This is my 3rd. time staying at the Four Points by Sheraton - on all occasions I have found the accommodation to be nothing less than excellent.I am back in June also in May 2014.By the way the food is top class.

Money value ratio fir enough.

This Hotel was in central area which met all my requirements. Close to Metro, accesible to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa. etc. not more than 15-20 mins from airport. Enjoy facilities of Hotel. Found employees helpful, pleasant. Loved the room and view. Level 43 is peaceful with swimming pool, bar, and seating area.

I regret saying that I've had one of the worst 5-star hotel experience in my life. Guest service was poor and slow. Some staff had attitude problem. Not to mention the unsatisfactory SPG recognition. I came for a business trip and stayed in a business suite, yet not much special facilities were offered, knowing that i have tried the regular rooms. Hotel lacks shortage in reception staff. The hotel has many limitations. No wifi in the rooms, no lady friends are allowed in restaurants. I found no slippers in my closet... unfortunately it was a very bad experience, I regret not recommending this hotel to my colleagues.

Great location especially if using the Metro.
I was in room 1514, it was abit smelly :( I think from the mattress.
