Rated 5 out of 5 by good location The only problem that i faced was the phone system was down in my room and i lost a whole day of work The staff was able to finally fix it after 12 hours and the delay cost me heavily in doing work as my crew in the USA was asleep when the phone got fixed. Rated 3 out of 5 by your transportation service Hi, when we want to go to the airport your personel directed us to special transportation instead of normal taxi and they told us it will be 40 UAD. but driver demanded 60 UAD. This was disturbing. September 2, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent hotel and wonderfull staff We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and we had a perfect stray. From we arrived to we check out everything was great. The pool on the 43. floor was absolutely stunning and you can't get a better view over Dubai city. The staff was so kind, everyone was happy and very helpfull. The tourist desk was very helpfull with informations, maps and booking for the trips. So we very much recommend this hotel to others. August 20, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent I recently had the pleasure of staying in the Four Points for 1 week, and found the facilities to be excellent, and can't praise the hotel staff enough, every encounter I had with the staff was positive, and they couldn't do enough to assist in making my stay pleasurable. All the food and beverage facilities within the hotel were excellent, with a wide selection to choose from, with a special note to the staff at L43 bar, in particular Marvin, who was always on hand with a smile and a cold beer on very hot and humid Dubai days. Marvin was a true professional and is a true asset to the Four Points organisation. The hotel is located within close proximity to the metro station which is a real bonus. Thank you for a memorable stay and I look forward to my next visit to Four Points August 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent! My stay was there for 5 days and staff friendliness and every thing met my expectation. How ever; if you are a low budget traveller, don't listen to the private taxi guy standing right outside the hotel. Their private taxi is twice the normal yellow taxi July 30, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Extension of my stay Dear SPG Team, After spending a 9 nights, I've decided to extend my stay by 4 more nights. When, I went to hotel reservation to make it they come up with very expensive rates and said that they cannot apply the same rate I used before. Rated 3 out of 5 by Hour long wait for room service Arrived late at night from a flight, tired and decided to eat from room service. Told we would have a twenty minute wait. Two phone calls and one hour later, we had our burger. Twice we were told our was on it's way, and once that they had only made one meal and had to make another. If we had been told of a long wait, we would have gone out for dinner instead. They then tried to make it up by offering free wine- we declined as we wanted to sleep. Apologies but no further actions taken. Terrible customer service. July 21, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great hotel in Dubai. We said at the hotel for 2 weeks in July and I was very pleased. The hotel was clean and very tidy. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The hotel room we had was a corner room which gave great lighting during the day. It was road facing which, on a night time when we were trying to sleep, we could hear the road noise. The rooms where very clean and well maintained. The pool area was fantastic. Always a sun bed available during the day. We didn't try the breakfast as we thought it seemed a little expensive, 95dhs. This was for a full buffet style breakfast but for 3 of us to eat there every morning would of cost a small fortune. Because our stay was over Ramadan the hotel was restricting food and drinks. We wasn't allowed to drink by the pool during the day, we have to go in side in the corridor to drink. This seemed a little silly to us as most of the people by the pool wasn't practicing Ramadan. The Level 43 bar was closed all of Ramadan which again seemed silly as Ramadan finishes at Iftar allowing drinks to be taken until late into the night. We managed 1 night up there before Ramadan started and some people where being told not to take photographs of the great views. We managed to sneak a few in without being told off the by security guard. The hotel run a complementary bus service to a couple of the malls and the beach. We decided to use this service towards the end of our stay to visit the Mall of the Emirates. We had a timetable in our room and the bus left at 7.45pm. We duly got ready and went down for 7.35pm. We asked the reception where do we go to catch the bus and was told its not due to leave for another hour and leaves at 8.50pm. I then explained we had a timetable in our room which said it was leaving hotel at 7.40pm. The response I got back was "that was wrong and the timetable has been changed for Ramadan" surely they should of changed the timetable that had been provided in my room. We managed to catch a cab which wasn't expensive and had a good time at the Mall. Overall a very good, clean hotel in a great location, great staff. Will not have an issue staying there in the future n July 21, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Trouble I had booked this hotel on points. At check in I discovered that I was charged for the rooms. I complained and Kevin at the front desk corrected it. The Manager on duty looked on to the discussion and he did not even bother to apologize with one single word. Very bad customer attention. July 4, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Staff at SPG Gold Counter uncooperative I arrived late at night, had a question concerning Internet connection. Guest Services Staff did not return my call. Tried again the next morning, was connected to front desk; nobody answered. Soi I had to go down and check with the SPG attendant. He questioned m,y Gold level and asked me to verify my level logging on to the net: to pay for the connection!!! The Member befits of free internet or the other choices were not honored. Will not stay there again. I go back to another SPG hotel in Dubai. July 1, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent hotel On the first week of June we (my girlfriend and myself) went to Dubai for about a week. We arrived very early (a couple of hours before check-in) but that was not a problem. There was a room available and we got a free upgrade with a beautiful view on the skyline of Dubai and of course the Burj Khalifa. The room was very spacious and clean and the staff was very polite and helpful with information about excursions etc. The metro station is at walking distance (approx. 5 min.) which is a huge advantage. If you book this hotel, don't forget the (lounge) bar at Level 43! At night it is awesome to get a cocktail before sleeping. See you next time! Greetings from Holland. June 21, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Inaccurate Information on Hotel Website I really like the hotel - rated Excellent for room comfort, cleanliness, staff - but was disappointed by the inaccuracy of information with regards to services on the hotel's website. Under "Rooms Overview", it clearly showed that all rooms have got in-room WiFi internet access, thus I did not bring my AirPort Express. Upon entering my room, I realised that this was not available and spoke to the staff, who very politely told me that "It is probably being implemented now. Perhaps in your next visit, it will be available." Under "Hotel Services", it states complimentary shuttle to numerous locations (with disclaimer on timings and availability), but concierge informed me that there is no such shuttle to 5 out of 6 of the locations listed on the website. My main query is: why state them on the website if it is just planned-for/not available just yet? It just causes unmet expectations from hotel guests, which could have otherwise been avoided if information on the website was accurately captured. June 21, 2013

I managed to run successful business negotiations and conclude excellent agreements , thanks to comfortable nights which improve my moods and energize me. Hope to stay there again. June 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent place to stay I checked with my family of four adults and 2 children on 3rd June 2013 for four nights. I must say this has been easily one of the best property to stay. Not only the staff was courteous but we got a suite on 22nd floor which was excellent in all respects. The pool on the 43rd floor was astonishing and so was the 360 view od dubai skyline. The buffet breakfast was not only lavish but was great. June 10, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Location and service The location is great as the hotel is situated in between 2 metro stations.We arrived late at 11 pm and our room was upgraded. They booked the safari tour for us and had it confirmed so we can go in the next evening. Gave us good recommendation on dining and reserved our seating. Service is great from everyone. June 7, 2013
