Rated 5 out of 5 by Highly recommended Room and amenities were excellent. Room we were in was a bit small but it didn't matter because we were visiting friends and sightseeing. In our case the room was perfect. had a problem with the bathroom light sensor which operated the shower lamp and exhaust fan. Staff promptly repaired the unit the first night but unit failed for remainder of our stay. Other guests and myself have noted you must stand in the shower to turn on the water.. stand back and wait for it to warm up and you will be fine. Overall a great hotel and a great visit! Would definitely stay again next visit. August 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nicest Four Points by Sheraton out there Definitely the NICEST FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON. Was here for a night for business travel and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Pros: - The facility looks great and is huge - this could easily be a regular Sheraton brand hotel - The breakfast was amazing - FRESH FRUIT SMOOTHIE AND OMELETTE BAR!? - Great space for events - during my stay the Philadelphia Eagles had an event and it still was not crammed - Huge pool, nice gym - Great restaurant/bar Cons: - It's in Norwood - but I guess thats also why the prices are so reasonable August 26, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable, friendly hotel I stayed here three nights on a business trip. I used the shuttle service which was very convenient and they were flexible. All staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was very good with the notable exception of the coffee -- even in the restaurant it was not good. The hotel offers the option of foregoing houskeeping services, which I am not altogether sure I think is a great thing. It is promoted as a "green option" but if you re-use the towels and bedding, seems like that is plenty green even if you have your room made up. Housekeeping had a few minor omissions but overall I thought it was fine. November 18, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wedding Weekend My family stayed here for a wedding. The hotel was very comfortable. Rooms were clean and good size. Food was great at the wedding and at the breakfast the next morning. The only problem was the fish smell in the hall, near the kitchen. Maybe a better exhaust system? September 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wil Stay Again Was staying in MA overnight for work. Exceeded my expecations. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and internet free. The restaurant on site was good as well. I would definitely suggest staying here if you are in the area. The Pure rooms are great. September 19, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by NO common sense at front desk - check-in I requested a room for the Handiccapped when I made my reservation and when I checked in, I was assigned a room at the end of the hall in the furthest wing. I paced it , 204 paces, 510 feet. It was necessary to get a wheel chair in order to get my wife back to the front desk. They then assigned us a room only 15 feet from the elevator. What were they thinking the first time when they assigned us a room so far away from the elevetors. SHAME< SHAME SHAME on the front desk and whoever does the training at this hotel. P.S. The pool was closed on Saturday for 3 hours for a private party. December 12, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Overall good experience Stayed in this hotel for 1 night while in town to see a Patriots game. The lobby and the rooms are very nice and clean, and overall the hotel has a great feel. We arrived at 4pm on day of check in and still had to wait 45 mins before they would give us a room. This was frustrating, but they gave us free breakfast vouchers as an apology. The breakfast was excellent. All of the food was very fresh, the staff was polite, and the omelettes were great. Rated 3 out of 5 by Only South Boston Location Another is needed closer to I-93 route 3 junction. This hotel is inconsistent, I did not feel that it was worth the points redemption, and on booking, the price seemed high. Platinum recognition was very basic. Breakfast was disappointing. Front desk was very cheery on check-in. Housekeeping treated me very oddly when I asked about getting some glass glassware. Facilities are basic and perfectly satisfactory, but the only South Boston Location and not terribly convenient. The pool facility was above average, quite a bit. Given a trial stay to see, will do again if needed. May 26, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice facility but paper thin walls and small room for the money. The facility itself was nice and the staff pleasant. It could have been excellent but for the thin walls and small room for the money. I could hear the guy next store talking on the phone and could actually hear the person he was talking to on his phone, and it wasn't on speaker. I had to keep the fan and air conditioning going as white noise to sleep. Being able to sleep in a quiet setting and a sense of privacy is important to me. This is the second four points sheraton with this problem so I will choose a different hotel next time. Why such a nice facility did not go the extra mile with thicker walls or soundproofing is beyond me. And for + 240 a night I thought I would have a larger room which was tiny. May 20, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very good overall; great staff. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is outstanding, and the convenience of having a conference center attached is fantastic. However, a chronic problem remains: a business oriented hotel needs to have reliable Internet service. Dropped connections are constant here which is unacceptable. September 10, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Middle of the road Not overly impressed with the hotel for the price. While in town we stayed in downtown Boston proper for only about $50 more a night and rooms were MUCH nicer. Rooms could use an update...especially the bathrooms. Needs outlets near the bed for charging electronics. September 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Enjoyable Stay My wife and myself staid at the Four Points for a Mother's Day gift. I accommodations were extremely clean and first class. The pool area is especially nice, great to finally find an indoor heated pool that was actually warm. The staff and food at the One Bistro was great and the morning breakfast buffet a nice touch. The only negative was that a wedding party was staying on our floor and was a little noisy, it would be nice if hotel staff patrolled the floors after events like that to keep the after parties quiet. I would definitely return for a visit. May 13, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Unhappy With This Stay I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. I live local, but will stay here for weddings, home power outage, ect. I was extremely unhappy with my last stay over the weekend. I was not recognized for being a higher level SPG member, and not given preferred treatment. I had requested a King bed room and I was given the traditional room with a queen bed (room is extremely small). The part that really upset me was I called in around 9-930 and had asked for glasses, and they were never delivered to the room. Very disappointed with this stay and the service! February 11, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor choice of room assignment When we arrived at the hotel we were assigned a large, clean, and comfy room but for some reason the staff surrounded us with guests who were attending a wedding. At apprx. 12:10 am I had to ask them to close their doors and be quiet since they were drinking and extremely loud in the hall; but they refused. After two calls to security we finally had our room and floor changed at 1:00 am with our sleep being delayed until apprx. 2:00 am. While our room and the hotel and staff are very nice I believe their judgement as to our room placement is questionable. September 12, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful staff responsiveness! We stayed here last year and decided to return this year since we had such a good time last year. This year Tauny and John were very supportive of us and helped get me around town easily while patiently answering all my questions/needs. I was unhappy with the shower water temperature control and our sink tended to back up. I told this to the front desk and they said they would take care of it but we were checking out. This facility is so beautiful and I can see why people have their functions here! There is ample parking. Thank you. June 9, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by disappointing I booked the club level and was disappointed that although we were on the club floor there wasn't a lounge or anything extra for being on the club floor. Also, we had to wait quite a bit for someone to come and "lifeguard" the pool area before we were allowed to go into the water. I guess this is a rule enforced by the town of Norwood, however, they simply had an employee come sit by the pool and doubt he was trained as a lifeguard. August 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by I'm Impressed This is my second stay at a Four Points and my second stay at this location. For someone that travels a great deal, I'm impressed with Sheraton and the Four Points brand. I honestly can't find a thing wrong with this. Everything from their breakfast buffet, their front desk staff, their in-house restaurant (One Bistro), their rooms, and their facilities, was GREAT! I even went out of my way to tell the front desk as I was checking out that I was very happy with my experiences there and would definitely return. All I can say is WELL DONE! January 22, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Worst Sheraton experience! There with a sports team so treated poorer than if a "regular" guest. Was placed in the furthest room above the delivery dock and awoken at 5 am by the reverse beeping if the delivery truck and noise of delivery! I had asked about a late check-out both at the time of reservation and upon check-in and was told it was probable but to talk with staff the morning of check-out. Then was told that morning they NEVER allow late check-out for guests staying as a sports teams. I had to argue with them mentioning that previosly I was told it was probable based on availability and I reported the delivery truck waking us up at 5am. Staff lied about availability which she later admitted and basically told me too bad about being woken by truck.. "that deliveries happen". September 4, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wedding Overnight We stayed for a wedding and had an excellent experience. There was a mix-up with our reservation through the group block, but the front desk staff were friendly, responsive and helpful. They set us up without problems and were very courteous. The room was small, but very well decorated and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was very clean. I would absolutely stay again. thank you! August 4, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Thin Walls Overall the stay was pleasant. However there was one bit of unpleasantness. I arrived Saturday, and both Saturday and Sunday there were Weddings at the hotel. and of course the party would eventually find its way back to the hotel rooms which were apparently right next to mine. And they partied till well into the morning. Also I knew when anyone used the facilities. I could hear every drop like is was in there with them. If it wasn't for a set of noise cancelation headphones I doubt I would have gotten any sleep. May 1, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 Hotel was fun, but room wasn't so clean Hello, I recently stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in Norwood, MA for a one night stay with my wife and two children. We were excited to be close to home but have the fun of a hotel stay and the use of the indoor pool. Everything was great, except we found two pills on the floor in our room. They were obviously medication tablets from a previous guest that should have been cleaned and removed before the room was occupied by us. With two small kids who were exploring the room, we were lucky to find them before they did. February 18, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Front desk staff needs to focus better on individual guest records This hotel incorrectly recorded my stay as part of a prepaid group reservation and therefore denied my SPG points and stay credit. Consequently, SPG agents made me state my case to the research team and to send a copy of my room folio to prove it was a qualifying stay. I was ultimately credited properly but I feel the hotel should provide some compensation to offset my inconvenience, especially since it was the fault of an incompetent desk clerk. So far, they have not. Otherwise the hotel experience was very good. March 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Costumer Service a great big thank you to Megan at the front desk- my water heater broken the night before a wedding we were attending and Megan made it possible for my husband and I to check in early and get a hot shower so we were presentable for the wedding. The wedding was so beautiful and the food was great !! the room was clean and comfortable thanks again megan for all your help. August 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by 8/9/14 My daughter and I had a great stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. We were in town for a concert at Gillette Stadium, and the hotel was conveniently located on the same road. It only took us 20 minutes with concert traffic to arrive back to our hotel.
