Rated 2 out of 5 by Left after one night We chose the deluxe king room. The room was dark, gloomy and badly laid-out for two people. The windows so dirty there was hardly any light shinning throught. There was a single chair beside the bed with no coffee table. we were on the second floor and could easily hear the traffic from hiighway. badly insonorised. Had a very bad sleep. If the heating unit could have been put on a steady mode of fan, it would have been ok but no, it kept on coming on and off. This is supposed to be a deluxe room? April 17, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect in every way.....but The hotel exceeded expectations with respect to the rooms, amenities and hotel restaurant. Rooms are gorgeus, except there are no clothes bureaus. My room was missing an armchair and I was told they were renovating. Okay. The bathroom offers only a shower, glassed in with soap dispensers which I had not seen in any other hotel. Neat. Immacuately maintained facility. Problem: broken elevators! Only one elevator was operating and very poorly at that. It was drop six inches after it stopped at floors and several people tripped on exit. Hotel blamed children for pushing buttons but we saw no evidence of this and we rode the elevator numerous times. They are old and must be reconditioned or replaced. The elevators were not equipped to carry people AND hockey bags/equipment. We were a hockey team and did not appreciate that kind of blame. An elevator technician who as there for a hockey tournament said the elevators were unsafe and should be shut down. Restaurant food was AMAZING and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The food there was the highlight of our stay! A little pricey, but well worth it. Kids meals were reasonable ($7-$8, but no drink or dessert included. Free parking and 2 minutes from hockey arena! Rated 1 out of 5 by Close Proximity To Many Corporate Headquarters If the company I work for didn't pay for this hotel, I'd never stay here again. And will be recommending that the company use another facility whenever possible. I had issues with the plumbing under the sink leaking, which meant no dry towels. On the plus side, when I mentioned this at the front desk, the plumber was at my door (which the keycard refused to open, although I did switch it twice) within 10 minutes, which was excellent service. All of the staff were friendly and attentive, when I mentioned to the front desk clerk upon check out that the toilet in my room had also decided it didn't want to work properly, he was apologetic. TV doesn't but should have CNBC or at least BNN or Bloomberg, since it's located so close to numerous corporate headquarters and caters to the business traveler. The rooms don't but should have a safe for the same reason. Have stayed in many hotel chains, but this was my first Sheraton or Starwood visit. Would prefer it be my last. April 12, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by cleanliness I was surprised at the condition of the room as this is Sheraton Hotel. Most of my concern is about cleanliness. Peeling wallpaper, dirty gout in the bathroom and a bed that smelled terrible - like a room rented by the hour - even though I am suffering with a very bad cold. I did not ask to be moved as I had already settled in and thought I could cope. Not a very pleasant stay. The young man at the desk the next morning doid not seem to be interested in receiving constructive feedback. I will not be choosing this hotel in the future. March 7, 2014

The only improvement is that there was not a person at the reception at the time I checked in and at the time I wanted to ask for something shortly after checking in. Checking out was not a problem tho, someone was already there. March 11, 2014
