Made reservation 45 days prior to stay, was setup in a handicap accessible room. I complained about that the next morning as I was not offered any other options the night before, no follow-up from Management When I complained to manager on Thursday February 26th at checkout he told me my travel agency asked for that, when I challenged him that I didn't think that was correct he was arrogant and unapologetic. . I turns out he was wrong or lying, the travel agency confirmed that they had not (ever) asked for this. On top of that I could hear everything in the room beside me, which was nothing more than talk/coughing etc...Thank You

Generally, I do not spend at this hotel's price point, but the Cyber Monday special gave me the opportunity to do so within my budget. The room was very well appointed, bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Staff were excellent.

The assistance I received to sort out my hotel booking was over and above my expectations. This alone made my entire stay at the hotel more comfortable. I have to also say that the one of the waitresses provided great service in the lounge after I had a long day without eating properly. Altogether, I left Winnipeg with one of the most positive experiences I've ever had and am looking forward to going back to Winnipeg next year for the same conference. Thank you!

This Four Points is almost better than the brand implies. While there is no over the top frill and spectacle about this hotel, every thing that it offers exceed expectations.
The food and bar located in the lobby was of great value and quality. They even stayed open late to accommodate a group of us that had just met after realized we were in town for the same sporting event.
The breakfast each morning was of very high quality. What is it about a hot breakfast that is so hard to come by in hotels nowadays? A very pleasant surprise.
I will be back if I find myself in Winnipeg again.

The hotel was average for the price. The room was clean and comfortable however the included breakfast was very disappointing. I had eggs benedict with smoked salmon but the salmon tasted very old and the hashbrowns were barely cooked. The waitress did not write anything down and she kept forgetting things. My meal was cold by the time she brought out all of it. I ate less than half of it and she did not offer anything extra, just an apology.
I told the front desk what happened when she asked how my stay was, she just said "Oh, sorry to hear this". I travel often for business and this is not a hotel I would recommend for the price.

Great staff, no matter what time of day you arrive, they are always attentive, quiet, clean, concerned with ensuring that all your needs are met. Have been going there for the past four years, at times creating more driving distance, but well woth it.

I have stayed with this hotel a few times now and am never disappointed. I find it convenient and comfortable and when needed relaxing. Beautiful ambiance and wonderful experience.
