I stay at this hotel several times a year. often when I do, I check in for the early afternoon and leave late in the evening the same day before a flight out of DXB, I'd say a pretty good deal for a place. what I didn't like is that as a SPG Platinum, they only offered me 250 points rather than the 500 I usually get. Also, as there is no HH, premier guests used to be offered 2 coupons that could be redeemed for a beverage (even a glass of wine or draft beer) or snack at the food establishments in the hotel. This practice has been discountinued. Also, a miss on this visit was that the computers were down and i had to day in my room for a bit bc I did not have a key to re-enter it. I may try another hotel for my next pre-flight stay. (also another time I stayed here, the taxt service that works for the hotel put my bag in the wrong car, and I did not realize it until I was at the airport. Thankfully, they realized the error and brought it to me free of charge. )

The location is great as the hotel is situated in between 2 metro stations.We arrived late at 11 pm and our room was upgraded. They booked the safari tour for us and had it confirmed so we can go in the next evening. Gave us good recommendation on dining and reserved our seating. Service is great from everyone.

I checked in here very very late 3.30am. I was exhausted, traveling from spain via Doha. The receptionist could not have been more helpful, charming or efficient. I would like to thank the GM and their team for such a pleasant welcome.
I was given a very nice suite. It was very clean and I was comfortable there.

I would highli recommend this hotel! Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road has very good staff - they appreciate customer satisfaction over anything else! This is the way how business should be done in hotel businesses. Everything was perfect at hotel. During my stay at hotel there was some guy (approx. 50-60 year old) complaining from everything. He complained that he cannot talk to telephone because cleaner was cleaning the restaurant area. Your staff made everything to keep this stupid guy satisfied.
Especially, I would highly appreciate staff (blue clothes) just after the door. They were helping what ever my problem was. They helped me and my wife to make our honeymoon special. Please make this staff feel themselves satisfied, they are unbelieveable. If I ever start hotel business, I would call to your hotel and ask if I can get them to train and work with me. They are first discussing with guests. They make guests feel happy. They are unbelieveable!

Hi, when we want to go to the airport your personel directed us to special transportation instead of normal taxi and they told us it will be 40 UAD. but driver demanded 60 UAD. This was disturbing.

Great location, nice room view, private luxus taxi with almost normal price, quite, easy to go on elevators-our room was on 28 floor, near to 2 train stations-walking, one stop to Dubai mall by train, breakfast is too expensive 95 derham per person, big space for the 2 bed apartment that could accomedate 4 - 6 people.

Have never been treated so poorly at any hotel or Sheraton ever. Had to pull teeth to get a room that was booked over 2 months in advance. After arguing, a "fully" booked hotel suddenly has a room available. Should not have to do this in order to get a room that was booked. I can't say enough bad things about this stay.

This Hotel was in central area which met all my requirements. Close to Metro, accesible to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa. etc. not more than 15-20 mins from airport. Enjoy facilities of Hotel. Found employees helpful, pleasant. Loved the room and view. Level 43 is peaceful with swimming pool, bar, and seating area.

I stayed only one night but was impressed by the facilities and staff. I ate at the Italian restaurant and the food was fresh and tasty. I also had a Pizza Magherita from Room Service. It was delivered on a hot pizza plate and was very fresh. It was the best pizza Margharita I have ever eaten. Delicious.

Great stay in Dubai, hotel as in great position, easy walk to metro station and one stop fro Dubai Mall.
Had a couple of really good meals in Luigi's, and enjoyed the comfort of Charlie's Bar, for a few cold ones.

I had booked this hotel on points.
At check in I discovered that I was charged for the rooms.
I complained and Kevin at the front desk corrected it. The Manager on duty looked on to the discussion and he did not even bother to apologize with one single word.
Very bad customer attention.

I really like the hotel - rated Excellent for room comfort, cleanliness, staff - but was disappointed by the inaccuracy of information with regards to services on the hotel's website.
Under "Rooms Overview", it clearly showed that all rooms have got in-room WiFi internet access, thus I did not bring my AirPort Express. Upon entering my room, I realised that this was not available and spoke to the staff, who very politely told me that "It is probably being implemented now. Perhaps in your next visit, it will be available."
Under "Hotel Services", it states complimentary shuttle to numerous locations (with disclaimer on timings and availability), but concierge informed me that there is no such shuttle to 5 out of 6 of the locations listed on the website.
My main query is: why state them on the website if it is just planned-for/not available just yet? It just causes unmet expectations from hotel guests, which could have otherwise been avoided if information on the website was accurately captured.

My stay was there for 5 days and staff friendliness and every thing met my expectation.
How ever; if you are a low budget traveller, don't listen to the private taxi guy standing right outside the hotel. Their private taxi is twice the normal yellow taxi

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. And there is no complaining what so ever.
Smooth en very friendly registration when we arrived late in the night.
Room with a perfect view and very clean. The bar / swimming pool on the 43 floor and especially the great view over Dubai makes our stay worthwhile.

The hotel experience was excellent. From reception through to the breakfast. The attendants were on the ball always. Highly recommend.
We were pleasantly upgraded at reception. The room was lovely and roomy.
Gym and pool good.
Location was grest. Handy to metro and shopping centres.

The hotel is in a great location, just one metro stop or a short taxi (available from outside the hotel) from Dubai Mall where we spent most of our evenings, sitting round the lake at one of the many restaurants enjoying the dancing fountains and views of the Burj Khalifa.
The room was a good size, really comfortable beds and very clean. There is a lot of traffic noise from Sheikh Zayed Road - unavoidable in this part of town - but it didn't keep us awake. It sounded like having the air conditioning on. There may be quiet rooms available I guess.
Staff were impeccably polite and efficient and we couldn't fault them. Continental breakfast was really good and we were offered a Starwood card which gave us 20% off each day.
Roof top pool is a little small but there are lots of loungers and amazing views. As it's on the 43rd floor there is a bit of breeze which makes the very strong sun seem cooler than it actually is.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Would definitely stay here again.

Internet access is not free and costs Dhs 30 per hour; there is no wifi available at all in the guest rooms and, therefore, it is difficult to use the range of modern day business devices used while travelling. Breakfast was acceptable. It was difficult to make the air conditioning cold enough.

This hotel location is the best in town near to almost everything you need to reach in dubai, staff are amazingly professional and polite, clean rooms and facilities. A unique roof top on the 43 floor overlooking dubai is the best place you need to relax for the sunset.
Simply, the best.

Very Nice Mary was very helpful when i first got there and the room exceed my expectations, breakfast buffet was very good and since i had been traveling my laundry was back by 1800 that night Over all i loved the apartment room and had a great time there would recommend it to anyone

this hotel is super clean, lovely rooms, very good and very efficient staff, they make you feel at home, always pleasant and ready to assist you. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the metro. Really accessible to any part of Dubai. My second time staying here and definitely coming back.

We had great ten nights at Four Point Sheraton, and we spent a lovely time.
we got a preferred room at 18th floor the view was amazing on Sheikh Zayed Road!
The Dinning was very good and tasty and the rooftop at 43rd floor has bar, coffee, gym and swimming pool with great view.

Really great staff. Elevators were a little slow at New year eve but the place is great. I got lot of help and good advice from Mehmood ( Probably not the correct spelling). Also liked the young Indian lady that worked at organizing the new year event. She was very professional.

We had a two bed room apartment which was very spacious and I love the fact it had 3 toilets! The washing machine and dryer was a great feature which we used. Location was so convenient, in between 2 metro stations and many taxis available. 24 hr supermarket only 5 mins walk.

It was wounderful experience to stay in Four Point Sheraton Shk Zayed. The customer and room services provided by the hotel were fast and up to the mark. I travel first time to UAE to attend an VISA International Workshop.
Whenever will come again will stay over there

This hotel was perfect in every way. My SPG status was recognized with a room upgrade. My room was very comfortable and always clean. Every staff member was friendly and wanted to help in every way. I was delighted with the experience. I'll be back!

Fantastic suite - but never used the living room as no in-room wifi. Only have iPad - no wired connection - so connected in the lobby, along with another dozen or so guests each nigh, all sat around looking like we were in a doctor's waiting room. Otherwise great.

for the 5th consecutive time, in spite of numerous communication with SPG Platinum desk and hotel management, i did not properly receive my platinum amenity, nor more importantly, my points and nights stay (example $2,000 in charges and 470 points posted).
