When we arrived it was raining a lot. We checked in and got offered to park indoor. The stallf cautioned us on the way down to the parking lot that there was a lot of water. We parked the car. One hour after checking in I went to get something in the car. The parking lot was getting flooded. I got all wet to get to the car and decided to park outside WHERE it appeared safer. I told the staff about this and the fact that I got wet. No reaction. We did not enjoy the stay.

Hotel contemporain, agréable et confortable.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Lits confortables. Le lounge est très branché. Wifi et stationnement extérieur gratuit. La piscine est très petite, on a du mal a nager. La salle d'exercice est également petite, si bien que s'il y a plus que trois personnes, on étouffe.
Adjacent au centre des congrès. Très bien si vous devez aller à Québec en dehors des heures de pointe, sinon vous passez beaucoup de temps sur les ponts !

Nous avons séjourné à cet hotel pendant 4 nuits lors de la compétition Hit the Floor. Grande chambre propre, lits confortable et hotel très bien situé. Nous aurions préféré une piscine intérieure pour que les enfants puisse en profité (mi-mai lors de notre visite). Le seul point négatif serai que lors d'une de nos nuits, il y avait beaucoup de bruit sur notre étage (des jeunes qui parlait et courait sur notre étage à 2:00am), si bien qu'ils nous ont tous réveiller! J'ai dû descendre au comptoir en pyjama pour qu'ils envoient quelqu'un surveiller l'étage. Le problème s'est régler par la suite, mais le tort était déjà fait et ma fille, qui compétitionnait à 8:00 am, a eu beaucoup de difficulté à se rendormir. L'an prochain, nous demanderons une chambre loin de la cage d'escalier (nous étions juste en face), car les gens "bruyant" semblait circuler beaucoup par cet escalier lors de leur "party" la nuit, ce qui causait tout ce vacarme. Autrement, les autres nuits et notre séjour fut agréable.

Pour des gens qui sommes dans des hôtels une dizaine de fois par année, nous avons bien notre nuit. Tout était très bien sauf de petits details: douche pas très large, thermostat qui faisait un petit "tic" durant la nuit et stationnement que je trouve loin.

I redeemed Starpoints® for a Cash & Points Award for this hotel for 3 nights and it's quite worthy. Clean room, good bed, flat TV, large bathroom, free high speed internet & free outdoor parking.
It take me about 30 mins from hotel to old Quebec. Free shuttle and ferry(one way: $3 for adult and $2 for kid). I don't need to drive my car during my stay.
About 10 mins from Autoroute 20 in Levis. Easy to find!

We were very impressed when we first saw the building and the inside was no different.
Check-In was a treat with well-spoken English and UPGRADED ROOMS
(2 Penthouse Suite)
Upon checking-in was in for a pleasant surprise with a wonderful view of the Old Quebec City & Spacious Rooms (Partitioned Entrance, Sitting Area, 2 Queen Beds, & 2 Washrooms).
The rooms were extremely clean & comfortable.
Only drawback was breakfast not included.
We really enjoyed this hotel to the fullest and would rate this hotel a 4.5 Start :)
