Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable Hotel It is a very comfortable hotel, although sometimes when there are groups ... the halls get very noisy and it's hard to sleep. However overall the hotel is good and the staff is great April 13, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed Stayed for 2 nights, April 4th and 5th Having had to change room twice did not make my experience at this hotel very enjoyable. On the first night we could barely sleep because of loud noise coming from construction site at the back of the hotel. We changed hotel side and on the second night we were facing the street. We then had to move again as our room was adjacent to the elevators which was making very loud noise each time it stop on any given floor. Thanks for the onsite personnel who were very accommodating for the room changes. April 7, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by It was comfortable - nothing extra The room was comfortable, the staff at the front desk was excellent. However the cleaning staff were not consistent. They did not always replace or wash dirty glasses or replace bags for the ice bucket. The washroom needs to be improved. The flushing power of the toilet was week so I needed to flush several times. Also, the facet was hard to control with regards to hot & cold water. Also, there is no safe in the room which is awkward March 19, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very convenient to Quebec city I redeemed Starpoints® for a Cash & Points Award for this hotel for 3 nights and it's quite worthy. Clean room, good bed, flat TV, large bathroom, free high speed internet & free outdoor parking. It take me about 30 mins from hotel to old Quebec. Free shuttle and ferry(one way: $3 for adult and $2 for kid). I don't need to drive my car during my stay. About 10 mins from Autoroute 20 in Levis. Easy to find! July 1, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Location, Service, Cleanliness, & Comfortable. 7 Adults 2 Rooms 2 Queen Beds, Floor to Ceiling Windows 1 Night Family Vacation TO Quebec City We were very impressed when we first saw the building and the inside was no different. Check-In was a treat with well-spoken English and UPGRADED ROOMS (2 Penthouse Suite) Upon checking-in was in for a pleasant surprise with a wonderful view of the Old Quebec City & Spacious Rooms (Partitioned Entrance, Sitting Area, 2 Queen Beds, & 2 Washrooms). The rooms were extremely clean & comfortable. Only drawback was breakfast not included. We really enjoyed this hotel to the fullest and would rate this hotel a 4.5 Start :) August 2, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by New property, very clean This property is very new and clean. We stayed here and took the hotel's complementary shuttle to the ferry station each day to tour Quebec City. Ferry runs frequently and costs $6.20 (CAD) roundtrip. Much better accommodations for the money than staying in Quebec City. July 12, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Just Okay I arrived late in the evening, close to midnight after staying at the location in Montreal the day before. The difference was night and day. Here, the staff appeared very stressed and unkempt. They seemed confused about my reservation, did not acknowledge SPG and did very little to make me feel at home. The facility in itself is beautiful, the location is perfect and the room was lovely, but after my interaction at the front desk during check in, those things were overlooked. (Also, parking in a dirt lot really takes away from the experience) May 30, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Lacking Suite was large but the bedroom lacked a good place to put my suitcase. The living room was strangely furnished with 2 chairs in the "L" near the balcony facing a wall 2 feet away. The TV was situated such that we had to move two living room chairs against the bedroom wall in order to see. The dining room chairs were impossible - sat on them and went to china. Very poor coffee amenity and fixed wall glass shower was impossible to turn on without getting sopped. Resturant was good but, like the front desk, english problematic July 17, 2012
