Really liked the new style of drawers and the double screens for the windows actually let's you sleep in without the dreaded curtain gap!

Good design, good decor, very friedly and caring staff. Very easy to get in and get out. Nice resturant around the hotel.

As frequent visitors to Edmonton we often opt to stay with relatives over hotels as we have everything we need at our fingertips. Since this was going to be a busy trip in, we decided to stay in a hotel with all the bells and whistles! As soon as we walked in the staff greeted us and quickly got us checked in and off to our room. The room was high end without the high end price. Our room had a downtown view, safe, and microwave with bar fridge.. 2musts when travelling with small kids. The pool was a big hit and the workout room was just enough to get a quick workout in! Highly recommend the Four Points to anyone shopping in South Commons or needing a night away!

My first stay at this new Four Points proved to be the right choice. Nothing could have been better and this new hotel met my expectations in every way. The location was convenient and the staff were awesome. The added reception in the lobby that evening was a unique touch and a great way to interact with other guests

I appreciated the clean and easy access to and from the hotel. The fact that there was plenty of parking and we did not need to walk an extreme distance form our vehicle to the hotel also helped .
I would definitely stay there again.

Have stayed here 3 times when the other Four Points was full and had issues all 3 times. The internet was completely down my last visit, was not working on my floor the 2nd last visit, and a item that I forgot in my room never made it to lost & found?? They were contacted 4 hours after my check-out and never returned my call so I had to call again about this item.

I have stayed at several different Hotels over the years, but have never had such a wonderful stay as this. The room was much larger and quieter than expected. extremely comfortable beds, and lots of hot water. I was very impressed.
