We've never stayed at the Four Points Sheraton and I was so pleasantly surprised by the staff at this hotel. Everytime we passed a staff member they made eye contact and said Hello. We'd forgotten to pack a couple of items and they were quick to help us out. The fridge in our room was missing and they said it had died the night before and were quick to suggest we change rooms ! We had decided to spend the weekend as a bit of a get away and also the hotel was hosting our nephew's wedding reception. The hotel was so quiet and peaceful. You could tell they get a lot of business travelers. We didn't see any families that weekend but was great for us.

Generally, I do not spend at this hotel's price point, but the Cyber Monday special gave me the opportunity to do so within my budget. The room was very well appointed, bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Staff were excellent.

Excellent front desk lady that helped coordinate a few confirmations into two rooms. (Sorry can't remember how to spell her name) Was in town for my father-in-law's funeral and she went above and beyond both before, during and after helping me with billing and everything else. Was disappointed when water was turned off the Friday of our stay as it was right after the funeral and my husband couldn't take a shower. Internet cut off briefly when he needed to email something and I guess these things happen. BUT our friend in other room and us all agree the beds were so good we actually want to know where to buy them for home if possible. Enjoyed the jetted tub. Loved the staff in lounge and restaurant. Very good breakfast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was average for the price. The room was clean and comfortable however the included breakfast was very disappointing. I had eggs benedict with smoked salmon but the salmon tasted very old and the hashbrowns were barely cooked. The waitress did not write anything down and she kept forgetting things. My meal was cold by the time she brought out all of it. I ate less than half of it and she did not offer anything extra, just an apology.
I told the front desk what happened when she asked how my stay was, she just said "Oh, sorry to hear this". I travel often for business and this is not a hotel I would recommend for the price.

I was not very impressed with my overall experience at this hotel. I moved rooms 3 times during my 1 night stay. The second room I was in had issues with the heater which caused it to be very loud and disturbing. After trying to sleep for a few hours, at 1:30 am I requested to move rooms.
In the morning, it took the restaurant over 30 minutes for my breakfast order. When I mentioned to the staff that I was unhappy with my overall stay, they really didn't seem to care. They also mentioned that they were aware of the heater problems in my room, prior to placing me there.
I wanted to mention that I am not a picky traveler, and that I normally do not write reviews. I was extremely unimpressed and thought I would voice my concerns. I travel all over Canada with my career, and I can say that this has been the worst experience I have had. I will not be back to this hotel.

My husband and I spent a night away at the Sheraton Four Points, Winnipeg South and were incredibly impressed! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff are very kind and helpful and the rooms were very clean and had alot of space.
Huge thank you to all the staff who made our little getaway memorable. We will definitely be returning.

The assistance I received to sort out my hotel booking was over and above my expectations. This alone made my entire stay at the hotel more comfortable. I have to also say that the one of the waitresses provided great service in the lounge after I had a long day without eating properly. Altogether, I left Winnipeg with one of the most positive experiences I've ever had and am looking forward to going back to Winnipeg next year for the same conference. Thank you!

Hotel is very dated. Carpet is worn, facilities are run down. Not the caliber of normal SPG hotels. Poor service and attention to detail.
