The quality of the cook and food is horrible. in 1 hour I witnessed 4 people sending their food back. the waitress told them she was not allowed to take it off the bill. A steak well done when ordered rare.
cold soup with no flavor. cold calamari with sour cream. under cooked meat-still raw in the middle. second time here in a year and it is getting worse.
the staff are great(other than the cook) but seem AFRAID of upper management.

My go-to hotel in PG when I am working on the road. Excellent service, comfortable big rooms, clean, quiet.
Cons: if you have a big truck, it can be a tight squeeze to find a space in the parking lot and manoeuver.
Also, I left a new toque behind (Icebreaker, so not cheap!) at the hotel. It hasn't been found yet. :(

Our family has stayed at the PG location many times and this last time the quality was far below what is expected. First the King room was not what it used to be. There was no coffee table and the fridge was way too loud. i had to unplug it to sleep. Room 111 where my mom and sister stayed has a few problems also. Both sinks were plugged. The walls were filthy and the duvet covers were ratty and worn out. We don't oppose paying whatever rate you are charging but we also expect your rooms to be immaculate when it comes to cleanliness and functionality. The breakfast was dry, cold and bland. For the 40 dollars we spent on 2 breakfasts. My mom complained about the breakfast and the server did not apologize or give them a discount at all. WE are in the hospitality business ourselves and when our customers aren't happy, we make sure they don't leave with a bad taste in their mouth.

Stay here often for work. Always get an upgrade and the front staff and management have been very good to me. Will be back.

We stay at this hotel whenever we visit our daughter. Management is excellent. They always look after our needs. They make us feel at home and we know they value our business.

Staff were excellent, greeted and served promptly upon arrival. We were also greeted and served promptly and efficiently upon check out. I thought that there was breakfast included but it wasn't. There is a restaurant in the hotel, they had pricing for a cold buffet style or you could have a hot, freshly cooked breakfast for a slightly higher price. We chose not to have breakfast there, as we went to Tim Hortons instead, which was a 5minute drive away.
