Rated 3 out of 5 by Average Hotel at the Airport but disappointing As a major road warrior , spending over 200 nights a year in a hotel room , I have come to stay at many hotels, especially at an airport.. This particular property is average at best. I certainly was greeted well by the hotel desk staff upon arrival, however the suite I was assigned was disappointing. Upon arrival I inspected the room to find stains in the ceiling tiles, as well as a very loud air conditioning system. The furniture was for the most part worn, and several dents, scratches etc. were visible. While the suite was clean, I got the impression is was minimally done. The Hotel Wi-Fi while free did not stay connected with my lap top, and when I did was slow. Because of the air conditioning noise ( had to keep the AC on due to hot humid conditions) I had to sleep with ear plugs. Need less to say my quality of sleep was not good. I won't be coming back , nor can I recommend this property certainly as a lifetime Platinum guest. I will write a trip advisor review as well. July 16, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Four points by sheration four points is right! checking in it took 20 minutes because it was so many people and only two people were at check out. i was told i had to pay a $50 deposit it kept denying my debit card which had the money in it and couldn't figure out why. when I use my wife card it accepted but debit $93. when I asked why was 93 taken the staff couldn't tell me and got a attitude when I pressed the issue becasue if you tell me a $50 deposit I expect a $50 deposit on $93 taken out my account. so I spoke with the morning staff and got clarification. I was not pleased with the stay at the hotel, with house keeping beating on the door at 9am then vacuuming in the hallways waking people up early. the parking was horrible you have to walk from the back of the hotel to find a parking space if you come at night time. Rated 2 out of 5 by Not meeting my expectations The staff was very friendly! My room was ok. The lobby seating needs to be replaced. I met my boss at this hotel and the couches grossed us out! The breakfast that cost 9.99 was less then appealing and other than the eggs that were cooked to order, it was less than what I get complimentary from the comparable hotels from other brands.
