Rated 5 out of 5 by Hotel layout & bathroom fixtures I found the hotel to be excellent overall. However the layout a bit off due to the long walks from the lobby entrance to the elevator nearest my room and then a long hallway walk to the room when upstairs. The elevators were slow also. The bathroom shower was a bit awkward to enter without any grab bars and one had to be in the shower to turn on & adjust the shower valve. The toilet was too low & small also, being round rather than elongated. However, the staff was always most attentive, accommodating, & pleasant. A good & very pleasant stay overall. October 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good for Boston Used this hotel for two days and commuted to Boston each day. Decided to stay here as Boston hotels were so expensive. Got the train from Norwood Central station which is about a mile away. Must add that the restaurant served us with the best meal of our entire trip (2 weeks) and so can recommend the staff there. Rated 3 out of 5 by No sleep While the room was comfortable, there were several weddings (and maybe other events) going on at the hotel this weekend. Saturday night we did not sleep at all because of the drunk and extremely loud people in the hallways all night long. Our party had a wedding to attend on Sunday and needless to say, we were all exhausted. We were all on different floors and all got no sleep. We did call security throughout the night. The next morning, the front desk didn't offer anything as an apology. This is not good customer service. October 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by One Bistro restaurant While the food at One Bistro is very good, the service is lacking. We were there for 2 different meals and both times the wait was excessively long. Definitely needs improvement. My stay at the hotel, otherwise, was very pleasant. October 17, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Enjoyed my stay Except for the fact that the bed was too soft for my liking. It felt like sleeping on marshmallows. And, could have used 2 bottled waters instead of 1 bottled water for 2 people. October 13, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel has no customer service We checked in and the person checking us in said I see you have the free breakfast. My husband and I mentioned how nice that was since the stay was for our anniversary. The next morning we went to eat at the buffet and we were told we needed two coupons. I went to the front desk and was told, there was a mixup and the reservation was for one person and they would only give me one coupon. I said we are together and they mentioned the buffet last night. The hotel clerk then said, well "did your husband stay in the same room as you". I found that rude she was also the person who checked us in. she knew there were two of us and never said a word. November 23, 2011
