Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent hotel On the first week of June we (my girlfriend and myself) went to Dubai for about a week. We arrived very early (a couple of hours before check-in) but that was not a problem. There was a room available and we got a free upgrade with a beautiful view on the skyline of Dubai and of course the Burj Khalifa. The room was very spacious and clean and the staff was very polite and helpful with information about excursions etc. The metro station is at walking distance (approx. 5 min.) which is a huge advantage. If you book this hotel, don't forget the (lounge) bar at Level 43! At night it is awesome to get a cocktail before sleeping. See you next time! Greetings from Holland. June 21, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Inaccurate Information on Hotel Website I really like the hotel - rated Excellent for room comfort, cleanliness, staff - but was disappointed by the inaccuracy of information with regards to services on the hotel's website. Under "Rooms Overview", it clearly showed that all rooms have got in-room WiFi internet access, thus I did not bring my AirPort Express. Upon entering my room, I realised that this was not available and spoke to the staff, who very politely told me that "It is probably being implemented now. Perhaps in your next visit, it will be available." Under "Hotel Services", it states complimentary shuttle to numerous locations (with disclaimer on timings and availability), but concierge informed me that there is no such shuttle to 5 out of 6 of the locations listed on the website. My main query is: why state them on the website if it is just planned-for/not available just yet? It just causes unmet expectations from hotel guests, which could have otherwise been avoided if information on the website was accurately captured. June 21, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pleasant Stay and friendly Staff The location , the staff, the room, everything made my life easy and help me to do my business during the five night I have stayed there. I managed to run successful business negotiations and conclude excellent agreements , thanks to comfortable nights which improve my moods and energize me. Hope to stay there again. June 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent place to stay I checked with my family of four adults and 2 children on 3rd June 2013 for four nights. I must say this has been easily one of the best property to stay. Not only the staff was courteous but we got a suite on 22nd floor which was excellent in all respects. The pool on the 43rd floor was astonishing and so was the 360 view od dubai skyline. The buffet breakfast was not only lavish but was great. June 10, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Location and service The location is great as the hotel is situated in between 2 metro stations.We arrived late at 11 pm and our room was upgraded. They booked the safari tour for us and had it confirmed so we can go in the next evening. Gave us good recommendation on dining and reserved our seating. Service is great from everyone. June 7, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very pleasant stay & good food I stayed only one night but was impressed by the facilities and staff. I ate at the Italian restaurant and the food was fresh and tasty. I also had a Pizza Magherita from Room Service. It was delivered on a hot pizza plate and was very fresh. It was the best pizza Margharita I have ever eaten. Delicious. June 7, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Outstanding staff members!! What an amazing stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed! I stayed there for 4 nights, and I could not have asked for a better hotel. Location is ideal, in the midst of the most dynamic area of Dubai. Two minutes from the Financial center metro station. Service was beyond outstanding. WOW! Every single staff member I encountered whether at front desk, concierge, restaurants, security, elevator, was so courteous and helpful. Front desk went out of their way to help me get the room I wanted. I commend Four Points on the amazing staff you have. The staff is what makes this hotel a gem!! Food at Italian restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet was superb. The view from the rooftop bar is breathtaking during the day and night. Fantastic work Four Points!! June 4, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great location, very friendly staff, great value The hotel is in a great location, just one metro stop or a short taxi (available from outside the hotel) from Dubai Mall where we spent most of our evenings, sitting round the lake at one of the many restaurants enjoying the dancing fountains and views of the Burj Khalifa. The room was a good size, really comfortable beds and very clean. There is a lot of traffic noise from Sheikh Zayed Road - unavoidable in this part of town - but it didn't keep us awake. It sounded like having the air conditioning on. There may be quiet rooms available I guess. Staff were impeccably polite and efficient and we couldn't fault them. Continental breakfast was really good and we were offered a Starwood card which gave us 20% off each day. Roof top pool is a little small but there are lots of loungers and amazing views. As it's on the 43rd floor there is a bit of breeze which makes the very strong sun seem cooler than it actually is. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Room with a perfect view and very clean. The bar / swimming pool on the 43 floor and especially the great view over Dubai makes our stay worthwhile. May 23, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by LOCATION This Hotel was in central area which met all my requirements. Close to Metro, accesible to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa. etc. not more than 15-20 mins from airport. Enjoy facilities of Hotel. Found employees helpful, pleasant. Loved the room and view. Level 43 is peaceful with swimming pool, bar, and seating area. May 15, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by This hotel needs serious improvments I regret saying that I've had one of the worst 5-star hotel experience in my life. Guest service was poor and slow. Some staff had attitude problem. Not to mention the unsatisfactory SPG recognition. I came for a business trip and stayed in a business suite, yet not much special facilities were offered, knowing that i have tried the regular rooms. Hotel lacks shortage in reception staff. The hotel has many limitations. No wifi in the rooms, no lady friends are allowed in restaurants. I found no slippers in my closet... unfortunately it was a very bad experience, I regret not recommending this hotel to my colleagues. May 7, 2013
