I have stayed at many Sheraton Hotels across Canada in the past. I recently stayed at the Mississauga location on Argentina Ave. I was very disappointed in my room. It was actually dirty. There were spatters on the bathroom mirror from previous guests, fingerprints all over the dark brown furniture, and whisker stubble in the bathroom sink. I had a late check in and really did not notice this until 10 pm. At that point I was very tired and did not bring it to anyone's attention as it would mean I would have to switch rooms and would not get to bed until a lot later. Early meetings the next day were on mind...

I had a King Suite for one night and found some issues: stain on couch, coffee table to low; I ordered room service and had no comfortable way of eating at the table, and refrigerator would not get cold.

Rated 4 out of 5 by SLOWRR Very comfortable with pleasant and helpful staff.
Only thing they lack is a charging station for EVs. I drive a Plug in Prius and it would have been very nice to be able to get a full charge while I was there. With more and more EVs on the road this would be a nice amenity for travelers.

This hotel was very close to my office. The staff in the restaurant/bar was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Room was clean and just average in terms of amenities. Had the basics I needed seeing as this was a business trip. I would stay here again for the convenient location and friendly staff.

My recent stay at 4 points Mississauga Meadowvale will be remembered positively due to the most helpful staff I encountered there.
Everyone from the front desk people to the room service, restaurant, and definitely the maintenance gentleman, were exceptional.
I was held up leaving with the ice storm, and needed help boosting my vehicle - twice!
My thanks to all the folks who were so cheerful and who went out of their way it seemed, to help me out.
I would recommend your hotel to anyone, anytime!

Rated 3 out of 5 Disappointed with room
I stayed for 10 business days. The first room had a leaking facuet and a leaking window. The best feaure was the bath room with a rooomy shower roomy and brightly lit. The second room had a bathtub and was much smaller and the lighting was poor.
