I enjoyed my stay, staff was quite responsive and friendly. I felt as a gold club member, my family and I should have received either full breakfast, or complimentary parking. We did get to have fruit and a bagel. My experience would have been better if it was a full breakfast. I was pleased with the room.

This hotel did not carry any of the usual necessary toiletries or conveniences that all hotels offer for travelers. I saw several guests ask the front desk for the same type of items we needed, such as headache medication. We were traveling and arrived very late. Everyone was directed to a gas station across the street for anything they needed. Staff was not able to answer questions about the hotel or area. The room was very small, we could not even have a rollaway bed, due to size. The beds were hard and even the bedding was not up to Four Point standards. I was not upgraded or regarded as a platinum guest. The concierge was very nice and helpful for tours. The lobby was very nice, coffee was available and very good and the location was good to see historic Savannah.

my wife & I would like to personally thank michele, asst manager & lonnie at the buffet breakfast for their concern and superior services. They made us feel right at home! michele went far and beyond in helping us rectify a problem. Thank you

The lobby of this hotel was very pretty. The first room smelled moldy so staff moved us to another room which smelled even worse. The air was too cold and could not be adjusted because the knob to adjust was broken. Would not stay in this hotel again.

We were so excited for our stay in this hotel! We came down for our anniversary and it was a nightmare! We had to wait two hours to check in because the room wasn't ready. We missed our dinner reservations because of all the delays. When we did get a room it was handicap accessible without a bathtub! We called front desk about this and they said they would call us right back....two hours later we went down and they had forgotten about us! I called to speak with hotel manager or assistant, no one returned my calls the whole stay! There was no bar area or restaurant in it, as advertised. It was not worth the price! So disappointed

My room was small with only one room that does not open, not even a crack. The air conditioning system did not work so the room was 78 and very stuffy. I was able to move but only after a maintenance guy work on the system for a while and then gave up. I was moved to a similar that at least had working air. Off all the SPG properties I have over nighted, this one is the worst, regardless of AC issues.

Although the location of this hotel was good and the breakfast was very enjoyable, our experience at the hotel was less than average. We requested early check in, and although not guaranteed, the hotel did not get back to us until after 5pm to let us know the room was ready which is well past the 3pm "normal" check in time. As far as cleanliness, the carpets throughout the building were dirty and the rooms seemed to need a little TLC (marked furniture and doors, no caffeinated coffee, no full length mirror, room did not smell fresh...). Fortunately for us, the weather was beautiful when we visited Savannah.

The towels were rough and had make up and other stains on them. It was disgusting. The fitness center needs to be cleaned and updated. Smallest fitness room I have ever visited. Staff is friendly and helpful.
