Rated 2 out of 5 by Clean; but Needs Updating This wasn't my first choice to stay here; but since it was close to where my relatives were, I thought this was best. First, the staff and employees are all very nice. It doesn't mention here that the hotel is surrounded by construction. The plumbing is being repaired and makes a loud noise. The hotel was very clean; but the furniture is old and needs replacement. When my daughter sat down on the living room sofa, it sunk down very low. There is cottage ceiling in the bathroom. There is NO place to eat or get beverages in the evening. The Bar closes early and the vending machine was not working. Thanks to the concierge she provided me with tea and water. A good plus is that it's in a great location, walking distance to the CityCentre. Hopefully, there are plans to upgrade the rooms. None of the windows vent open. April 20, 2015

Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor back-end customer service Nice room and facilities. The front desk staff was friendly as well. I was very unsatisfied with the back-end customer service. The company I flew out to meet prepaid for the room, I just had to provide a cc for liability which was not a problem. It turns out they double charged us for the room. They charged the company 244.53 and my cc as well. It took over a month for them to reverse the charge to my card and was extremely difficulty to get anyone on the phone in accounting.
