We were very satisfied with our stay. Only one thing to highlight is the taxi service provided by hotel. I found the driver is not honest. Before we boarded the hotel taxi, we asked the charges to our destination, driver told us the charge was Dirham 10. However, when we reached the place, he told us is 30 Dirham. We feel very disappointed. One of my suggestion to all readers, try your best not to take hotel taxi, there are many taxi out there.

I am an SPG member with Platinum statues so I usually get upgraded every time I stay in this hotel. But, what seems strange to me is the more I stayed there, I get the worst upgrades. I remember the first time I stayed there I was treated to an amazing upgrade. So, I thought, here they know how to treat the Platinum members. This wasn't the case (at least in terms of the upgrade. In everything else they treated me in an amazing way).

We were not upgraded to a Suite as a Platinum guest but we always enjoy the rooms at this hotel. We have stayed here 4 times over the past 3 years. The staff is always friendly. We were greeted with special gifts that we could use for room service or at the dining facilities in the hotel that included wine, fruit, and other items that we could select from. The hotel is very clean, and we have never had a bad experience here.

I arrived and asked for a room w view and away from elevators for noise. Was told all views were near elevators so given a room next to service elevator facing into central courtyard. Also told you don't get points if you book via agent. Not really sure what the point of SPG membership in that case. Pretty silly program.
Room was pleasant enough nothing special. Certainly clean and comfortable. Pool was small and plain.

This is a relatively inexpensive hotel choice in Dubai, great for a business stay. The outstanding feature of the hotel is its staff: extremely helpful and courteous.

My husband and I stayed for four nights and we enjoyed the facilities provided by the hotel.Location wise the hotel is located a10 minute walk from the Alfahidi station and we went around Dubai mostly in the metro.The service in the front office,the cleanliness in the room ,and the breakfast was very good.Thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU.Sarala purushotham.

My wife and I really enjoyed our 7 night stay at the Sheraton 4 point downtown dubai.
The safety,service and comfort was excellent.
We have no hesitation in fully recommending this establishment to anyone. Looking forward to our next visit. Special thanks goes out to Rahul the lady at the front desk and the lady at the breakfast checking. Not forgetting all the other members of staff

The hotel staff are very helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. The pool area is a great place to relax but somewhat small. The coffee corner near the reception deserves a special recommendation. You get great coffee and snacks (with an SPG discount) from the lady behind the counter. Her service is excellent!

Walking distance to Burjuman Mall (although half of it is still under construction), historic places, good local shopping, transport and restaurants. A great downtown city location.
A friendly greeting upon arrival at reception was lacking. She was very abrupt, but efficient, and it was less than I expected - compared to other SPG hotels. The concierge were knowledgeable and obliging.
The restaurant took longer than expected with our lunch - the restaurant was almost deserted. Dinner was a much better service, but it was an Italian buffet. I really liked the Express Breakfast-to-go option (for early flyers like myself)!
The room was spacious and clean... the bed was luxurious and difficult to leave. The storage/table space was excellent. The only thing that let the room down was the really dirty windows.
Hotel driver was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
I would definitely recommend to others.

Good hotel except for some irritants like:
- free wifi is only in public areas like lobby and when there are lots of guests, bandwidth is constrained and very slow
- During check out time of 12 noon, a whole bunch of guests line up but only 1 staff is checking you out...takes ages ! Hotel must identify peak check in / Check out periods and beef up staff during this time.

Hotel is unpersonal and not wellcoming, staff at reception are not friendly (with the exception of a blong english lady who solves our problem left unsolved with the other members of staff). Swimming pool is small, water is dirty and the overall area not confortable. Room are OK - good place if you do not need to relax at the hotel - lot of people going in and out.

The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast offered at the restaurant is very nice and provides a good variety of food. But the toilet facility is unacceptable. The flush water of the toilet could not run away smoothly and blocked four times. I stayed in this hotel for four nights and I requested to fix the flush water issue for four times!

Good hotel in a good location. Staff is helpful and courteous.. Rooms are big and well kept.. But a few things are missing for a fivestar hotel standard with a slightly premium pricing ...
There is no WIFI available in the room, No slippers .. No bathrobes.. The quality of the breakfast spread needs to improve..Try to include some Indian items in the buffet..

This has become my default hotel of choice when visiting Dubai based on the combination of location and value. As on my other stays this year, the experience was pleasant although my use of facilities was minimal as I was in town only for the rugby sevens. Some slippage in quality of housekepping serice however - possibly because the hotel was full.

Warning: This hotel does NOT have wireless internet, except for at a few couches in the lobby.
Overall, a nice place to stay, staff are friendly. Placement is average, nothing particularly close.
If you don't need to stay connected to the world, it's actually a nice option. If you're there for business and need to do email, etc, do not stay here.

Staff were unable/ unwilling to answer simple queries about Dubai. Staff also unwilling to assist with difficulties in accessing free wi-fi, despite a confusing access process. Staff also unaware that booking was already paid for. Staff did not inform us that room was ready for check in, despite us being on site waiting for room.

We had some problems with climate control in the room. They sent up maintenance several times, shut off the air conditioning vent and finally gave us blankets. The room did warm up over night and we didn't need the blankets. They also went out of their way to inure we had a great New Year's Eve at their party. Staff is outstanding.

The hotel definitely meets my expectations: short business trips to UAE, quick check in, helpful staff, large rooms in good condition at fair price.
Hope next time I'll find time for the Fitness Area and the pool. Cannot judge this at this point.
I will definitely utilize this facility more often in the future

Had a wonderful 4 nights at SPG ,very reasonably priced for Dubia Hotels , staff were very friendly & helpful , chilled by the rooftop pool very nice , excerlent service in yesterdays pub , great steak menu & strongbow on draft , the shopping is easily acessible from this location , & taxis are plentyful , 4 days of heaven !!! .

This Is a nice, clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very nice, up to date, stylishly decorated and pretty large. The staff is also very helpful. It is misleading to say the Internet is free though--this is only in the lobby. Also, the tv options are limited. The location is a bit remote too. I would stay here again.

Having stayed at a Sheraton hotel before, I quite happily booked this hotel. The hotel was about 15 minutes walk from the main metro line, which was a bit further than we would have liked. The room itself was a good size, well decorated and furnished and met our needs. There was construction work going on outside the hotel from 7.30am every day but Friday, and unfortunately this could be heard loudly through the windows. This was something I would not have expected from a Sheraton group hotel - where the windows are normally much better at keeping the outdoor noise out.We could also hear some noise through the walls from neighbouring rooms. Once we reported this noise to the hotel reception, they quickly moved us to another room on the opposite side of the hotel, which solved the issue.
All in all, the hotel does what it needs to and the service is good, but if you want to be closer to the metro line and convenience of downtown Dubai, this isn't the best location.

This hotel was OK. Not great, not bad. It's not in the best or worst location, it's not as elegant as others but there's nothing wrong with it, and the service is good but not anything to write home about. At least there is free WiFi for guests in the rooms and lobby.

Sheraton Four Points has large well furnished rooms that are modern and convenient. The hotel is well located for business and shopping in Bur Dubai. The staff are very friendly generally although the one exception to this is the reception staff who I find are always mechanical and display little warmth.

The rooftop pool has a nice view on the cementary. There is nothing around in walking distance except an indian supermarket. The area is full of apartment hotels - nothing else. Metro station is a 15 minutes walk. Rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast buffet not worth the money. Gym is well equipped.

My stay in the hotel has been a wonderful experience with the staff being very professional and attentive at all times. The hotel is also conveniently located for the purpose of my stay which was close to my company with easy access to the train station and not too far from the airport.

personnel very kind, food just gorgeous. 4 Points Sheraton distinguishes itself because it does not treat the guest like a number although its a bigger hotel and not a boutique one.
Will probably go back if I happen to be in Dubai.

You get a good deal when you redeem SPG points for your stay. From the bar, fitness center to the rooms, it all smacks of good quality.
I think they can improve by having the free wireless internet available in the rooms though. Common! SPG hotels, this is the age of the tablet!
