This is the 4th time I have stayed at this hotel for business and it continues to have problems with the cleanliness of the rooms. The service in the restaurant was terrible and they are not very knowlegeable or accomodating with allergies for their conference meals.

The entire staff respected my expectations of absolute privacy during my short holidays.
The Front Desk Manager went above and beyond to accommodate my upgrade needs and always gives me courteous service without knowing that I started using Sheraton Proper 23 years ago.

My stay was comfortable as usual, I have stayed in many Four Points hotels in North America and the chain always has comfortable and clean rooms.
I was disappointed with the Ric's Restaurant in the Calgary hotel. I ordered food three separate times and was shocked at the poor quality. The first time I ordered Eggs Benedict from room service. They said it would take 15 minutes, but 45 minutes later they delivered my breakfast, but it was the wrong breakfast. I had to call down to alert them to the mistake and it took another 15 minutes to remake the dish. They did waive the charge for the dish, but i was still disappointed as the eggs were overcooked and there was 8 tiny pieces of hashbrowns on my plate.
I picked up my dinner from the bar the following night and ordered Fettuccine Alfredo. The price was $16, and did not even include a protein. They served me a small portion on pasta (which is one of the most inexpensive food products). The dish was very bland.
I reordered Eggs Benedict another morning, as it is my favorite. Once again, the eggs were overcooked and there was the smallest dollop of hollandaise.
Had I been dining in the restaurant, I could have asked for another dish, but when you order room service you wait for so long to get your food that customers are not as likely to complain. I am sure that is what they bank on...but maybe the service and food quality is similar if you are dining in the restaurant as well.
I would still stay in the hotel for a short stay, but would strongly look at others options for a longer stay (more than 4 days), so that I have access to a quality restaurant and room service option.

Nice hotel, good features, room style a mix between ultra modern and old style east coast. Ultra modern bathroom style with no chest - waist height towel bars. Room is large and clean, but closet is built into furniture (so old style east coast architecture)

We booked a room for a team meal and meeting and the buffet ran out and it took over a 1/2 to refill. Cost was too much for this type of service. As well I called 3x to say stuff in my room was not working properly. No one ever showed up to help out.

Stayed here to catch early flight from YYC to YVR. Two of us and were upgraded to family suite :) Ate at Rick's restaurant on site and it was delicious. Will be back !

We stayed here again, and once again the stay was relaxing, the room clean and quiet, and the breakfast in the restaurant excellent.
The staff are professional and attentive to answering questions and making suggestions. Hope to be back soon!

I was in town for work and was greated by front desk staff quickly and friendly.
The room was fine and bed was comfortable. I did have a good night sleep. The kitchen, however is a completely different matter.

Restaurant is not owned by SPG; however I feel this comment is necessary for improvement so Guests can have a good experience.
The service is slow and the food is generally overcooked.

The bathtub filled up with water while showering. It caused the sink to fill up as well. Eventually it released.
Only after a second request did the staff eventually unplug the drain. After that it was fine.

I saw her on check in and check out and also noticed when the later shift came on and the difference on energy in the lobby was noticeable.
I asked the afternoon lady if there was a King bed she said no there were none available, no big deal, i am not a fussy guy. Then i noticed the hotel was empty not until later in the evening was it busy? Thought i was eligible for available upgrade? Anyway didn't bother asking for explanation because I didn't really care. Was interesting though.
Upon check in there was no King bed but I asked for the SPG floor she said there was not one in an abrupt manner. I have stayed many times and was sure I has stayed on that floor, I questioned her, anyway she referred to it as preferred floor or room not SPG, WHATEVER, technicality from a customers stand point??
Pretty average service from her and then same attitude upon check out the next morning, although I was just asking where the regular apples were and she responded with little concern or regard there weren't anyway.. The manager present at the time I asked the questions was pleasant and smiling the other BAD.

Upon check in Uttam and Khushi was very helping and professional.Praveen was nice upon check out. I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel is modern and convienient and always recognizes my status. The suites are perfect (spacious, two bathrooms, jacuzzi tub).

I really liked everything about this hotel. The room was very nice and clean, the restaurant had great food. Receptionists were all very friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was disappointed that I was only there for a quick overnight stay. The room had an European feel but was very spacious and very comfortable.

The hotel is great. Heated underground parking is awesome. Hot water for shower didn't work a couple of time. Please make sure there is enough hot water for shower always.
