The hotel was nice, very easy to find. The only negative spots were the SLOW elevators, and the teeny tiny pool, other than that the room was great, very clean, and the food at the restaurant was surprisingly good. THe staff was pleasant and accomodating, a nice place to stay!

From check in to check out the service at this hotel was wonderful. Every employee was helpful and gracious and many went beyond to make my group's stay comfortable. Even though this hotel is located directly beside the airport, noise was not an issue regarding planes taking off and landing. The restaurant food was surprisiingly very good. The only draw back was no lunch service on weekends. You could however go across to the airport and get fairly good food from the two small eating locations there.

Couldn't ask for more...Staff goes above and beyond and it is soooo convenient. Makes it all so easy to travel .

We stayed on the 9th floor and the room upon entry was very musty smelling.
Bed needs to be replaced worn out with slags.
Rug needs to be replaced as musty smell and normal wear and tear have taken their toll.

We loved how our pet dog was greated with a biscuit and the staff came out to pay attention to him too! We had a lovely breakfast in their restaurant and very good and friendly service. It was nice that a luggage cart was stationed at the front door to help us. Must say though, it was difficult to find the front door as it is not marked by an 'Entrance' sign. Otherwise all was great, especially the personality of the staff!
