standing.
However, during the check inn the staff do not wellcome you as it is made in some other hotels of the same brand.
The location is "average". around the hotel there are not too many things to do and, Shanghai is so big city...you will need to catch a taxi or catch the metro. There is a metro station near the hotel.

Good services & good location of the hotel. Only problem was there was no free internet connectivity in the rooms. The rate charged was way too high.

As business traveller most important for me is a convenient room with comfortable bed, clean bathroom and good location. I found all this at 4P Pudong, additionally a great and various breakfast buffet and excellent service of hotel staff.

第二次入住了，总体而言交通方便，设施不错，但是被子不舒服，太厚太重，比其他的福朋有差距，希望能提供其他的选择

酒店门前就是地铁塘桥站，出行十分方便。酒店的房间较小，设施有一定年头了（其前身是“由由大酒店”），但是保养和维护的都还不错，酒店没有配备游泳池。浴室很小，白金卡会员可以享受房间升级到带浴缸的豪华江景房和免费的欢迎水果，没有免费早餐（因为没有行政酒廊）。作为一家四星酒店，其价格相对其旁边紧邻的喜来登酒店更加平易近人，是个人出游时比较经济实惠的选择。
