Had an awful experience here. Walking to room through 4th floor hallway smelled more like an old smoking lounge. When I got to my room, my TV did not work and had a masking tape label on it "not singnal" which obviously meant it did not work. Flushed the toilet and it continued to run, jiggled the handle to make it stop and the handle fell off. There was a piece of copper wire on my floor along with a big brass staple, obviously they recently redid the bathroom, but did not clean up well. Just glad it did not end up in my foot. I would not stay here again, I would cancel my trip before staying here again.

I have to say that I am very disappointed after staying at this location many times over the past 11 years.
After a long day, I sat at the bar and asked for a glass of red wine and was told that they did not have any, that they ran out. I can normally understand such things happen, but when the person next to me told me that they have been out for 3 days!!! Why have a bar if you cannot stock it. Someone should have gone to the store down the street and bought some.
I was planning on staying in and having dinner, but I was so disappointed I left and went down the street. I am looking forward to the opening of new locations near the airport.

Staff was very friendly if not efficient (front desk took 15 minutes to find a room, housekeeping couldn't get to our room before 3...).
Rooms and common spaces were...dirty. And worn out. The stains in the hallway and bits of trash there morning and night. The door handles on the room and stairs that require a plan of attack. The dirty chair and (only slightly!) broken desk and chair. And on and on. Come on, this is not okay for anything but a fleabag.
Breakfast was just what you expect.

Service by at all levels exceeded any that we have had in any hotel especially in the dinning room from young Shannon who took special interest in helping with my wife who is disabled.

Lobby - excellent. Service - excellent. Breakfast - great. SPG upgrade to Executive Suite - excellent!
Wait...maybe not...Starwood....can't you guys just commit a larger budget to renovating the WHOLE hotel? It's not enough to just do the lobby when the Executive Suite is still decorated in '80s furniture and lighting, and the bathroom has pubes stuck to the wall. The only thing I will say that is positive about the room was the TV and of course the awesome bed.
And again, the staff was just excellent. Front desk, 24-hr shuttle driver, and the breakfast folks.
Still an SPG newlywed and happy about it,

This Four Points hotel is not on the scale of the Tallahassee Four Points which I had just stayed at. Mainly, it didn't have the same overall quality. Overall my stay was fine. The free breakfast is very good. I had an issue with the airport pick up. I called ahead to notify the staff of my arrival and was told I needed to wait and call when I arrived. When I did so I was told where to wait. Then I was called back and told that the driver would be 45 minutes later since he had a drop off to make from the hotel. It was faster at this point to take a cab. I believe that if the hotel has one van that leaves the hotel on the hour as was stated to me after my arrival, then they should have informed me that on my earlier phone calls so that i could have planned accordingly. Secondly, during my stay I was given the information that the van would gladly pick me up on Mill Avenue after my dinner. I needed to call three different times to be told each time the van driver was on his way. After 45 minutes of waiting I took a cab back to the hotel to find that the van was picking up guests at the airport. Once again i feel I was misled. I informed the young ladies at the desk that all they needed to do was tell me that the van was elsewhere and could not pick me up instead of leaving me standing on a corner for too long a time period. When I spoke to the ladies at the front desk they were polite and tried to say what they were trained to say but as i informed them they should have informed me from the beginning that the van was at the airport and not dropping off guests and picking up other "stranded" guests. During this conversation the van driver, obviously just back from the airport with guests, stuck his head into our conversation and said to me very rudely, " awe, is that the worst thing that ever happened to you?". This man named , Bert, embarrassed me in front of all the guests and was a big bully. Shame on him. Now I was anxious about taking the van back to the airport the next morning as scheduled if Bert was driving. If that was the case I would have taken a taxi and added to my costs of staying at the hotel. The van to and from the airport is one of the reasons i stayed at your hotel. However, it just was not that convenient. As it turns out i had a lovely gentleman driving the van the next morning. Hard to put this all in words but i did speak to corporate customer service immediately following my horrible experience and started a file. I was disappointed with the service of the van . everything else at the hotel was fine.

From the first person we encountered to the last, the staff was very friendly, outgoing and went out of their way to make our stay excellent. Lonyetta, the Front Desk Supervisor even helped me lock the doors in my car in the parking lot as it was very confusing and an older rental car. She then spent time with me and my wife as we were dropping off our son at ASU and it was hard on my wife. Then Terrell at the front desk the next morning was great, as was Pat in the restaurant and Josh in the Bar. The leadership of this hotel must be great because it is clear everyone loves their jobs and goes out of their way to make guests enjoy their stays.

Associates are pleasant. Appreciate the breakfast and food offerings at this location. Would like more attention to the workout room - Sanitizing wipes, towels refilled when need and maintenance to the machines.
